Thanks for the effort on contributing with information on these difficult times for all of us. However I would kindly ask you to reconsider both the usefulness of this thread and the quality of the information provided. So if I understood correctly the treatment suggested is the consumption of either lemon and honey twice a week or the consumption of 3/4 of a lemon once weekly. While the benefits of honey and vitamin C are widely recognized as effective remedies against all sorts of viral infections, you'll find out that in this forum alone there are plenty of posts and threads detailing in depth these treatments against any type of viruses.


As for the scientific validation of these claims based on a poorly translated Chinese article regarding the benefits of garlic and onion fumes sniffing, well unless my granny was an extra-dimensional superintelligent being, I would say that it's rather really old common-practice :bigsmile:


Myself if I were a non avalon member seeking desperately for an answer in the vastness of internet information during these challenging times, I would had seriously misjudged the quality of this site based on the click-baitey title and the poor information provided.
