In this June article it's called Neom and in the dailymail article it's Noem which anagrams to Omen. The error is in under the first image in the dailymail link. Also referred to as The Line which is an anagram for ELE Hint or Then Lie. It reminds me of the ships created before the ELE event in the movie 2012. In the movie the Saudis were approached for funding. Noah translates to Noe in Spanish and converts to One/Eon/Neo. A NEO is a Near Earth Object.

This is an interesting and insightful video. With simple math the narrator shows it would take 32,000 years to build The Line. He broke it down to 4,000 One World Trade towers which took 8 years to build. It took 40,000 Chinese 17 years to build Three Gorges Dam at 2-3 km. I'm thinking maybe a canal like the Suez because they found a motherlode oil field, but the elevation in some areas would be too high. The Line will be 170 km/110 mi. long. The Suez Canal is 193 km/120 mi. They could build 11 ships at 10 mi or 22 at 5 mi.
