The G20 declaration about public health tyranny

The just concluded G20 (group of 20 countries) meeting that was held in Bali, Indonesia, issued a document called the Bali Declaration. Among its many points are several that pertain to the 'covid' 'pandemic' and where these countries' governments propose to take that fiction from now on.
What is the G20 anyway? It is a group of 20 countries which are: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the European Union (although the EU is not a country, but it is there for obvious reasons).
Who meets at the G20? The usual suspects. Executive heads of government, that is, prime ministers and presidents, country finance minsters definitely, heads of the central banks of all these countries, health ministers, ministers for food, energy, various other portfolios that are conventionally considered important in modern government. Those attending as government officials are accompanied by a small army of advisers and the staff of private think-tanks.
How did the G20 come to be? It was formed by the G7, that is, the Group of 7 countries (which is Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Britain, USA and the EU as a "non-enumerated member"). But why was it formed? The G20 was formed in 1999 with the aim of discussing policies in order to achieve international financial stability. This forum was formed as an effort to find a solution to the global economic conditions hit by the global financial crisis in 1997-1999.
So the G20 was formed by the G7, which began "in 1975 by former French President Valéry Giscard d'Estaing and then Federal Chancellor Helmut Schmidt. The heads of state and government of Germany, France, the UK, Italy, Japan and the USA – the Group of Six – met for a fireside chat at the Château de Rambouillet in France. In view of the economic problems in the 1970s – the first oil crisis and the collapse of the fixed exchange rate system (Bretton Woods) – the meeting provided an opportunity to exchange ideas on potential solutions. The participants coordinated international economic policy and agreed on initial measures to address the global downturn."
So one 'informal' group spawns another, bigger, informal group but one which also includes all the member countries of the so-called BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa).
But back to the G20 Bali Declaration of November 2022. Its full text is available in a White House briefing and the points about the 'pandemic' and digital surveillance and what amounts to vaccine passports occupy points 19-24 of the declaration.
Here's a sampling of the deviltry afoot. From point 19: "While the COVID-19 pandemic is not over, the World Health Organization (WHO) has recently declared monkeypox as another Public Health Emergency International Concern (PHEIC), reinforcing that international health threats are ever present and that the G20 and broader global community must come together to improve our collective prevention, preparedness and response capabilities."
From point 20: "we welcome the establishment of a new Financial Intermediary Fund for Pandemic PPR (the ‘Pandemic Fund’) hosted by the World Bank. It aims to address critical pandemic PPR gaps and build capacity at national, regional and global levels, bring additionality in financial resources for pandemic PPR, catalyze complementary investments, and facilitate a coordinated and coherent approach to pandemic PPR strengthening." Note that PPR stands for prevention, preparedness and response.
From point 21: "We will work closely with the WHO to ensure the Task Force continues to complement the global pandemic PPR architecture and there is no further duplication and fragmentation of the global health governance system. "
And the humdinger in point 22: "We recognize that the extensive COVID-19 immunization is a global public good and we will advance our effort to ensure timely, equitable and universal access to safe, affordable, quality and effective vaccines, therapeutics and diagnostics (VTDs). "

"We recognize that the extensive COVID-19 immunization is a global public good only for the WEF, WHO, Politicians, Doctors, Hospitals and undertakers...

The sovereign of a country (President, congress, etc. in America's case) have the authority to make agreements that bind the entire nation at the international level.

You correctly intuit the danger. Treaties supersede national laws and can alter the way of life in a society. Excessive treaty arrangements and especially those without popular ratification are a big problem. By their agreement with the U.N., every member nation acknowledges and defers health regulations (and governance apparently) to the W.H.O.

The governance part is interesting to me. That tells me that there is a society on top of another society and the relation between the two is that of suzerainty.

Hi Painter Doug, I think the bottom line is that the difference between individual (and family) health is not the same as public health. From what we've seen happen since late 2019 (China) and March 2020 (almost everywhere else), governments decided to throw out 150 years of documented public health methods. What they did in effect, and with total endorsement by WHO, is to say that all interventions were only public health and individual health no longer mattered.

What they also did was to throw out the strict confidentiality between patient (or health seeker) and doctor, and the right of any and all persons to disregard, accept or defer a competent doctor's advice, and make his or her own decision about a course of medical or curative action for any ailment or malady. This is actually protected by law in most countries.

In my view, by claiming (with loud and shrill media support, but not proving) that public health supersedes individual health, they forcefully and illegally took away the say of the American people and indeed all peoples.

It perhaps is a matter of degree? "Access" to vaccines is a different situation than "mandates".

With Covid, you obviously have a night-and-day difference between "experimental western vaccines" and, for example, Sputnik V, which is made of adenoviruses, i. e. basically the same kind of delivery there always has been. And there is so much under the hood about these western vaccines, that, it seems to me that something drastic is going to wipe out that method of approach. Some of the African countries imported a few cases of vaccines, simply making them "available", but I don't think they became a craze, and we never heard much about it, since there was little effect one way or another. And not that it helped in any way with cholera or other problems that they already had.

Countries stand a chance to prevent medical tyranny until these think-tank talking points become law. It is slow, but, when enough about Covid and its vaccines that are "not true" is exposed, maybe every place in the world will not sign over its total obedience to what some unelected western doctor comes up with.

G20 Signs Declaration for International Vaccine Passport

The G20, a group of 19 nations — including the U.S. — plus the European Union, recently held their annual business meeting (B20) in Bali, Indonesia, where they declared that a digital vaccine passport, standardized by the World Health Organization, will be part of international pandemic prevention and response moving forward.

The rule for standardized international vaccine passports will be introduced as a revision to the international health regulations during the next World Health Assembly in Geneva.

The G20 recommendations also include the creation of guidelines for a globally coordinated response to crises, “enhanced by a technology-enabled ‘always-on’ global health infrastructure,” and a mutual recognition of COVID-19 vaccines made by G20 members.

President Biden signed the declaration despite the promises made by his White House COVID-19 Response Team leader, Jeff Zients, who in April 2021 stated, “Let me be clear that the government is not now, nor will we be supporting a system that requires Americans to carry a [vaccination] credential”.

The fact that the COVID shots do not prevent spread of infection has now been established many times over. This alone proves that vaccine passports are not for the purpose of containing epidemics. An international vaccine passport is the gateway to complete totalitarian control, because the entire control grid around a person gets tied together by it.

Vaccine Passports Are Gateway for Complete Financial Control
When vaccine passports first became a topic of international discussions, many of us saw the writing on the wall and warned that such an implementation would become a tool for complete financial and physical control, and would automatically eliminate basic human rights and freedoms.

Thanks for this, Richter. Mercola has been direct and scathing about the globalists' agenda, which really becomes more and more obvious with every passing day.
But about the G20, what I think is important is for people to remember that it is, in substance, an informal grouping. It is certainly not a multilateral organisation, such as the UN and its agencies, and therefore what it declares or announces has no power in international law and no power over national law.
The media would have us believe otherwise, but then that's what they're paid to do.
