Arthritis - healing

I was surprised to find that there is no thread on this one health issue. Although I do not have problems regarding it, I have come across some information about the ways to approach it.
Recently one of my favourite Youtubers, channel New Earth, posted a video of herself dealing with a patient having arthritis pain/issues. It is said to be an ancient method and works almost miraculously, using (real) honey. One from the store has a significant chance it will not work. The method is clearly presented in this video:

There are two more possible helpers which could help with arthritis problems I have come across and that one might try to look into:
-urine therapy and
-borax
