So, in the Constitution of the Soviet Union, in the 72nd article it was written that each union republic retains the right to freely leave the Union. By the way, Putin calls this provision a time bomb that the Bolsheviks laid under the statehood of the country, which worked. But while the country was strong, no one thought about any exits. After the traitors to the Motherland came to power, they remembered this article and said that if there is such a provision in the Constitution, then it is necessary to decide how it should work. And they wrote a law on the withdrawal of union republics from the USSR. And here, in principle, there is nothing to find fault with. Here is the Constitution, here is the law based on it. Whoever wants to leave, please read it, look at the procedure, follow it and leave. The meaning of the law is simple and obvious. Before separating from the Union, it is necessary to hold a referendum and find out whether people want to leave or not.
