Before the split of the church into Catholic and Orthodox, several holy popes were venerated, who are equally venerated by both faiths. Among them are Clement I, Gregory I the Great, Leo IX and Martin I. In general, it was the sinfulness of the pontiffs that became one of the reasons for the emergence of Protestantism. That is, some people looked at what the papal institution was doing and said: "Oh my! We'd better come up with something of our own." Thus Martin Luther created his own personal church with his own understanding and heresy, abolishing all the sacraments and liturgies that had a centuries-old history, instead of joining the true One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ (Orthodox Church).

In addition, the Popes, like the leaders of other countries, started wars in Europe.

Thus Pope Gregory IX was the first to start a war against Emperor Frederick, as a result of which Frederick renounced his power over the church and affirmed papal rights.

The popes wanted to be above the kings so much that they came up with the doctrine of two swords, according to which there are two powers in the state - spiritual and secular, and both are in the hands of the pope. But they transfer the secular to the emperor, whom they anoint to the kingdom.

Based on this, only the Pope can appoint and overthrow rulers. Even by force.

But after a series of wars in 1506, a detachment of Swiss mercenaries was created - some of the best warriors on the continent at that time. The Swiss Guard, about 100 people, still serves the Vatican.

The Illuminati, as already mentioned, support both sides when several countries are involved in a war. By the end of World War II, this was revealed in all its openness. Allen Dulles (Director of the CIA), for example, held secret meetings with the head of the SS Gehlen.

This group was the core that met in May 1954 at the Hotel De Bilderberg in Oosterbeek, Holland, and later became known as the "BILDERBERGER" group.

A member of the "Committee 300", Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands became the first leader of the Bilderberg group (explained later).

One of the CIA men who had great influence on the Catholic Church was Cardinal Spellman. Incidentally, it was Spellman who helped the CIA overthrow the democratic government in Guatemala in 1954. Spellman was also the man who introduced Father Paul Marcinkus of Chicago to the Pope.

In 1971, Marcinkus became an archbishop and director of the VATICAN BANK. Marcinkus also maintained close ties with P2 Masonic lodge members Michele Sindona and Roberto Calvi. P2 Grandmaster was Licio Gelli. Calvi Director of the VATICAN BANK AMBROSIANO, helped the Vatican transfer over $100 million in aid to the Polish Solidarity movement.

Some time later, he was involved in a serious scandal with the Banca Ambrosiano. In 1982, Calvi's body was found hanged on the Blackfriars Bridge in London. He had a brick in his right and left pockets, and his legs were tied at right angles. This is exactly what a ritual murder of Freemasons looked like. This special sign, however, was not mentioned in the newspapers.

Sindona was an adviser to the Vatican Bank. Lodge P-2 was closely connected with the Vatican, Opus Dei and the CIA. Lodge P-2 also had many members who occupied high positions in the Italian government.

In January 1966, the magazine "Look" published an article:

"How the Jews are changing the way the Catholic Church thinks." It described in detail the secret meetings of the Jewish lodge B'Nai B'rith with Cardinal Bea, who represented the Catholic Church. If the Vatican attempted to move towards a global government which they would oversee, it would likely lose much of its influence and the loyalty of its followers — potentially leading to the decline if not the extinction of Catholicism as a whole.

If you are speculating about who wants to sit atop the global government, I believe there is an obvious, easy answer: China. Everything they do and every political strategic move they make is directed towards global governance. Xi Jinping has openly stated that he wants the world to move towards a global government. China has tenacles that reach deep into many of the global organizations, such as the World Trade Organization, New Development Bank (BRICS Bank), International Monetary Fund, and the World Bank, to name just a few.

If you need proof, just look at how the pandemic was handled by China. They completely controlled the World Health Organization, and to this day, they have NOT been forthcoming about how or where the pandemic started. There were a lot of bad actors during the pandemic, especially drug companies and governments around the world, but the Chinese were by far the worst players in the game, and they are amazingly getting a free pass. A lot of people, myself included, believe that China unleashed the pandemic to gauge the world's reaction. I also believe that they plan a different but similar event in the future. The next time, they will be standing by with a quick fix, so the world will look towards them for leadership.

China is already exerting a great deal of influence over Russia, and the Belt and Road initiative is nothing more than an effort to buy influence around the world. Call it what you want, the reunification of Hong Kong and the upcoming reunification of Taiwan and China's continued provocative posturing in the China Sea towards it neighbors is nationalist or, more precisely, imperialistic.

I think people and governments need to be extremely cautious about where they put their alliance. Global Governance is sneaking up on the world and it is not coming from the Vatican or the USA. Just ask yourself who has the most to gain from the establishment of a Global One World Government.

Great rundown Russian Bear, appreciate your take on the Vatican. It's always seemed like the head of the snake to me. I don't pretend to know much about history, though Napolean may have been onto something, but when it comes to China, Russia, America, and everything in between, I would think that the strings are being pulled from a higher, more remote, undetectable standpoint, one not reliant on presidents, prime ministers, or any government stooges that come and go. In fact, I would posit that all governments across this world have been subverted by those same powers that have never been elected, have rarely been questioned, and go mostly unobserved by all but the most vigilant of citizens these days who are then summarily targeted, mocked, imprisoned or taken out altogether for their acumen. There are no governments anymore, just corporations and ngo's masquerading as said entities. To view any government, and especially the populations of those countries, as responsible for what's happening on the grand chessboard of stupid clusterf@ck horrible decisions taking place today to the detriment of every, sorry, I can't say citizen, because we're humans made in the image of God, not in the image of government, human being is simply not taking the bigger picture into account. It's no longer about Catholicism.

As an example the American Jesuit of Kentucky ca. 1890s.

On the one hand, this is how Las Vegas came to be, and several other things. The main part of the theory is to work with any weak, watered-down form of Jesus.

This was respectful, and, it is realistic to say that, in most places, the first one or three Jesuit missions were benign, because the order is largely based in normal human beings, some of whom made useful discoveries or inventions, etc., and so at first this was great. But eventually Jesuits got kicked out of every country they entered because of meddling in the affairs.

From that point developed the concept of the Enlightened Monarch, which, notably, has no British examples but it does happen in Russia. This is at the same time with the same balance of powers idea that America is "famous" for, but, it's not American. At the time, it was an American response to the same philosophies that some monarchs voluntarily adopted.

Early America and Russia were friendly enough, and were not Jesuitical plebiscites.





In response to the OP, the Bavarian Illuminati arose in controversy of German Bishop Electors. The organization was disbanded. It's not honest to carry that forward as the name of something.

On the other hand, P2 was a "local chapter" of Opus Dei, which largely comes out of Spain. The birth of the true Fascist war machine as we know it, comes from Rockefeller -- Standard Oil getting in league with Fiat and Italian National Oil and getting the Italians to attack Ethiopia. It didn't work!

Together with this was created a Steel Cartel that by the 1930s controlled 85% of steel in the world. In this, you have trans-nationalism, i. e., groups of men who are no longer French or Germans, but have dedicated allegiance to the power of corporatism.

It's not quite correct because Anti-Masonry is (a) Jesuitry, (b) the American Anti-Masonic Party, whose descendants are the Whigs and then the Republicans, and (c) the British Union of Fascists.

Masons don't have minions singing songs.

Rather, it is where the "Jewish problem" was discussed, as to whether they have human rights or believe in God or whatever. And so it is correct that you find Jews entering some Protestant Lodges in the 1700s, but none of this lasted. The open door for Jews into Masonic Lodges is a direct consequence of Napoleon. In the 1700s, there was such a thing as War Debt that became a cause for future wars, but, this was the king's personal responsibility. Then we see a change in finance whereby this debt is straddled across the shoulders of an entire population.

The United States was designed to be vehemently against what Lincoln did.

The importance is not really the religion, but, the transmission of Immortal Property, as a superior to what we might call moral doctrines. My guess is that is literally what it is. That is to say, primordial Christianity was made of Ecclesia, which is "Assemblies", that is, groups of people who were originally tasked with wandering the streets and assisting the sick or hungry and so on. There were not generally "meeting places" although obviously in some situations, they might find someone's house to convene in. Therefor, the wizardry of the Pope was not so much personal excellence, but the acquisition of some kind of permanent property belonging to an "office". Almost nothing is really known of the early figures said to be popes. But that is the sense I get of the "Rock" it is founded on.

The quickest way away from it is nationalism, that is, not rabid violence, but, loyalty to a culture which is not part of it, for example Russian. Probably Serbian, but we see from the Fourth Crusade and problems in that region, slaughters of Orthodox are sometimes monolithic, but, historically silent, as if it is not newsworthy such as Jews.
