Gerrymandering . My New worst word

The term gerrymandering is a portmanteau of a salamander and Elbridge Gerry,[a][5] Vice President of the United States at the time of his death, who, as governor of Massachusetts in 1812, signed a bill that created a partisan district in the Boston area that was compared to the shape of a mythological salamander. The term has negative connotations, and gerrymandering is almost always considered a corruption of the democratic process. I have been following this but I already hate this word. I understand the basics of it but, in its simple math of a states population to its representatives, it doesn't seem to make sense to me.

Anyone have any thoughts on it?

Covid is my worst word, Gerrymandering now a close second.

The term "Gerrymandering" is a word that every single American should give some thought to. Most people think it is about drawing district lines (on a political map) to benefit one political party or the other, and this is true on a small scale. But the ultimate Gerrymandering happened when Biden literally opened the border of the United States and secretly distributed illegal immigrants to strategic locations throughout the USA via clandestine flights between the hours of midnight and 5:00 am. He was stuffing human beings into districts that would benefit his political party. So if anyone ever wondered why a President of the USA would ever open his country's borders, they need to understand that it was all about power and nothing more.

I'm not sure if the word I hate more than any other fits in here, but by gosh it's over used to slander people.

Technically it's not a singular word, but it has definitely replaced the words "Racist" and "Anti-semite" in current usage to try and stop normal people objecting to things.

The words/term I truly hate the most hearing nowadays is... "FAR RIGHT".

I am so sick of hearing it used everyday, to slander anyone who talks out against government policies, or the simple fact that the elected representatives (MP's, Councillors, Senators, etc) refuse to follow the will of the people who elected THEM as representatives of the peoples opinion and feeling.

Any word against the government is met with "their far right".

I used to hate people being all obsessed with how "tender" the meat is as they are eating it. lol The sound of the word said like they've fallen in love with the meat. Especially if making weird noises of delight while consuming.

"autistic", when used in a false sense.

Are phrases allowed? "You think too much" - said by someone who barely thinks.

twerk - ugh. Awkward word for an awkward actions
Puberty - awkward word for an awkward phase .
Panties - Especially if said like a porn star in some cringe way. lol
tush - haven't hear for a long time but no.

Euphemisms to downplay harm - collateral damage, corporate restructuring

Rural - too difficult to pronounce.
Pap smear - yikes
Entitled to your opinion - Does this need to be voiced
Lisp - what jerk put an 's' in the word lol
Slurp - lol
Anal retentive - i dont even want to know the origin of that

"I don't want to hear excuses." - when giving honest reasons
As a mother - in certain situations
Do your research - to be dismissive
Stay mad - terrible comeback and often wrong
Its god's plan - we are all just puppets
deserve - a fictitious word that anyone can pretend

My favorite word of all time is "Boobytrap". Sounds hilarious, has another stellar word in it which has trapped me, and the word is just as funny backwards.

Gerrymandering - to manipulate the boundaries of (an electoral constituency) so as to favor one party or class.

this word makes me think of "Jerry rigging". lol Cuz they both mention that Fix it guy named Jerry. Gerry is more the bad jerry "fixing"/rigging elections. Probably spelled with a G cuz he is a freemason, gangster and globalist :clapping:

Seems the dislike of the word is more the association with manipulation and political parties. Two things we despise. Put them together and we want to start a revolution :) Manipulation and political party could be on the list of worst words for some.

If its about disliking the word itself, then I'd say its the randomness of the word that we have no clue about the reason that word is used, before you just explained it. Similar to how most have no clue to how they are manipulating political boundaries and elections.

Jerry-built means “built cheaply and unsubstantially.” Jerry-rigged means “organized or constructed in a crude or improvised manner.” Political parties are organizations with a bunch of crooked hacks improvising in manipulative manners. Crude people that constructed a crude party and system that barely works. The parties and government itself are also rigged, jerry-rigged and jerry-built. Manipulated in a crude make-shift way, barely holding itself together. lol
