So could we safely say that this perfect sacred geometrical storm design/pattern, could possibly have been triggered/manufactured/engineered electronically by a HAARP origination perhaps. That's the take I get from it.

What doesn't fit with a HAARP thingy is that the "vortex" is centered on the radar location:
... as if generated by the radar itself.

I hoped some members might shed some light on the radar thing, I wasn't too sure of it's source and don't want to spread phoney stuff, but it certainly intrigued me. Especially with the recent Mexican news footage of the activity at Popocatepetl. Already posted in this forum, but here it is anyway.

Looks like the corporations are gonna gut that section, to keep the ocean from pouring in on America during an earthquake. An opening to prevent as much flooding on the agricultural areas of the US and have more land mass for the survivors? I mean what else could they be trying to "quake" that area out about?
An ocean on either side could prevent large scale flooding in the plains area.
Remember when someone just filmed what looked like two of these, just the other day. Perhaps it was to calm the volcano or cool it off?
I'd like to think that anyway.
We also can't rule out that it could be TPTB playing with another new toy.
