'V' was contacted, through an intermediary, by a US Air Force 4 Star General. This man was in charge of Asymmetric Warfare, and was in line to be Head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He was asked if he would be prepared to order troops to fire on US citizens on American soil. He refused. He was escorted from Langley under armed guard.

The man has since been harassed. He's taken key possessions from his house, and (with his wife) is now trying to leave the US. The General was scared, shaken to the core.

Here are the details of what he wanted to be widely known. His urgent message was to get out of harm's way, and even to leave the country if you can.

• There are soon to be a million illegals per month coming over the Mexican border, part of a 10-11 year plan.

• The US dollar will be undermined by the end of 2015.

• By 2017, no later (he said), the US will no longer exist. The US economy will be destroyed. There will be a 'shotgun merge' of the US with Canada and Mexico.

• By the end of 2017, it will be announced that the US no longer exists as a functional government.

• Major economic upheaval will ensue.

• Announcements about all this have ALREADY been prepared for the mainstream media.

• $8 billion (at least: maybe as high as $32 billion) black ops money has been utilized to rebuild the Silk Road. This is a real highway, super-strongly built, between London and South Korea, just for commercial and military transport. It will reduce transport time to Europe from 40 days (sea) to 14 days (road).

• Financial control will be in the City of London, religious control in the Vatican.

• The DC government will be relocated to Denver.

• China will be the manufacturing engine of this 'new world'.

• Plans are ON SCHEDULE (if not slightly ahead).

• Drone pilot program: their star drone pilot has become very distraught, through being ordered to kill civilians. Drone programs to be run in the US are very dark: drone pilots have no connection with one another; they're not allowed ever to talk to one another. This ties into the handling of the American Civilian resistance.

• The General said: "There's no way to stop this. The resistance is already dead".

• He said most people buying firearms now are not emotionally ready to go up against trained tactical teams. They have no idea of the magnitude of professional, mercenary force that's coming against them.

• When they bring down the US in 2017, bioweapons will be placed in key locations in American cities. He gave this example:
  
  If you have a 33 oz can of Folgers coffee, and you have a bio-agent in there, and you open that can in a populated area, with a very light wind, you could have 20 million dead in 3 days. He said this kind of bioagent will affect the air and water, and will have a 98% kill rate. The weapon's 'signature' will not be known: complete plausible deniability, untraceable to the real source.

• He said when this happens, all US passports will be canceled, and all ports and airports will be closed. Gunships will sink any small boats that attempt to leave the country by sea.

I don't generally pay attention to any such specifics with any real kind of investment due to long term general experience. However, I'd have to agree it might be best to get out of the US simply based on the general direction we're going that's evident even on the surface level, let alone the real circumstances behind the scenes.

Major changes are going to be occurring at some point in eventuality, that much I'd agree upon.

The real question would be, what are the best places to go?

On one hand, I do believe that there is no way to stop the plans which have already been laid out over many decades by these PTB. However, all is not lost. The resistance is not dead - the sleeping giant that is the world population will one day awaken - and that in my mind is the small spark of hope which still burns bright in my soul, as well as many others. All we can do for the time being is prepare: stock up on non-perishable goods, water, firearms and ammunition, antibiotics and medication, non-GMO vegetable seeds, gasmasks and filters, and most importantly, know the lay of the land in which you are living.

Im in no position to leave, but if I were I would goto New Zealand(neutral nuclear free country) or somewhere in South America like Chile.

Been hearing these same threats for over a decade. First it was the year 2000, then the year 2012, then 2013...now its 2017. SMH
Someone is eating well off of all the negative energy these empty threats produce. I wonder how people really feel about these sought of articles. It seems like that's all these stories ever do, they just build fear. They never ever come true (and I'm glad of that). Years ago... I, along with many others wasted a lot of money storing food and supplies because of threads like this. I never see any positives in these sought of stories, no one really collaborates on what to do...they just display fear and converse about places to hide, unbelievable. If any of it was/is true I highly doubt the populace will fall under such control...if so, that can only happen because people were too scared to stand up to it...We, as a whole are too powerful to allow this to happen. Courage and Unity wins...while fear and division manifests suffering. Choose your future wisely, don't let others trick/train your mind to be a frightened slave. Stand for something or continue to fall for anything.

Watching the news right now about the crash and then reading this. I want to cry.

We'll be fine people. We survived through countless empty/unconfirmed threats like this in the past. Check the archives and confirm them for yourself. If you feel the need to stock up on resources...do so. I've done the same in the past because I gave in to news like this. Lost money buying extra food, lost some of the extra food due to expiration. Lost some really good people in my life because the threats never happened...and was labeled a paranoid Conspiracy Theorists.

I really don't mind people giving fair warning, actually I respected them more than you may think...but there have been way too many failed predictions and the information is Always limited and vague, never enough to confirm in any way or form. You can't do anything with it but ponder on it and fear it...especially if you're not going to link up with humanity and make sure we prevent this from happening.

Not only is this a BS statement, it is very subjective and disrespectful to the other members of society, very offensive and suspicious.

In 2017 we all can be in full control of our lives and living in harmony...but we all have to actually work towards that vision...not the vision of enslavement and suffering. What thoughts do you have in your mind? Well ,think about this...We are the many, they are the few. Where is our faith, our courage, what is our collective mind telling us? hmmm...

I think the thinking citizens (and maybe some of the not so thinking citizens) of the US don't necessarily equate our Nation's sovereignty with the fiat US currency. We are more than their money.

Ok, I am a drone pilot. I have been ordered to kill civilians. I have also been told to not talk to anyone. I am certainly not going to follow those orders....unless, of course, I am coerced. Don't know what to make of this. It would be interesting to see what comes of this prediction. I don't see it happening.

He has obviously never been to Kentucky. There are thousands upon thousands of Billy Bobs just waiting for any excuse to organize. Motive? Why are they importing illegals if the population is decimated? BTW, those Mexicans? Bat **** crazier than most wild Kentuckians...Seems like they would rather just pay grandma's social security payment with manufactured money.[LIST]

7 billion people are too difficult to control by military means and the shear logistics of it would leak out, hence the mind control technology which I suspect is now quite advanced.

The PTB - illuminati are many steps ahead of us and there are easier ways in my mind to wreak havoc on the world than a direct assault on the people or forced merger of USA, Canada and Mexico.

They have mind control to create violent tendencies in people and hence wars, who knows how many people are programed, bio-weapons, climate manipulation to cause droughts or floods, GMO's to create crop failure and famine, eathquakes, pandemics, EMP weapons to take everything and everyone off the grid, perhaps blamed on a solar event,

If the illuminati felt they were threatened I can imagine them resorting to extreme measures, probably hi-tech weapons or the good old false flag alien invasion.

Whatever they do is, in my opinion, difficult to predict, but will inevitably involve financial collapse as a priority. They are masters of deception and are good at what they do.

I wonder why the name of the Air Force 4 Star General was not specified. With only a few exceptions, the law only allows a total of 9. If his name were made public, it may be possible to verify some details of this reported event. Or perhaps the purpose of this news may be to create fear, weaken resistance to the plan and feed the reptiles :hungry::croc:

I do not think 4 Star Generals of any service scare that easily, and I have the most confidence in the USMC.

So basically we have a anonymous guy that uses a nickname from a movie and is used to launch alerts (see a list of previous examples http://www.stevequayle.com/index.php?s=598) that is being told by another anonymous, that claim to be a general, that everything that Alex Jones has said is true.
Especially this phobia with the "mexican invasion" seems to be the wet dream of a certain group of people.
But, a part all this, the inconsistency of this project reveal that this is not real: the PTB needs only to sign a couple of (secret) treaties to realize the "plan".
I believe that the alternative community must be more careful in propagating this kind of rumors because they damage the credibility of the background story, that is very serious.
Do we need to be physically (but not only) prepared ? Absolutely.
We have, other, better sources that indicate that is only a matter of time.

The less dependent on a collapsing system the better off we all will be. I do not know the details of the changes, but I'll bet the changes will be extreme.

Make sure you have a plan for getting clean water. Approximately 3 days without clean water and you will need nothing else. Don't forget soap.

In some short simple words we can lay to rest any argument about what none of us know for sure.

First the important thing to note is your own internal reaction, this is what you need to pay attention to. If you feel the need to take precautions just do it. Don't go into denial though.. there is a very real possibility that a lot of what is being said will play out, so please if you are sure make sure! I mean don't get complacent and do make sure others around you are waking up. 7 billion asleep zombies aren't going to make much resistance.

Second, there is no argument that will reach the truth.. both sides are being played out right now. Your energy and focus counts. Lay down positive waves, don't get caught up in using your energy to show you are right. I take these warnings seriously.. they are a call to action on all fields of reality.

My description to what I am perceiving is a multi dimensional chess game that is moving faster and faster.. only our own resilience and flexibility allow us to do the unexpected that is the game changer.
