But what puts meat on the bones of the stories of the 1897 Aurora, Texas Airship Sightings is an intriguing set of technical drawings and illustrations that were found in a junk shop some years ago. The drawings were created by Charles Dellschau.

This is a deep question and worthy of consideration within a longer conversation about the Secret Space Program.

There was a recent announcement of a laser based water cooling method.

In it (the experiments), a laser was resonated and caused mass of water..... to COOL.
Ie, to still it's 'thermodynamic randomness'. Thus it cooled, instead of reaching equilibrium or being heated.
The same can be done for this gas that is supposed to exist in these airships.
If we find ourselves 'violating thermodynamics', or rather ...controlling it directly, then other quantum functions are implicitly available. (by logical deduction and reduction in the immediate)
What is done, is a specific type of low mass gas is brought into being via an electrolytic process, similar to that of making brown's gas.
Then, that mass of gas is resonated in a standing wave pattern . It may be a combination of a static voltage that polarizes the gas into a single alignment and then a resonance of mechanical and electrical addition, or some version thereof.
In this way, where the specifically designed laser and water 'beats thermodynamic law', and cools down..... this gas, with low mass and large volume, can be tickled into interacting less with the local gravitation, and thus we get a volume or area/space that is interacting less with gravitation, for that given volume, than an equivalent static/local air volume of of equal size would.
This is a gas version of the electrostatic propulsion systems that are the norm in black ops/Nazi/etc known UFO types.
Properly done, it can push or move the field sensitivity about, to being above and below that of the local gravity field. directional aspect may (high probability) also be available. Just like that of the more normal electrostatic types.

To clarify, the story is that there were German immigrants in California in the 1850s who were allegedly flying things called 'aeros' that were not balloons. :)

Welcome Walter, and I thank you very much for your recent presentation at the Secret Space Program conference. Fascinating stuff, and a real eye-opener for me. I had always attributed pre-1900 sightings as extra-terrestrial - but you offer a tremendous insight into something else possibly going on. And as far back as the 1850s. Wow.
I have always wondered about that 1897 crash at Aurora, Texas.

It fits the profile of the 'Aero' theory for sure, except that, allegedly, the pilot was killed in the crash, and locals reported that this pilot was 'not of this world'. A local Army official speculated it might be a 'martian'. It even had a tombstone, reading "This site is also well-known because of the legend that a spaceship crashed nearby in 1897 and the pilot, killed in the crash, was buried here." I'm sure you're well aware of it, but was wondering what your thoughts on it were.

Well, to begin with -- I do think ETs exist. I like to clarify that because some folks will get an impression one is anti-ET if they offer or advocate an alternate explanation for incidents and reports. As regards Aurora, I think it was one of the human originated airships of the flap of that era, the 1890s. I think the pilot's body was burned so badly that people's imaginations got away with them. There really is nothing at all about the Aurora incident that makes it an ET related event aside from the conjectured statements at the time and especially since then, however there is much resonance with the airship mystery in the case. Still, many people would rather reject the human explanation because the ET theory is so much more exciting for them. I get that but a close inspection shows to me that it wasn't ET.

I personally feel there is anti-gravity technology that is not that technically exotic or technically difficult to create. Folks just don't understand that not only is there absolutely NO real funding via grants for anti-grav, but that anyone attempting to work on anti-gravity will find their work suppressed and or the inventor assassinated if the need should arise to insure the technology does not get out.
Folks will remember Project Camelot's interview with Ralph Ring. An amazing interview.
Ralph Ring stated that he had been part of a project with one Dr. Carr, Dr. Carr had been a disciple of Tesla's and had worked with Tesla as a technician.
Ralph Ring went on to say that his work with Dr. Carr resulted in a flying anti-gravity disc back in the 1950's.
We don't see the result of any of this work today because the group had their work taken away by the secret service, who stated that the group was a threat to the USA economy.
I state all of this because if indeed a small group of individuals back in the 1950's were capable of something like this with very low grade technology, who knows what could have been possible at an earlier date.
