I have just done another interview with Kerry Cassidy about the situation in North Korea, and presented evidence to suggest that they have Scalar Beam Weapons capable of triggering Earthquakes. This is based upon certain publically released news articles, and an analysis of their previous nuclear tests.

Hello Keith? Could you tell me why you believe that N. Korea has some weapon which can produce a certain amount of kilojoules force at some desired location?
Where do they have hundreds of thousands of watts that can be imparted to lets say two microwave generators, if we use Tom Bearden's hypothetical "designs" for scalar devices?
Effective energy at the focal point comes from energy IN and then converted through transducers of some sort to allow for "transmission" of the "beam" to some distance away.
Along that line, if one is trying to create "earthquakes" for instance at some distance away from the transmitter, the equivalent amount of energy in many many kilojoules needs to be conveyed through ROCK (or water if underwater faults are to be triggered)..
I don't see that they have the energy systems, to create the power, nor do they have the energy transducers to convert the power into a directable beam.
My view on this very matter is that the devices themselves do not 'contain' the energy as such. They create a certain 'condition' that is at the moment it is created, at the location that it is created, in resonant harmony with external celestial energy waves, that converge on the nuclear device, or interference zone of a scalar beam pair, at the critical moment. The massive energy store is in the external waves, and not the nuclear weapon, or scalar beam pairing. This is my own understanding of what is going on.
That's a great opinion, but it makes no sense as far as work force. Work is needed to affect a change of something. What I hear you describing in your opinion is that the 'effect' is more radionic or psychotronic.. That isn't scalar which requires brute force dual field alignment of waves to evoke destructive interference. Radionics and Psychotronics, even psionics doesn't have the power to evoke for instance bond disruption.
As to the ability to direct work force at a distance.. Bearden has never demonstrated that such "scalar" weapons actually exist. Everything related is hear-say. I consider it disinformation overall.
Great to create a "concern" about something which is not proven to actually do anything as purported. I seriously doubt N. Korea has anything which will do anything in the way of a 'scalar weapon'. My belief is they would have tested such already. They are having a hard enough time trying to say that they have achieved a meager level of fusion (using tritium boosting) in their so-called nuclear tests.
They are having a very hard time trying to launch ICBM's also indicative of substandard development, quality control, and scientific expertise. Such a scalar weapon as proposed would require ultra-precision alignment of the two power beams that would interact at something at a distance. They have neither the guidance nor skillset to do so, in my technical opinion.
There is a reason Edgar Cayce stated that the shifting of the axis would occur AFTER WWIII had already been underway.
It makes sense if you factor in exotic technology involved with causing earthquakes being unleashed by all sides involved.

Reading what you have said, it is clear to me that you quite simply have failed to understand the basic point I was making. Your technical criticism is way off the mark, because you are criticising me for what I have NOT said, as your assumptions are in error.
However, there is not much more to say here anyway. For if you believe that Bearden's work is disinformation, there can be no debate between us. If you consider him to be dishonest, and I do not, there is nothing more to say to one another.
All debates are instantly over the moment the fundamental position of both parties is established.
You are quite correct. Scalar being created by North Korea to me has no merit in any scientific understanding, cannot be demonstrated by any scientific means, and consists of hearsay conjecture in my technical opinion. Blessings.
