According to what I was able to understand from a reading by Carol Clarke: (Pardon any inaccuracies due to my old ears listening to her English accent.)
Humans are using ET technology to start some of the fires. Their motivation is to demonstrate force. I can see how they may use that in the future, as a bully would say to a child, "Do what I say or else.", then herd us into their scheme to enslave us in global government.

Years ago there were several occurrences of people being either completely or partially consumed by some sort of fire or radiation while sitting in a living room chair in front of their TV, or near to their fire place in which radiation energy could come through the TV screen or from on high down the fireplace chimney. I recall it happened to a couple embracing while standing in the hallway of a Mall. It was being called spontaneous combustion. However, I knew that this was directed technology, mainly because several of its victims had the portion of their body directly in front of the TV screen completely consumed while the legs and feet, out of range, were totally intact. At that time, I believed this to be either accidental or focused experimentation. I believe this to be what was used from the SKY deliberately. Kerry Cassidy on Project Camelot has an interesting take on the reasons this may have been done. Have a listen to her.
I heard about CA officially taking Ham radio away, and couldn't for the life of me understand why this was useful amongst the terrifying weather and fires around there. Ham radio is a PERFECT disaster recovery tool for a population to stay in touch - it beats TV, internet, and is even better than one-way radio (which only lets you hear an official broadcast message). Ham radio allows two way conversations and lets people network when all else fails.

Hey, this made me think; it's possibly a sign Ham radio is exactly what the people of CA need right now. It makes sense to start with, but seeing this move against Ham radio, well... that might be saying that Ham radio is critical. To be a Ham radio operator you need a licence and there are various ways to get licensed, people get licences every day

YT chan The Lookout, 8.01.22. Zeke has a conversation with another wildfire professional, Malcom North.
They talk about needing different approaches to forest management, based on lessons learned by observing how past efforts have stood up to big fires like the Dixie.
They even suggest that reforestation mimic natural regrowth following big fires, clumping instead of even-spacing.
In the final half minute, Zeke says he hasn’t much confidence that CA management efforts will make much difference. But
I think that thoughts from earnest and honest people like him and North should add toward a better outcome of the natural process, or at least our acceptance of it.
