I don't mean to be intrusive but there is nothing in your reality that you have to avoid, if you weren't meant to experience something it wouldn't be in your reality. Maybe the fact that the emotion that seeing all this brings you is a sign that there are beliefs that you have that aren't in alignment with yourself. Everything is a reflection FOR you not of you. Maybe looking from a less attached view you may see new things.
