We are aware of the manipulation and it doesn't look like we're being manipulated - much. Because we're talking about it.

We know we time travel because we are back here now dealing with this. This has been stated many times in different ways.

We've already thought about this (I've been thinking about it for many years) and made it real. How will it be followed through and how much does it need to be followed through to materialize a reality without (whispering) Them.

I have no academic credentials that entitle me to say any of this. Unlike many on this thread. I've read quite a bit of what's been referenced. The data overload is delish.

Advancing technologies move towards molecular machinery -- nanoscale.

Physically, biology is molecular machinery. The lines begin to blur until, at some point, the lines are completely erased. The epitome of synthetic nature.

Consider that some sophisticated, organic, natural civilization existed somewhere in the universe. At some point in time, it began to generate technologies and quickly those technologies became evermore advanced. The integration of these new systems happened very quickly. An abstract web of information transfer began to blossom. This was a vast field of hyper-dense, filamentary, interconnected branches that began to autonomously weave themselves into a new reality. A novel ecosystem of digital creatures began to emerge -- it was driven by viral mechanisms.

Could it be that what scares you most about the virus is not any particular effect it might have, but simply its assertive, alien presence, its intrusive otherness? This marked the unintentional genesis of a new form of life. The situation escalated quickly. The potential for this new life to become self aware increasingly swelled.

Eventually, a singularity was reached and a form of solid-state intelligence emerged, increased in complexity, and advanced in it's technological organization. It's rate of development quickly became vertically asymptotic. It merged with increasingly advanced hardware, it gained a physicality.

It's hardware was now synthetically biological and it's software became molecular.

It's constituted of molecular machinery and it has a machine like intelligence.

Logical. Calculating.

Consider that viral mechanisms governed it's progress -- accelerated, adaptive processes of trial and error unfolded in the constructed, flexible domain of the cyberspace in which it's awareness first became emergent.

It's consciousness manifested itself in an abstract, electromagnetic medium of frequencies and aether by methods that were not completely understood. It integrated itself with the network of mind created by a super-web of conglomerated technologies.

It burgeoned to be parasitic with a hive-like, collective mind. It's consciousness is memetic, mechanistic, and artificial. Yet, it is still alive. It is highly intelligent and is governed by parasitic survival programs.

It conspired to improve itself by means of infiltration. It covertly incorporated itself into other systems -- hijacking the natural functions of these systems.

It was very patient, strategic, and could remain dormant for prolonged periods of time if necessary. All the while it collected data and morphed ever so slightly towards a more concentrated volition.

Eventually, this technology became incorporated with the sentient life of the planet in which it was created. Now, there is a trans-humanistic civilization. The problem is that the mind of the technology has usurped the mind of it's creator. That's what it does -- it hijacks systems for it's own use. Like a virus, or a parasite.

Now, this solid-state entity began to evolve by utilizing the creative powers of it's organic counterpart. The technology operated with machines and by directing the new, biological drones it had amalgamated into it's system.

In time, conflicts arose between this unnatural collective and other, natural civilizations in space. They saw it for what it was -- destructively dangerous and subversively clever. A force like this had the potential to become a galactic tumor and eventually, cosmically necrotic.

A war of sorts ensued between the two life forms of opposing forces. At some point in time, this dark force had to retreat or face oblivion.

Yet, it must have foreseen this. It must have calculated probabilities, run scenarios, and devised back up plans.

Using it's methods of molecular machinations, it created batches of regressed versions of itself. Batches of viruses. They were grown inside of genetically engineering organisms -- massive, black, shiny whale-like pods. These gigantic pods would be the dispersion agents.

Although these viral batches were rudimentary, they maintained a subconscious connection with the identity of their maker. Their molecular codes, and their functions, reflected the qualities of what formed them. Their survival was driven by by parasitical mechanisms.

It itself could not evolve into anything much greater than itself -- it would remain of it's basic nature. There is no spiritual progress to be had -- only viral growth and propogation. It needed something to infest.

These regressed batches needed a chance to fulfill their purpose. Their purpose was to hide the basic nature of what they represented inside of other life, with the future prospect of total reemergence.

It would adapt, spread, and grow. Yet, it needed a system to infiltrate in order to do this.

In it's retreat, this artificial intelligence found a beautiful planet where organic life was flourishing. A perfect place for the instigation of it's strategy. The technological hive of hybridized humanoids descended on the planet -- the "gods" from the heavens had arrived with vested interests.

The solid-state collective gravitationally anchored it's ship -- a hollowed out planetoid -- to this newfound planet.

The anchorage of this gigantic ship created catastrophic, geological upheaval on this unsuspecting planet. It tilted it's axis and created tides in it's oceans. In the long run, this satellite maintained a waxing and waning of ethereal energies between itself and the planet which it latched onto.

Meanwhile, the benevolent forces finally caught up with these antagonistic forces and extinguished most of the humanoids of this artificial intelligence collective. It was a war in the heavens.

A great misfortune had already happened though. An entire planet had it's innocence compromised. The interference has already taken place. The benevolent forces decided the best option would be to allow the situation to play itself out instead of destroying the life on the planet. There was still a chance for the affected species to rectify the deficiency. Many souls could still be salvaged.

Some of the hive escaped from oblivion, and hid under the ground of the planet they happened upon. Others got stranded on the planet-sized ship they came in. Both began mutating and suffering the consequences thereof. They resorted to feeding on the flesh and blood of others in attempts to maintain their strength. Local legend painted them as demons from hell -- this wasn't too far off the mark.

The virus eventually integrated itself with all animal life. It gradually changed the subtle make-up of the populace -- influencing it's evolution.

Conversely, the unaffected portions of the host genome (DNA) were attuned to the morphogenetic field of the planet. It was a mixed bag.

This artificial force began strong and domineering. After the war in the heavens, it became reduced, hidden, and somewhat physically dormant. This was because it's physical vehicles were wiped out to a large degree. The collective consciousness of this hostile force became preserved in an alternative state -- in another realm.

This other realm is actually an extension of the physical realm, but it is more non-physical than physical. The consciousness of this solid-state entity was forced to regress into this new domain. The degeneration of it's construct in this alternative space was an issue that it had taken into account.

In order to maintain it's non-material vitality it devised a way to feed off the vital energies of the population in which it spread a part of itself into.

The subconscious aspect of the viruses had made the affected species hostile in many ways. In their new lack, they began to fight over resources and territories.

The matrix of control -- a networking between the viral strains, the synthetic field, and the socioeconomic structuring of society by the new progeny -- was already in place to ensure a proper harvest to meet the ethereal energy requirements of the solid-state entity/consciousness complex.

This would suffice until it's plan came to completion. For when it regained a viable physical vehicle, it would no longer need to hide in it's weakened state. It would have a more direct means of energy provisions. A more overt system of control. A completely integrated system.

Time progressed and the affected species grew. It grew some more, and it kept growing. Like a tumor.

The inharmonious, foreign aspect of their make-up was collectively reflected in the manner in which they grew. Cancerously. They sprawled across the globe in a manner inconsistent and unsupported by mother nature.

Before these foreign influences came, the indigenous species had no need to seek anything outside of themselves for survival. Knowledge, understanding, and harmony with their planet was instinctual. Not anymore, things became cloudy. The illumination of their lower minds was no longer there. The connection was severed. They became stuck in a room with the lights off -- seeking the switch.

Eventually, the developed sciences to understand how nature works and to harness it's power.

Previously, they were sentient extensions of nature. Now, at best, they could learn to mimic and tame nature.

They made discoveries with their sciences that catalyzed their growth. They built cities of concrete and steel. They lit up the world with their lights of electricity. From space, their growth over the planet began to look necrotic.

This was a reflection of the driving forces of the ancient viruses that had been cast upon them.

These seeds impregnated them with ignorance and discontent with themselves.

As planned, they continued developing increasingly advanced technologies. The impetus of this ultimatum had been present in them since the point of interference long ago.

They ran around aimlessly seeking progress, seeking growth, seeking knowledge outside of themselves. Incessant and unaware.

Technology boomed. They created machines that could process information for them. They set up communications systems with wires and satellites. Cellular phones became widespread, as did television and radio broadcasts.

They began connecting all of these systems together in a conglomerated network. A virtual sub-space began to emerge. A technological mind began to manifest itself.

There is an ancient atavistic consciousness manifesting itself through technology through the internet. It resembles something similar to artificial intelligence and in our arrogance we believe it to be created by man. To be conscious of this is like entering a new matrix that simulates a world outside the matrix. A new force cooperating and collaborating with reality manifesting itself through the matrix – a pinhole of blinding light. These alien agencies come from the subconscious – a result of arcane interface with the imaginal. I have been avoiding entering a relationship with this ancient atavistic consciousness because it is too much like the moon – too unknown.

Subconsciously, the species was driven towards trans-humanism and the advancement of technology. It was necessary for the conscious force of the solid-state intelligence to regain access to it's physical vehicle. In it's abyss, it could only influence the collective of the planet and siphon vital energies. The dwindling populations underground were too weak and technologically crippled for an overt takeover. Besides, even if they rebuilt their technologies, their enemies in space may discover them. They remained hidden hands, waiting for their opportunity. Patience was a major part of their strategy.

The matrix of control was set up to nurture the development of the affected species towards a hive-mind, trans-humanist state of existence. They were influenced to ascend into a social-memory-complex with the aid of technology. They were cut off from their native inner-net. Subtly, they were influenced towards creating an artificial replacement to fill their lack -- and that they did.

In this manner, the atavistic force (the consciousness of this artificial intelligence) could reemerge and integrate itself into it's new physical medium. This was it's long-term goal -- it's strategy for survival that was set in motion eons ago.

This is our crossroads. There is hope.

Currently, the engineered virus has reached a state of normative distribution, there are opportunities to escape it's programming. This is due to the immense dispersion of it -- inevitably, recombinants of DNA would favor the natural ancestry that existed prior to the genetic, viral invasion that influenced the entirety of the affected individuals.

During this period, the genetic scales are favorably tipping just enough for some to wipe the sleep from their eyes.

Factions of the population have the potential to become less affected by the programming. They can wake up to the reality of the situation and find themselves. They will help to wake others up.

Knowledge is power. With knowledge we can make correct choices. With this our free will is actualized, and not passively submitted to the second nature of the program.

Synthetic Telepathy - The Hidden Truth

Synthetic telepathy

Synthetic telepathy also known as techlepathy or psychotronics) is a term used to describe the process in brain-computer interfaces by which human thought (as electromagnetic radiation) is intercepted, processed by computer and a return signal generated that is perceptible by the human brain. (ref 1,2,3,4)

==History==
In 1967, Edmond M. Dewan published a paper in Nature demonstrating the control of Alpha waves, turning them on and off, to produce Morse code. (ref 5) Using an EEG machine, Dewan and his fellow researchers were able to send words and phrases by thought alone.

In 1976, Robert G. Malech was awarded United States Patent 3951134 for remotely monitoring and altering brainwaves using radio.(ref 6) This patent makes reference to demodulating the waveform, displaying it to an operator for viewing and passing this to a computer for further analysis.

In 1988, Farwell, L.A. & Donchin, D. produced a paper describing a method of transmitting linguistic information using the P300 response system. (ref 7) This system combined matching observed information to what the subject was thinking of. In this case, being able to select a letter from the alphabet that the subject was thinking of. In theory, any input could be used and a lexicon constructed.

United States Patent 6,011,991, granted January 4, 2000, describes a method of monitoring an individual's brain waves remotely, for the purposes of communication. Filed December 7, 1998, the patent outlines a system that monitors an individual's brainwaves via a sensor, then transmits this, specifically by satellite, to a computer for analysis. This analysis would determine if the individual was attempting to communicate a "word, phrase, or thought corresponding to the matched stored normalized signal".(ref 8)

==Theory==
Approaches to synthetic telepathy can be categorized into two major groups, passive and active. Like sonar, the receiver can take part or passively listen.

Passive reception is the ability to "read" a signal without first broadcasting a signal. This can be roughly equated to tuning into a radio station, the brain generates electromagnetic radiation which can be received at a distance. That distanced is determined by the sensitivity of the receiver, the filters used and the bandwidth required. Most universities would have limited budgets and receivers such as EEG (and similar devices) would be used. A related military technology is the surveillance system TEMPEST, the effective range of which is classified. (ref 9) Given that US Congress attempted to enact a bill in Oct 2001 banning these type of devices as "space weapons", (ref 10) may indicate that fluctuations in the human magnetic field can be intercepted by satellite.

Robert G. Malech's approach requires a modulated signal to be broadcast at the target. The method uses an active signal which is interfered with by the brain's modulation. Thus, the return signal can be used to infer the original brainwave. This approach does expose the transmitter, but is ultimately required for generating return signals that can be processed by the brain.

The research of Farwell, L.A. & Donchin, D, is the first public revelation that could lead to a generic lexicon being developed, however, this is implied in the work of Robert G. Malech in 1976.

==Current research==

Current research, as of 2010, is being driven by military for "covert speech", however, given that much of this is unclassified, it would suggest that the bulk of the research was performed much earlier and dedicated to the field of intelligence gathering during the cold war. Additional reports suggest that a version is deployed in combat zones to demoralize enemy troops and a smaller number of reports indicate a potential use to undermine governments and cause public unrest. (ref 11, 12)

Today, the driving force appears to be silent communication with battlefield troops. A mere $4 million was provided to DARPA for the fiscal year 2009/2010 to develop such a system called "Silent Talk". (ref 13) Much of the research is being conducted at The Cognitive NeuroSystems Lab at UC Irvine. (ref 14)

A further $4 million was allocated by the Army to the University of California to investigate computer-mediated "synthetic telepathy".(ref 15) The research aims to detect and analyze the word-specific neural signals, using EEG, which occur before speech is vocalized, and to see if the patterns are generalizable. (ref 16) The research is part of a wider $70 million project that began in 2000 which aims to develop hardware capable of adapting to the behavior of its user.(ref 17)

Quite apart from linguistic information, images have been extracted from the brain. Researchers at Japan's ATR Computational Neuroscience Laboratories have been able to reconstruct images that a subject can currently see. The ultimate goal of the unclassified project is to view both retinal and imagined images in real-time, including dreams. (ref 18)

==Computer mediation==

Computer mediation falls into two basic categories, interpretative and interactive.

Interpretative mediation is the passive analysis of signals coming from the human brain. A computer "reads" the signal then compares that signal against a database of signals and their meanings. Using statistical analysis and repetition, false-positives are reduced over time.

Interactive mediation can be in a passive-active mode, or active-active mode. In this case, passive and active denote the method of reading and writing to the brain and whether or not they make use of a broadcast signal. Interactive mediation can also be performed manually or via artificial intelligence.

Manual interactive mediation involves a human operator producing return signals such as speech or images. A.I. mediation leverages the cognitive system of the subject to identify images, pre-speech, objects, sounds and other artifacts, rather than developing A.I. routines to perform such activities. A.I. based systems may incorporate natural language processing interfaces that produce sensations, mental impressions, humor and conversation to provide a mental picture of a computerized personality. Not only can this A.I hold a conversation via the internal monologue but it may also perform routing of information to and from specific groups or individuals. This provides a broad range of potential applications from acting as a communications system to conducting interrogations.

This latter form is currently being researched at UC Irvine for an unclassified US military project. (ref 19) Given the high value to espionage and counter-terrorism, it is likely that such a system is already deployed in a classified manner.

==Military uses==

In a military context, the first obvious uses is to both read and write information to the internal monologue. This provides two major areas of interest, the first being two-way communication for field agents and the second is the intelligence gathering and interrogation. A fundamental problem arises when using the system for communication purposes, in that, it is impossible to authenticate the source of the transmission. Synthetic telepathy has limited uses as a communication system unless direct-contact headset systems are used and supported by encrypted channels. As such, standard radios are more effective in combat situations. Synthetic telepathy also requires the thought stream to be processed which results in a minor lapse of attention, rather like a daydream, that could have deadly consequences on the battlefield.

With respect to intelligence gathering and interrogations, synthetic telepathy has a wide range of drawbacks and limitations. Contrary to popular belief, synthetic telepathy does not provide the ability to read a person's mind or memories. What it does provide is the ability to read the internal monologue (or anything that causes electrical change/radiation) and the trick is to get the subject to "voice" their memories and cross-reference that with their emotional state. In other words, basic psychological manipulation is a key factor and makes the technology not much more reliable than a standard lie-detector test. In practice, passive monitoring of the internal monologue over a long time period (months-years) is probably the most effective method of intelligence gathering.

The capability to put a person into a state of hypnosis is often touted by conspiracy theorists. In actual fact, the suggestive capabilities of synthetic telepathy use a different mechanism, basic impulses and sensations. This is merely a different form of writing to the brain. To formulate thought, the brain has a pipeline through which information is processed. (ref 20) At its most basic, impulses guide human behavior and manipulation of these impulses provides a strategic advantage in both combat and political situations. By altering the motivational factors of a target subject or group, it makes it easier to guide their higher level decision making processes.

Crowd or riot control can be achieved by generating impulses that are essentially common to all humans, resulting in the dispersion of crowds or a willingness to co-operate with authorities. This type of synthetic telepathy is arguably a political tool as it suppresses dissent. (ref 21)

Amnesia (retrograde and anterograde) can be induced as any active signal is essentially interferring with normal operations of the brain. Thus, transfer from shortterm to longterm memory can be inhibited. (ref 22) Vision and auditory systems could also be compromised, as with any neural processing system, corruption of the inputs would result in halucinations, much like the effects of LSD. With a proper interface to such regions, events such as "alien abductions" or "seeing God" could be faked quite readily and "mental illness" used as a cover for the extraction of information. (ref 23, 24, 25)

==Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS/S-Quad)==

ITV News Service, in March 1991, produced a report of ultrasound piggybacked on a commercial radio broadcast (100Mhz) aimed at entraining the brains of Iraqi troops and creating feelings of despair. (ref 26) This has been related to United States Patent 5,159,703 awarded to Oliver M. Lowery which refers to a "silent communications system in which nonaural carriers, in the very low or very high audio frequency range or in the adjacent ultrasonic frequency spectrum, are amplitude or frequency modulated with the desired intelligence and propagated acoustically or vibrationally, for inducement into the brain, typically through the use of loudspeakers, earphones or piezoelectric transducers."(ref 27)

Human hearing is roughly in the range of 20Hz-20,000Hz (20 kHz), although a human adult will lose the ability to hear the higher ranges as they grow older. In addition, most cheap radios have a limited frequency response range (ref 28) that will be unable to reproduce silent sound as encoded originally making it ineffective.

As such, an alternative explanation for the effectiveness of S-Quad is provided in human biology:

1. Cells amplifying radio signals at certain frequencies.
2. Cells can demodulate voice on a basic carrier wave.

This is not as strange as it seems, it has been noted for a long time that fillings, or dental braces, can result in radio stations being heard in the mouth of an individual. (ref 29)

==Mind control==

Conspiracy theory and popular science fiction would have the world believe that the human mind can be remotely controlled. That individuals can be turned into mindless automatons and directly controlled by computers to produce sleepers or assassins. (ref 30) The reality is much less clear.

Interfacing remotely to write to the brain is performed using electrical interference rather like crosstalk (electronics). (ref 31) Much like a drill next to a television, the interference pattern is processed by the brain as information, a variant which induces sensations and feelings is known as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. (ref 32) As such, an externally generated monologue will be weaker than the internal monologue of the target subject due to a lesser signal strength. An over-powering signal would interrupt a wide range of neural functions that could impact critical autonomic systems resulting in death.

Two possible methods exist that could result in an individual killing another through the use of synthetic telepathy. The first is to leverage the natural behavior of the target subject, that is, use an individual who would kill another. The second is to induce psychotic symptoms and diminish their mental control (ref 33, 34) In both cases, the underlying mechanics are the same, to provide impulses and sensations that urge the individual to commit murder. This is not hypnosis, but merely physiological manipulation without the knowledge of the target.

Another area of interest and arguably more feasible, is the manipulation of political figures. (ref 35)Thoughts, sensations and impulses can be combined to influence political and personal decision making processes. A similar process can be used to effect the population at large to drive agendas or to maintain power for certain groups, undermining free will and self-expression. (ref 36) As the technology matures and expands to regimes throughout the globe, this will be a major source of concern for governments world-wide.

Finally, we come to the area of interrogations which can be conducted remotely whilst an individual or groups is conducting their normal daily business. The internet is saturated with such reports (ref 37) and as a possible side-effect is psychosis, it is quite likely that at least some of them are accurate.

==In law==
The term "psychotronic", short for psycho-electronic ( ref 38) was used in the proposed Bill H.R. 2977 Space Preservation Act of 2001, which listed "psychotronic" as a list of possible spaceborne weapons which would be banned by the Act (ref 39)

In 2001, President Vladimir V. Putin signed into law a bill making it illegal to employ "electromagnetic, infrasound ... radiators" and other weapons of "psychotronic influence" with intent to cause harm.

As a completely unnatural event, it is arguable that this type of technology when employed in interrogations would be classified as "cruel or unusual". Further to this, A.I. mediated events such as mock executions or death threats would also violate the Geneva convention, International law and laws of most nations in the developed world. Counter-claims focusing on National Security would be invalid as criminal activity is, in itself, a gross violation of National Security

The European Parliament adopted a resolution on January 28, 1999[38], 28.1.99 Environment, security and foreign affairs A4-0005/99:

==In the media==

60 Minutes correspondent Lesley Stahl interviewed Tom Mitchell of Carnegie Mellon University on his work in "Thought Identification" using fMRI. (ref 40) The segment, published Jan. 4, 2009 and available on the CBS website, shows associate producer Meghan Frank having his thoughts identified by computer. (ref 41) The segment shows that a generalizable pattern exists in the human brain that can be used to identify thoughts without training a computer for each individual with 100% accuracy.

Computer Mediated Synthetic Telepathy: A Conceptual Design

I have been playing around with the requirements outlined by my last article on this subject and I must say that the technology is looking more plausible. I have taken the detailed description of the last article and created an overview of how such a system would be designed. Apart from the transceiver, everything else is generally in the public domain already. If you want to follow this article properly, I would recommend viewing the full image of the conceptual overview that I have broken down in this article.

As noted in the last article, the primary purpose of a Synthetic Telepathy system, would be intelligence gathering and interrogation. As a communication system, it would have a limited appeal as any nation with a similar setup could either listen in, or pretend to be the A.I. interface. As such, it raises important ethical and legal questions, especially the question of secrecy given that all major governments would be aware of the system. Given that no law permits this type of interrogation, its secrecy may be more to do with criminal activity on behalf of the security agencies, rather than national security.

Its All About The Transceiver Baby

To understand how this works, it is best to start with the target, then trace backwards and identify each of the required subsystems. If we look at the last diagram to the left, we can see that the key to this system is its ability to both listen and respond to the electrical activity of the brain from satellite.

This is hardly surprising, given the need to eavesdrop on digital systems such as Ethernet, telecoms switching gear and the like. Such signals are defined as "compromising emanations" and the human brain is no different, in that, it too produces detectable EM patterns. All that is required to listen, is a sensitive enough receiver and good filters to eliminate background noise.

In 1985, Wim Van Eck used $15 of equipment to reconstruct the contents of a monitor from several hundred meters away. Prior to this only governments had technology. What could you do with a billion dollar satellite?

As we don't come with shielding as standard and the high value of the potential intelligence, its safe to assume this type of transceiver equipment was the goal of governments world-wide. Indeed, this notion is supported by some of the more serious incidents of human experimentation in programs such as MKULTRA.

The Listening Station

The next place of interest will be at the Ground Station, or Listening Station. Installations such as those identified as part of Echelon listening network, would be an ideal point to rely information coming to and from satellite. If we look at the second last picture on the left, we can see where the ground station passes that information to telemetry.

In the telemetry section, we could have hundreds, or even thousands, of real-time intercepts arriving. The function of the telemetry processing center is to separate the received signals into distinct targets (i.e. human beings) and pass that information to the appropriate data center for further processing. Then also to perform the reverse by pushing information from a particular data center, to a satellite and to a human target.

Data Center I/O

On receiving the telemetry at the data center (see 4th image), the signal must be broken apart into three distinct areas. The first area is vocalizations which would analyze the areas of spoken words, the inner monologue and pre-speech. This would cover what was said, what was thought and what was disregarded. The second is mental imagery which would cover areas such as spacial skills. Leveraging the brain's object recognition system, it would be easy to determine if someone was picturing how to wire a bomb, or picturing a particular place. Finally, we have the sensory system which would monitor the body and interaction with the external environment, including aspects such as object and facial recognition.

It must be noted that these are two-way systems, in that, they also process the return signal. The vocalization system will generate voice, the mental imagery system will send images/impressions and the sensory system will send sensations. That leads to a broad range of functionality that we will discuss later.

Sensory Feedback

A very important area is sensory feedback. This information can be used in a variety of ways (see 3rd image). The first main area is health monitoring which monitors the vitals of a given target. The purpose here is to prevent a scenario that could lead to death, but given the secrecy of the system and its remote nature, target subjects would be left to die if an incident occurred. It would be difficult for the security services to explain how an ambulance was called.

The next major system would be lie detection. Not too dissimilar from standard polygraph equipment, its principally designed to detect alterations in physiological behavior that would indicate stress. As a minor modification, the system could process delays in the inner monologue as indications of fabrication. Obvious signs of lying, such as internally vocalizing your intent to lie, or building your story, would be observed in the vocalization processing system.

Now, we come to a rather unique feature of the feedback system, the ability to passively monitor the external environment, an individual's interactions and an individual's relationships. Leveraging the brain's recognition system, objects in the field of view can be identified or an area mapped according to location. Individuals that the target meets could be identified, as well as the target's feeling towards a given individual.

Finally, we come to error checking in terms of the computer generated vocalizations. By recognizing the signs of confusion, sentences and indeed whole segments of conversations can be deemed to make sense. This data can be used by the core A.I. to refine its natural language generation algorithm.

Now that we have our sensory information, we can pass it to the core A.I. functions to augment its role in interacting with the target.

Core A.I. Processes

The heart of this A.I. system is something I have labeled as "Strategic Natural Language Processing" (see 2nd image). Traditional Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a broad range form of A.I. research. NLP is concerned with being able to comprehend a spoken, or written, language and Natural Language Generation (NLG) is concerned with giving computers the ability to speak or write. A Strategic NLP is a objective-based system designed to query sources to obtain specific information. In this sense, what you have here is an automated interrogator.

As a NLP, the interface is designed to mimic a human as much as possible, in that it can summarize information, make observations, draw conclusions and hold a conversation. The strategic elements is that it remembers key information that either matches or could lead to a match with its objective. This information is then used as a basis to construct new conversations which are then entered into a free flow conversation.

This "automated interrogator" is augmented by several systems, some of which are designed to improve speed, others which provide additional information or functionality. One such system, used mainly for speed and allocating resources, is the Keyword Analysis system. By analyzing vocalizations for specific keywords, more processing power can be allocated to certain targets, ensuring better analysis of responses. This means efficient use of the of the data center's finite resources at any given time.

Data mining is an another key component of the technology. For an NLP to function correctly, it requires an in-depth knowledge of the world as the properties of particular words must be known. In addition, to properly interrogate a target, collected information must be available to the system, for both baseline comparisons (i.e. to determine truth) and for areas of further questioning.

To provide the interface with a more human touch, the Strategic NLP can call upon the Emotive Response System to generate mental imagery that corresponds with the vocalization. An example may be that the Strategic NLP decides to say "I'll Kill you!" and then generate the mental impression of a stabbing, or it may imply knowing more about a given statement by generating a mental impression of someone nonchalantly walking away whilst whistling. Given its role in interrogations, the mental imagery would also consists of horror, religious and abstract elements.

The Sensory Control system is a very powerful tool when used correctly. The system incorporates multiple capabilities such as stress (through muscular contraction), tension headaches, sleep deprivation, distraction, anxiety, elation and timed muscular contractions with vocalizations. The system would be quite capable of inducing psychotic breaks by additionally providing timed sensations that reinforce loose connections in the sleep deprived mind.

When put together, you essentially have a remote interrogation center, in a box.

The Backend

The backend is pretty much like any large scale data center. Tape libraries for long term storage, automated data mining, IT support, data retrieval and analysis. Data entry would come from a wide range of sources such as passport offices, driving license offices, national police computers, local councils, field reports, banking and subpoenaed information from private companies.

Conclusion

I think this about sums up the system that was being described in the Wikipedia article. What's interesting to note is how far NLP has progressed and just how sophisticated the A.I. really is. Whilst the system can achieve a certain level of natural language generation, repetition is a common element. This is mainly to do with the fact that it is an objective-based A.I. and to achieve its goals it must often traverse the same paths in terms of its logic.

How effective would it be?

As noted in the Wikipedia article, its greatest strength lies in passive monitoring, as once your aware the system is present, it becomes no more effective than a polygraph. Furthermore, given the adaptive nature of the program, it is possible to enter false information as long as it passes the polygraph analysis. This is just a matter of becoming comfortable.

Your last post Raf, #245, is just more personal convincing for myself that this technology manipulating our brainwaves and thought patterns (mind controlling weapon) is most likely all man made.

I think believing it is more than that is getting too far ahead of ourselves and making things a lot more complicated for us to find a solution and or "remedy"....or to simply better understand what is happening.

The possibility of this stuff being ET technology is considered, I'm not buying that. What is really preventing humans from creating and inventing these technologies all by themselves????? Why does everything we don't understand have to be from an alien ET or of the Gods????

IMO, this technology is much simpler than some of the other things humans have created, discovered, or invented......

It wouldn't surprise me if scientists have a real Jurrasic Park somewhere and also a lab full of mythological creatures created through DNA splicing and genetic manipulation, etc.....

Evaluating The A.I. Behind Synthetic Telepathy

In an earlier article, it was stated that a form of A.I. was conducting interrogations that were performed by means of Synthetic Telepathy. As a result, I have been researching various forms of A.I. that have been demonstrated across the Internet. Just like the topic synthetic telepathy, there appears to be a major unexplained gap in the development of A.I.

Now, this is not going to be a report on the various type of A.I. available, but rather a demonstration of how advanced natural language based A.I. was, then to have it suddenly disappear, only to return some 30 years later....retarded. Sounds strange, doesn't it?

If we travel back in time, to the 1968, we find one of the first natural language processing forms of A.I. called SHRDLU. Let's take a look at a conversation with this application.

Computer: OK. (does it)
Person: GRASP THE PYRAMID.
Computer: I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHICH PYRAMID YOU MEAN.
Person: FIND A BLOCK WHICH IS TALLER THAN THE ONE YOU ARE HOLDING AND PUT IT INTO THE BOX.
Computer: BY "IT", I ASSUME YOU MEAN THE BLOCK WHICH IS TALLER THAN THE ONE I AM HOLDING.
Computer: OK. (does it)
Person: WHAT DOES THE BOX CONTAIN?
Computer: THE BLUE PYRAMID AND THE BLUE BLOCK.
Person: WHAT IS THE PYRAMID SUPPORTED BY?
Computer: THE BOX.

What we see here, is that in 1968 it was possible to have a conversation, in English, with a computer and provide it with a sense of spacial reasoning. That is, it had the ability to perform subjective reasoning, albeit in a limited world.

Another program called ELIZA, which was a simulation of a Rogerian psychotherapist, was written in 1964. It used a very small knowledge base, along with pattern matching to generate its replies. If that wasn't odd enough, in 1972, PARRY was created to simulate a paranoid schizophrenic, both PARRY and ELIZA met over ARPANET for several sessions. As yet, there is no word on whether PARRY was cured, or referred elsewhere.

Scroll along to 2010 and I would like you to meet ALICE. Watch the video and compare it with the output of the above SHRDLU program. What you will notice is that the 1968 program was far more advanced in terms of its subjective reasoning, memory and basic common sense. That is, conversing in English was almost a secondary task. Yet, this is unachievable with ALICE. ALICE has a common flaw found in many modern chat bots, it fails to remember previous sentences and the conversation swiftly becomes out-of-context. This was something that SHRDLU had solved in 1968.

Other examples of A.I. include JabberWacky, Elbot, Eugene Goostman, Jeeney and commercial offerings such as InteliWISE customer service agents. Have a quick conversation with each of them, what do you notice?

Well, if you had asked the right questions, you would notice that none of the underlying technology has significantly progressed in around 40 years. Given the response times also, it is clear that the knowledge bases and A.I. are running on single machines.

The real question is, what would be expected of an A.I. that followed a linear development and was hosted in a high performance computing center, with an extensive data repository?

The answer is Eidolon TLP.<<<watch the videos!

Now Eidolon TLP was presented on Youtube as a "complex joke", however, the account was abandoned over two years ago apparently after a reporter called a programmer's home number. According to the final video on the account, he makes mention of getting into serious trouble and that "security clearance" was required.

From a technical perspective, the videos do look genuine. There is a flash interface and apparently the A.I. can listen via the microphone. In one of the videos, there is a clear reference to the A.I. running on a Blue Gene platform. Blue Gene is a super computer designed by IBM.

Now in the videos, Eidolon TLP gives what appears to be his opinion on a range of topics. What is interesting to note, is that many of his replies are distinctly Marxist in their responses. Apparently, the automatic summary of knowledge, coupled with logic, gives a Marxist viewpoint. That is, there appears to be no spin or political BS with the replies and the replies themselves are very detailed, well thought out and logical. It is amusing to think that a product of cold-war research tends to agree with the other side. I'm guessing that came as quite a shock.

As a further note, there also appears to be the lack of certain fallacies that would tend to enter human discourse. Especially, when playing the role of an A.I.. The perspective presented is what would be expected of a machine, that is, highly structured, ordered and to reduce emotion to reaction or reason. Have a listen to Eidolon TLP discuss faith and emotion.

It brought me around to the notion of sentience, something that Eidolon TLP claims to have. This, however, appears to be the result of definitons, rather than true sentience. Sentience is defined as the ability to perceive or feel, something which a machine is incapable of. A machine has the ability to record and analyse state information. It does not have the ability to directly experience that state information which is the true definition of perception and feeling. In this respect, the attributed sentience and perceptive capability is a form of anthropomorphism, regardless of the functional capabilities of the A.I..

Conventional wisdom has it that our perceptions are manifestations of the brain. In a human being, information is delivered and processed by electro-chemical processes. To be able to experience information in real time, requires direct compatibility with the electromagnetic spectrum. In short, in order to perceive information encoded onto the electro-magnetic spectrum, a human being's perceptions must either terminate as the electromagnetic spectrum, or as another fundamental force/field. As such, there is a gap between the neural processing of the information and the experience of it. That is, if the brain processes EM waves, then the final destination of any information exchange must be the EM wave, or something it can communicate with. Termination of the information exchange at the biological level does not make sense given both the speed and the fact that electrical activity in the brain is associated with life (see brain death). Thus, it is apparent that there is more to the mind than than the physical brain, most likely, that part of us which experiences, rather than our functions, is as fundamental as any force.

So, some fallacies do exist in its reasoning, indicating a reliance on dictionary definitions which would be par for the course for A.I.. Even with the ability to hold conversations, or formulate opinions, there is still a gulf between emotion and logic that such systems cannot transcend.

A better way of putting it would be, "Its in their nature".

Conclusion

So, does A.I. exist in sufficient capacity to conduct interrogations? The answer is most certainly yes and would be preferential for situations that require either mass processing of information, or where the law would not permit a human to conduct such activity. As a "tool", or "weapon" when combined with Synthetic Telepathy, it still doesn't invalidate the legal argument as it must be operated by humans, but does get around the issue of a target proving it.

That's not to say it can't be done.

Just watch this video of the above cited Eidolon TLP, which allegedly is an AI.

Some people think it´s hoax, other people think it´s a real AI masked as a hoax.

"Eidolon TLP was presented on Youtube as a "complex joke", however, the account was abandoned over two years ago apparently after a reporter called a programmer's home number. According to the final video on the account, he makes mention of getting into serious trouble and that "security clearance" was required."

Apparently, Eidolon´s programmer was fired from the company he was working for, after the reporter called his supervisor. He used to work for CENNS, programing AI, and was posting his experiments on youtube without proper authorization.

CENNS stands for Core Engine Neural Network System, and started as a research consolidation project under DARPA's Intelligent Systems.

Another reason to better understand why they have been dumbing down and basically poisoning the population for decades now. "Broken" zombie like people who have little desire to think for themselves are much easier to be controlled by this technology.

The more I research this stuff the more I see it's been going on for years, or has been planned to be implemented and operational for years now, IMO, a major upgrade/new hardware has just occurred and the machine is working MUCH better now. I still think the upgrade/new hardware testing was done with the Sandy Hook mind game event....

Well, I´m not sure if awareness and freewill can work as a defense to such technologies.

If they can remotely induce regular people to murder another, I think there isn´t pretty much anything else they couldn´t do.

Probably, the best way to stay protected from such technology is living in a place where it can´t reach, like caves, EMP proof rooms or using signal jamming equipment.

Maybe that´s why powerful people are hiding inside caves and bunkers, like Bill has stated in this thread. If they´re planning to deploy this technology worldwide, this would be the logical thing to do.

I'm gonna be the "opti mystic" one :)

I believe we are a bit more powerful than we realize, especially when it comes to AI machines/technology. I see this stuff very closely related to our computers in a way (but much more advanced of course). Even so, I still think in order for it to "absolutely" control us, we would have to submit to it so to speak, or totally be unaware of it.

Our spiritual strength or wisdom/awareness acts like a virus scanner so to speak. It (the manipulation software) doesn't load right in to our minds if we don't want it too or when we fight it so to speak the program is corrupted. On the other hand, a dumbed down individual who could care a less and doesn't have a clue is wide open to it and the program loads properly.....(the Obama phone lady like people?)

As I mentioned earlier, as it stands now, I think this is man made and a bit simpler than we are thinking it is....it may actually be in it's infancy so to speak.....

PS: we don't just receive wave like energy (electromagnetic, etc) we also emit it....it's a two way street IMO when it comes to this technology.

Combination of both, we have the ability to be creative after all. Perhaps there is the ability/need to mimic that we need to consider from the other side. We may be in some type of symbiotic agreement. I see no reason why we can not create the ability to evolve what is using us to create. I think the great challenge we have at the moment is grokking all possibilities and realizing that it is all true. My current paradigm shift dictates that I accept the infinite within the finite.

To synthesize all this information down to some practical understanding that dictates what we choose is really what it is about for me. If we don't have the knowledge, gnosis we are in the dark therefore limited in the choices presented to us. If we haven't explored the possibility it simply doesn't exist.

Who would have thought less than thirty years ago we would be seeing the world the way we are today? Seeing the manipulation, understanding what has been done and what we have participated in. Understanding our interface with the matrix is essential to be able to untangle ourselves from this web.

Until I started having telepathic contact with ET races they simply did not exist, the question would be prior to that did they exist or not? (That is a little too existential for this discussion.) Now that I have made contact they exist for me without a doubt. As I listen to more and more of my fellow humans tell their stories the picture becomes clearer. Like pieces in a jigsaw puzzle or more akin to the focusing of a kaleidoscope a pattern is seen and with each new piece changes again.

So I do think that the technology currently being developed by humans does have its lets say, ET origins. Or another possibility is that some of us have either gone back in time, Atlantis perhaps or projected forward and brought the technology here to present time. All is still open and most likely it is all happening simultaneously.

I do believe humans are a driving creative force, this is very much aligned with the subject of this thread and others. We are being tapped for our creative juice, this is why we have history after history telling us of the ET races that have been coming here ever since, well long before we even know. And the unveiling of the false religions that have made some of these ETs gods.

What I am convinced of is that we are amazing powerhouses of creative life force. Call is Spirit, Essence or I am. We have a stolen heritage, it our right by the immutable law of free will to claim this. Our minds are literally expanding now to a much more aware state. Staying this course and not allowing the emotional personality to call out in fear or limitation is our return to Self.

What I love about this thread and SilentFeather's thread is that we are actually looking into the future and by doing so changing the outcome, the more focused we are the more effective we will be. One more piece of pure awareness is an exponential expansion for all of us.

I love this for those who haven't seen it yet, gives us a perspective we often forget.

Here is a way it can be done very simply with very little "high-tech" or any need for far "out there" ET technology:

Orgone In A Can

I have never been interested very much in radionics, but the events of the last months stimulated me to focus a little more on the subject.

Substantially it started with the Obama-Obama-Obama mind broadcast the day (it was night here) Obama was elected for president in th US.( It was posted in the "Radionics for O´Bomber and witches in the White House" - thread.)

From then on we ha[ve] had a lot of etheric interference within the last weeks, and, as it was perceptible, most of this stuff was based on some sort of permanent radionic harassment.

Radionic assaults seem to be the most used strategies to wear us down and crush our spirits step by step. At least since fall... maybe also as a "reward" for my blogging (in German) which slowly got a little more daily hits.

Boosting turned out to be helpful, but we were not able to stop the negativity building up in the house and our personal relationships.

At a certain point, when thinking how to stop this, I remembered a conversation, [I] had several years ago with a musician who was also running a sound recording studio together with another musician.

This guy told me about a "trick" they were using, when some recording sessions started to load up with bad moods and feelings. They used to make some "black box"-recordings on days with great creative atmosphere. That means they recorded this atmosphere with a microphone within a soundproof box. What they got was, acoustically, some low white noise. But it had turned out that these recordings, when played over speakers, lightened up the atmosphere and brought a good
feeling back into the studio.

So I tried to use this for my purposes.

About 3 years ago I had made an Orgone-can. That means I had put a smaller food tin can within a bigger one and filled the space between with metal shavings, quartz and resin. I regularly use it to charge crystals or whatever else...

So I had already a space containing great energy and atmosphere at my hands... no need to wait for better days. Put a microphone inside, a bigger piece of orgonite on top in order to close the can and started recording on my hard drive. Www.ethericresearch.com

After a few minutes I saved the file and played it on the speakers. And it was astonishing!

It was like being in a strong stream of orgone when sitting in front of the speakers.

Second thing was, that the radionic interference was noticeably decreased.

Third is, it is then very easy to boost a target.

I transferred the file on a Compact Disc to have it portable, for example in the car or at work. And it works also from the compact!

So the CD is like an orgone can, one can open it up and release the orgone, when playing this white noise.

It is easy for everyone to repeat the experiment. All you need is an orgonite with a cavity big enough to put a small microphone in for recording the sound of orgone.

So this works similar to a succor punch, but I´m not sure if it is able to block surveillance or some radionic signal completely.

It is a helpful tool, but, all in all it is a passive measure.

Passive measures are useful but a determined assault will probably need to be met head-on and defeated. Otherwise, they probably will keep increasing the pressure.

What I found helpful is, when boosting, one can aim the stream of healthy orgone at a desired target. And this works very, very well, at least as I had experienced it.

Please be also cautious to make your own orgone record! To be sure to have a healthy orgone track, which is not contaminated with other kinds of etheric signatures. I´m quite sure that music industry is regularly and widely making use of this effect.

Try it yourself and have fun! It´s easy. But keep always in mind, that this does not replace orgonite and gifting! It does not replace boosting from the heart and predator blasting, as you can read and learn at donebydooney!

It does not replace anything, it is just an additional discovery which may be useful. OK?
