In vindication of the oppressed Palestinian people, in support and solidarity with our brothers in the Gaza Strip, and as a response to the American-British aggression on our country.

The naval forces of the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out a specific military operation targeting an American merchant ship "Cole" that was heading to the ports of occupied Palestine with several appropriate naval missiles that directly hit the vessel.

This operation occurred just a few hours after Yemeni naval forces have targeted with several naval missiles the American destroyer USS Gravely in the Red Sea, and hit was accurate and direct.

The Yemeni Armed Forces continue to provide support and solidarity with their brothers in the Gaza Strip by blocking Israeli navigation or those heading to occupied Palestinian ports in the Red and Arab Seas until food and medicine are allowed.

The Yemeni armed forces will confront the American-British escalation with escalation and will not hesitate to carry out comprehensive and effective military operations in retaliation to any British-American foolishness against beloved Yemen.

The Yemeni armed forces further confirm that all American and British ships in the Red and Arabian Seas are legitimate targets for the Yemeni Armed Forces as long as the American-British aggression against our country continues.

The parties in Paris seem to have reached a deal. Egypt and Qatar are the mediators to the agreement.

Israeli media say that Qatar is preparing to announce a ceasefire on Saturday.

The Wall Street Journal reported that Officials say that Washington is pressing for a ceasefire in Gaza long enough to stop Israel's military momentum. WSJ also says that The urgent need to reach an agreement while American and Israeli military officials are increasingly confident in Hamas' ability to survive, raising doubts about one of Israel's main war goals.

Reports from Lebanon say What is proposed is 3 stages for prisoners, the duration of the first stage being 45 days for civilians and the second stage for military personnel, but without specifying a time period. The third stage is for the exchange of bodies between the two sides, and it is also without specifying a time period.

Netanyahu is still opposed to the agreement, but in the end it looks like he will have to accept it. After this, Britain has already announced that the Palestinians will get a state and it will be recognized all over the world.

US Reportedly Approves Retaliatory Strikes on Targets in Iraq, Syria

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) – The United States has approved plans for a series of strikes over multiple days against targets in Iraq and Syria in response to recent attacks on US forces in the Middle East, including the drone attack that killed three service members in Jordan last week, CBS reported on Thursday, citing US officials.

The targets will include Iranian personnel and facilities in Iraq and Syria, the officials said. They added that weather will be a major factor in the timing of the strikes.

On Sunday, the US Central Command (CENTCOM) said three US soldiers had been killed and 25 others injured in a drone attack at a US military base in Jordan's northeast near the border with Syria. On Monday, CENTCOM said the number of injured US soldiers had risen to 34, eight of whom had to be evacuated. Jordanian cabinet spokesman Muhannad Mubaidin said that the strike targeted the US's Al-Tanf base in Syria, not a base on Jordanian territory.

US President Joe Biden pinned the blame on unspecified Iran-backed militant groups, while also saying the US was still gathering the facts. Iran has denied playing any role in the attack.
On Monday, US media reported that US President Joe Biden discussed a "significant military response" to the attack during a meeting with top US officials on Sunday. Later in the day, US National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said that the White House was seeking to respond to the attack "in a very consequential way," but was not willing to escalate tensions in the Middle East.

The opinions of Mick Wallace and Clare Daly are always valued. Thanks Rizotto. What struck me most while watching the video was how frustrated and defeated I feel that our leaders have caused all this needless bloodshed and violence WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION even though they must be aware of public opinion against them. Yet they're just forging ahead causing mayhem and destruction, both in Ukraine and Palestine, and now rumoured to be considering attacking Iran. This is because they are following a set agenda (and a set script) and nothing is going to stop them. It's sh1t or bust as far as they're concerned.

The best thing would be for everyone to take up basic training when called upon, but then refuse to go to war and instead use this training to depose the governments and install another group. I know this is pie in the sky, but just imagine what the masses could do if they worked together. But who could take their place? It's too much for Mick Wallace and Care Daly and I can't think of any leading politician at all in the UK who's not pushing this fearful agenda, let alone other European countries.

In the meantime the civilians in Palestine are starving to death with the withdrawal of funds to UNRWA. However, I think the Red Cross are still there and Palestine Red Crescent, and perhaps other humanitarian entities from other countries as well. Fingers crossed that BRICS will step in and provide food and medicine. If they do I'm sure we won't get to hear about it.
