First thing that comes to mind would be an objection to any new Caliphates.

We know of one such scheme, Daesh, or ISIS, whose remnants are being protected by an American occupation of Syria.

Saudi Arabia is perhaps an "officialized" one, who, only recently, diminished a similar genocide they were attempting on Yemenis.

None of them qualify as any kind of reason that Israel should get by.

Islam is not a country and cannot be sanctioned.

True, Islam is not a country. However, admitting Muslims into a non-Muslim nation won't end well. Just look at the enclaves appearing all over Europe and America. Whole towns are "sealed off" from infidel pollution.

No one objects to a Muslim country that minds its own business. But when it turns a blind eye to jihadis committing rape, kidnaping, and murder, perhaps we should be miffed.

And as the past history of Islam shows, Muslims tend to fall into behaviors that mimic their "perfect man" (commerce raiding, taking slaves, waging endless wars, etc). Worse, is when they commit a breach that they feel is unforgiveable, and then decide to become martyrs to get their ticket to paradise punched. What else explains the bizarre isolated attacks with knives against armed police?

Serious question Ozmirage: Have you ever personally met a mean Muslim person?

I have not. I had 2 Muslim roommates in college (or is the correct word Islamic?) from completely opposite sides of the Muslim world.

One roommate was from Indonesia, he grew up with money and when describing things in Indonesia often said things like, "You just bribe man?!"
He was an extremely kind generous human being especially compared to the average kid at this college.

He also prayed 5 times a day and washed his feet before prayer ever time.

The killing of starving people why to collect flour and other food stuff for their loved ones is not the only abomination. All aid is controlled by Israel before it goes in. The most needed items are not being allowed at all:
