Some of Richard's conclusions:
1) At this point, there is no reason to doubt the authenticity of these documents. As time passes, there is more and more evidence that this document is indeed authentic. The most authoritative researcher on this subject is Giuliano Marinkovic if you still have any doubts about the authenticity.
2) Ufologists need to spend more time discussing the implications of the documents, and put aside the discussion about their authenticity.

Hi All. I don't post too much these days on the forum; I've been pretty much a lurker for the most part.
I am aware of this last interview that Richard Dolan did with Allan Lavigne, who purports to be some sort of an 'insider' re the UFO/alien phenomenon. I viewed a little over 1 hour of this interview before I turned it off in disgust.
I will explain:

Before I type what I am about to share, I want to share that I come from a black ops family. My dad joined the Navy in 1953, right after he graduated from high school (with honors). I have been told by one of my dad's sisters that their family always knew that my dad was connected to the intelligence agencies, but they did not know that he had been with the NSA soon after he joined the Navy. W/o getting into too much detail, which is personal/private, dad was treated horrifically from the time he enlisted. My mom told me about some of this back in 1998 when I had been visiting her in her home in Ohio. At that time, I had our then four year old son with me and as he was in the next room as she was sharing with me, for the very first time, our family's little secrets, I unfortunately couldn't handle what she was sharing with me and left her home in a huge hurry. I knew, then, that I would not be able to compose myself long enough to continue listening to her as she spoke. Some of what she shared with me was really horrific. One of the things she shared with me was that she was always keenly aware that something had happened to my dad shortly after he came home from his first leave. She was sixteen years old at the time dad joined up; dad was 18. They had been high school sweethearts and knew they would eventually marry at some point.
But mom had issues with my dad, starting back when he first joined up. She told me quite frankly that even though she went ahead and married him, she had reservations because of his involvement with the agency.
But as she was telling me this, my son was in the next room and I imagine probably able to hear at least some of what she was telling me. My first thought was for the protection of my son and I did not want to lose it in front of him -- which I knew I would if I didn't get out of there quickly.
So I left. I grabbed our son and fled her home. Mom and I tried to reconcile years later after this, but things were never quite the same, for obvious reasons. I had had many, many traumatizing things happen to me throughout my entire life BECAUSE of my dad's black ops involvement, but I did not know any of the real particulars as to WHY I was involved, until years later, after speaking with someone who had been in my dad's unit. All I can say is that it's been hell on earth, for myself and my husband and son. I came to learn quite a bit about this phenomenon, why it's happening, etc., but I don't profess to understand everything.
But I DO KNOW some things. I may not have a Ph.D. or an M.D. at the end of my name, but I am intelligent, articulate - I do not use drugs of any sort, not even prescription drugs, don't smoke, etc. I've been with my husband for over 33 years and he, rather unfortunately, knows my entire story backwards and forwards. He was a bit of a skeptic about most of this until, shall we say, he saw enough to convince even him, that this phenomenon is real and that yes, aliens exist.
So -
Getting to our expert Allan Lavigne -- At first glance, when the interview started, I was put off by him. It was a vibe thing, but I had to laugh to myself, just a bit, with the black hair piece. He appears to be in his 70's, which would leave him a very young age when he first started working with the Lorenzens. I have to say that I don't know much about the Lorenzens whatsoever, other than I've heard their names come up in some of the reading I've done, but that's about it. I was intrigued as to what Mr. Lavigne shared as to his knowledge about James and Coral, but then he started speaking about other issues with this phenomenon and that's when my BS meter really went off.
It never ceases to amaze me when someone who purports to come out of the closet and says they know certain things about all of this as 'experts,' start speaking, and then I soon learn they know very little. When Mr. Lavigne stated he did not believe these Beings used telepathy with abductees/contactees and purports that this phenomenon is really just about the nuts and bolts sort of issues, that's when I realized this man is, at minimum, full of absolute boo-hockey. He is most likely an operative.
This comes from a gal who has lived with a black ops father for my entire life (he passed away in 2018). I am VERY familiar with all of the signals these men/women will give off when they lecture and/or give interviews. It's a bit like knowing your child; you know them inside and out, you know what to expect from them under certain circumstances, you know when they're lying about something, etc.
I tried digging into Mr. Allan Lavigne's background, but found absolutely nothing on him for the most part. That's a huge red flag. But again, when he states that this phenomenon is NOT about telepathy, or consciousness, HE IS ABSOLUTELY INCORRECT.
Further, I will say something about Richard Dolan that some of you may not want to hear: I used to like Richard. I admired his intelligence and his what I thought to be, forthrightness/transparency about this phenomenon.
For a brief time, I became a member over at the Richard Dolan Members site. I ended up communicating with Tracey Dolan, Richard's wife; the two of us exchanged several emails. I felt, and I believe Tracey did at the time, that we had this sort of connection as it were. We both had experienced similar backgrounds having to do with this phenomenon. I really liked her.
At some point, when I showed an email to both Richard and Tracey having to do with the man who was my dad's handler (a document I found online) - Tracey showed this email, with this documented linked within, to Richard. I had let Tracey understand that I did not want to be interviewed by Richard, but as things rolled out, Richard himself emailed me and REALLY pushed me to speak with the two of them. So I acquiesced, much to my regret to this very day.
Richard tends to be very impulsive and ego driven. This is something I noted with him immediately as I began to speak to them. He would constantly interrupt Tracey when she wanted to ask me a few questions. My sense was that Richard does truly have an egocentric personality, but because I did not know how to gauge him personally, I could only go by instinct as he spoke with me. All I can say was that his manner with me on the phone was extremely off-putting. I did provide some very intimate details about my parents' background with all of this and frankly, exposed my most vulnerable side to both Richard and Tracey at times, so when Richard told me he wanted to continue this convo that following weekend, I yet again, decided to further speak to him. But I have to say that my heart wasn't really into it.
Long story short, Richard never contacted me that following weekend, nor did he send me any sort of communication via email to let me know he wouldn't be available.
Make no mistake, I wasn't really unhappy about the fact that we wouldn't be speaking again. What really bothered me is that I could see that I was nothing more than an individual who Richard used to see what information he could glean from me. Was I a potential whistleblower? Was I someone who would divulge my own and my parents' inner most secrets to him? This is what he was really looking for, and quite honestly, his lack of courtesy toward me was just appalling. THAT is what I was upset about -- I had no intentions as to any sort of friendship with the Dolans whatsoever.
PLEASE understand that there are those of us who are come from black ops families that will NEVER, EVER divulge what we all know, on some level. Some of us, as I have, have witnessed those very close to us lose their lives because of this black ops crowd. They are nasty and believe me, they can make your life a living hell if you dare cross over certain boundaries.
To ME, Richard has compromised his own integrity by proffering up this man, Allan Lavigne, as some sort of an expert.
Mr. Lavigne is good at one thing - saying a bunch of things w/o saying anything at all.
If you will, watch Richard's expressions as he's speaking with Mr. Lavigne. You will note Richard's eyebrows go up at times. Watch Richard; watch his body language at various times as Mr. Lavigne is going on and on as to what he purports to know. Whether it's about the entire David Adair issue (another fraud, although an intelligent one) -- there were numerous instances during the portion of the interview I did view to let me know that Richard does not know Mr. Lavigne as well as he should have knoen him PRIOR to commencing with this interview.
If you want to get to the real truth, this issue - this entire phenomenon- IS truly about consciousness; it's about your SOUL. It is (yes!) about reincarnation and who you are ON A SOUL LEVEL. THAT is what I DO KNOW.
This is why my dad's involvement with the NSA was what it was.
Dad had a huge conversation with me once with I was just 10 years old. He told me these things, among many others: a). This World is not as it seems; b) People are not always who and what they seem; c) Things will happen when you least expect it.
PLEASE, I beg of those here at this forum who may be taken in with this man, Allan Lavigne, to pay close attention to what he is saying. Use your discernment. I've noticed that my one and only comment underneath this YT video that Richard released with this interview has been deleted. Normally, I do NOT make negative remarks under any video I view, but with this one, I did. I told Richard this interview was horrible; that my sense is that this man is an operative (CIA/NSA -- they're all in bed with one another anyway).
Richard Dolan has had to monetize practically everything he does these days, in order to provide for his wife and himself. But what happens when you do this? You compromise your own integrity and become desperate for views and desperate to stay relevant. He should be ashamed of himself by putting this man out there as some sort of an expert. Allan Lavigne is nothing of the sort. HE IS AN OPERATIVE, of that I am certain.
It pains me to see Richard's integrity, imho, just go down the tubes, most especially with this last interview. At least this interview didn't get past a few wily viewers who had no compunctions about calling Richard out on this one in their comments below this video.
One interview I would highly recommend is the interview that David Paulides recently did with the Navajo Elder (he has to do with the Skinwalker Ranch issue). THAT interview was wonderful and well worth your time to spend some time listening to. He was wonderful. And I do admire David Paulides. While true there were some issues with him years ago when he was a police officer (you can google that if you want to), I still like him. His HEART is in the right place. He's a good man.
Also, I can guarantee you that NO ONE WHO REALLY KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PHENOMENON, IS NOT connected to the intelligence sector, or they are also connected to skunkworks. NONE of these people are talking on the record, I assure you. The ones that do -- that come out to purportedly share what they know, are for the most part probably simply people who have a need to speak and are most likely not who and what they say they are. And there are a LOT of these types who speak under the umbrella of the UFO/alien phenomenon.
I will not speak about any of my background via private message; I will not email anyone about anything else. I am taking a rather bold step just by typing all of this out, but I am so frustrated/infuriated with the malarkey being spewed by this man that I could barely speak when I disconnected myself from his interview with Richard.
I've said my peace, for whatever it's worth.

My BS meter was going off frequently, and it was not due to his ridiculous toupee.
You could see the incredulity in RD’s eyes and expression from time-to-time, but since he was the host he had to be somewhat gracious and not jump on his guest too hard. Though I did sense that RD was wondering why he had this guy on.
That being said, it did seem that he, the guest, had some hands on experience and apparently he did conduct the interviews that I heard him discuss with RD. But if you’re an “intelligence” asset you will have a certain level of what appears to be credibility. Further, the media is neck deep in spooks and controlled by 3 letter agencies.

In short, I would agree with everything you've just stated. My dad used to tell me, "Once a spook, always a spook." Used to say this to me all the time. And quite frankly, some of the things he shared with me on that backyard picnic table years ago when I was but 10 years old, were a little too 'heady' for a young girl my age. I think he assumed I would understand - but actually, some of what he shared with me I had trouble wrapping my head around.
