US, UK doctors relay Israeli atrocities in Gaza to Washington
A group of American and British physicians is in Washington, DC, to inform the Biden administration of the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) intentionally destroying Gaza's healthcare system.
According to The Guardian, the doctors recently volunteered in the besieged Strip and are scheduled to speak with senior members of Congress and administration officials to warn them of the dangers of increased aid without an immediate ceasefire.
Professor Nick Maynard, the former director for cancer services at Oxford University who worked at the Al-Aqsa Hospital in central Gaza, revealed that the IOF were committing "appalling atrocities", citing a "systematic targeting" of healthcare facilities and staff.
Maynard reported that not only were the IOF targeting medical buildings, but they were also destroying their infrastructure and equipment like CT scanners and oxygen tanks.
"If it was just targeting Hamas militants, why are they deliberately destroying the infrastructure of these institutions?," he questioned.
Palestinian medical personnel in Gaza recounted instances of being blindfolded, detained, stripped, and subjected to repeated beatings by Israeli troops following a hospital raid last month, BBC reported.
Maynard believes this to be an intentional tactic to expel Palestinians from their homes.
"If a hospital has been dismantled, if the locals see there is no medical care available and see the disrupted infrastructure, it’s yet another factor that drives them south."
Urgency for a ceasefire
Dr. Zaher Sahloul, head of the medical organization MedGlobal and a guest of Senator Dick Durbin during the President's State of the Union speech earlier this month, said that public backlash has led Democratic legislators to be more open to discussing Israeli behavior.
A Chicago physician who volunteered at Nasser Hospital's emergency department in January believes the damage to the healthcare system makes a truce even more vital.
Thaer Ahmad explained that the effort was intended to communicate a sense of urgency to those who are capable of "impactful decisions".
The physicians stated that with most hospitals closed or overburdened, tens of thousands of Palestinians with severe wounds are not receiving proper treatment beyond initial emergency care, and many of them would die or be permanently disabled.
Furthermore, hundreds of thousands of Palestinians face deliberate starvation as a result of "Israel's" blockade of appropriate food supply to Gaza. WHO representative Margaret Harris shared troubling reports of doctors observing starvation in children to the point of seeing newborn babies "simply dying because they [are] too low birth weight."
Maynard added that "however much aid gets to the borders of Gaza it cannot be distributed whilst there’s ongoing military action."
He expressed that he was headed to the US because of a "desperation" to challenge false narratives coming from the occupation, such as the fact that the IOF are "protecting civilians", adding that "what we witnessed refutes that completely."
"I operated on far more women than I did men. This notion that they’re targeting Hamas militants – I saw the most appalling injuries in children. Awful burns, traumatic amputations in children.”
Attack on Rafah to be 'catastrophic'
Doctors are concerned that worse is on the way after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu rejected Biden's request to halt a ground invasion of Rafah in southern Gaza, which is home to more than one million displaced Palestinians.
Ahmad called a possible assault on Rafah "catastrophic".
“It’ll be a bloodbath. You have a place that already didn’t have the infrastructure for the one million who are there," he expressed.
Biden's administration is considering various options instead of an Israeli ground invasion of the southern Gazan city of Rafah, which it plans to present to a senior Israeli delegation visiting Washington next week, Axios reported citing two US officials.
The Biden administration strongly opposes an all-out Israeli military action in Rafah and has expressed concerns that "Israel" lacks a viable plan to protect Palestinian civilians there. But Israeli occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has insisted that the invasion of Rafah is a must to "eliminate Hamas".

Thank you, Bojancan, for the masterly “text analysis” provided by Daniel Maté.
This is the work that should be done, and should have been done for tens and tens of years already, with the manipulative “text production” used by those who have power against those who have authority.

Israel Is Losing the War on 6 Fronts:
Makes me think of calculus where you find an increasing number of straight lines makes a smooth curve.
It is more like "all fronts" and a total spherical compression.
Let's see. As a success rate, on the goals of liberating hostages and eliminating Hamas, it looks like they have killed almost as many of their own people as came out in the first release of low-value "undesirables". Fail.
I was a bit flummoxed, at first, because it was hard to imagine Hamas was doing anything but making noise. So with the air force and every kind of rules-of-war-ignoring, genocidal death fetish, they ripped it pretty good in December:
http://english.almanar.com.lb/framew...0943506846.jpg
Is this closer to victory? As of yesterday?
http://english.almanar.com.lb/framew...0943902782.jpg
That represents the defeat of their elite Golani Brigade, plus just about every other type of company they can field.
Unfortunately, they have replacements.
I can't see how Hamas could ever directly stop the incoming waves.
It is not as bad as it used to be--because Saudia Arabia quit--but realistically Syria is under a multi-front attack, both by private militias, and the United States, and Turkey. That means the only bordering state that would have the capability to retaliate on Israel is not in a good position to do it. The only good news of it was that American regime change was exposed while failing, and, Saudi Arabia left.
The legal actions of South Africa and other factors don't stop it quickly, if at all.
The long term whatever happens to Israel does nothing for the Gazans in the immediate future, and I am at a loss with the dormancy of Arab states. Anything that changes soon will be a bit of a surprise.

Israel Hits Damascus As Iran Hints At Giving Syria Weapons
Sunday, 03/17/2024
Israel struck multiple sites in Syria hours after Iran hinted that it would give Syria weapons to "boost" its military power.
In a meeting between the defense ministers of Iran and Syria Saturday, the Iranian official said his country is willing to “utilize its full capabilities” to help Syria strengthen its “defense and deterrence” against Israel and the United States.
Shortly after, the Syrian army announced that Israeli missiles had hit “several points” in southern Syria early Sunday local time, injuring one soldier and causing some “material damage”.
No more details were offered immediately, neither by Syria nor by Israel –which rarely comments on such events. Several local sources reported, however, that the targets had links with Iran’s Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) and were located around the Syrian capital, Damascus.
Syrian opposition sources indicated Israel launched missiles from the Golan Heights targeting the Damascus countryside. Some reports spoke of large explosions lighting up the night sky.
Israel is known to launch frequent airstrikes inside Syria, often targeting IRGC-related sites or personnel. These airstrikes have intensified since October 7, when Hamas forces stormed Israeli territory bordering Gaza, killing more than a thousand civilians and soldiers.
The UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) has recorded 24 Israeli attacks inside Syria this year, killing more than 40, including members of Hezbollah and the IRGC.
Iran's Revolutionary Guards have scaled back deployment of senior officers in Syria due to a spate of deadly Israeli strikes and were relying more on allied Shi'ite militia to preserve their sway there, Reuters reported in February.
The attacks early Sunday seem to have hit a weapons depot linked to Iran and a military airport, both in the outskirts of Damascus. SOHR has said that two Hezbollah bases in north-east Syria have been targeted.
It’s unclear if the timing has had anything to do with the meeting between the defense ministers of Iran and Syria Saturday –where the Iranian general warned Israel and America not to ‘intensify’ the ongoing crisis in the region.
Iran and its regional allies, identifying themselves as the Axis of Resistance, have been in a state of heightened military tension since last October, but have so far managed to avert a full-blown war, thanks also to the Biden administration’s reluctance to confront Iran.
The Israeli government, however, has been far more willing to launch direct attacks on Iranian interests, especially in Syria, where several IRGC officers were killed a few months ago. As a result, the regime in Tehran seems to have slowed the flow of its IRGC personnel into Syria.
The scale and significance of the latest attack is yet to be known. So is Iran’s response, if any. Recent history suggests that Iran prefers to let such attacks go unanswered, focusing instead on enabling and coordinating its allied groups to keep threatening US and Israeli interests.
Reports emerged Friday that senior Houthi and Hamas representatives held a rare meeting in Lebanon last week to discuss “expanding confrontations and encircling" Israel. Other Palestinian factions were also present at the meeting, according to AFP, including the Islamic Jihad and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine.
The aim, AFP reports, was to find ways to “coordinate their actions of resistance" for the "next stage" of the war in Gaza. It is hard to imagine Iran –or IRGC’s Quds Force, to be more specific– not having played a leading role in this.

Yes, many Israelis (including almost all, if not all, of those in positions of power, including the power of financial influence in the US), are supremacists who believe they are destined and prescribed by Yahweh to be superior to all other humans.
The belief is so strong that to them it's self-evident, profound, God-granted knowledge, not just some kind of hope that they're clinging to. They 'KNOW' this.
And the next step is that this is their personal justification to do absolutely anything that they want to. No man-made, external rules apply to them. They have their own religious law, which is also superior.
If Yahweh doesn't appear to be punishing them, then everything they're doing is just fine. That's how the inner process goes.
An example, now one of hundreds if not more. This is so horrific, inhuman and almost unthinkable that it becomes hard to believe. But it happened.
I quote directly from Judge Andrew Napolitano's interview with Scott Ritter a few hours ago. It starts at 35:30. (He's recounted this on a number of his recent interviews. He's sharing this at every opportunity with his live audiences of tens of thousands, and anyone else who's prepared to listen.)
~~~The other day, while on air, I got a a text from a former student from when I was a professor at Brooklyn Law School, who's now a lawyer in New Jersey.
He's an Egyptian-American, telling me that his 35-year-old cousin, the Head of Pediatrics at a Gaza City Hospital, was slaughtered by rapid fire by IDF that burst into the hospital room where he was tending to two babies.
Not tending to purported Hamas killers — but tending to two babies in a hospital. A 35-year-old pediatrician, a father of five.
This is what those people have to live with.
~~~
Yet one more war-crime horror story. But the relevance here is that most* IDF soldiers regard Palestinians as vermin, as do their commanders and the politicians who order the strategies to be taken.
As former Avalon member ozmirage wrote a week ago, all Palestinians are good for is giving the world more Palestinians.
Like rats. So they should all be exterminated. A large number of Israelis really do think like this.
When you burst into a hospital room with automatic fire and gun down a doctor attending to babies, you're 'just killing a rat'. Then it's a lot easier to sleep at night.
This is wholesale psychopathy at work. It affects tens of thousands, and maybe even millions. It's a mind virus all of its own.
* Most, but not all. Unreported in western mainstream media is that there are increasing numbers of suicides among IDF troops who clearly could NOT live with what they had seen or been ordered to do.

The video below is less than a minute long. Jared Kushner is Donald Trump's son-in-law (husband of Trump's daughter Ivanka Trump), and has deep connections to apartheid Israel.
Also, a lot of USA Christian zionists are supporting the Republican party, and Trump, and they very much want Armageddon to happen, because they'll get to go to heaven (while the rest of us burn in hell), or so they believe, as written in 'Revelations'. Same in Canada. That is the scariest part, that so many people are holding on to such beliefs despite the multiple contradictions in the New Testament, and contradictions to basic moral principles.

Re: Israel vs Palestine/Lebanon/Iran/Yemen/Syria: a New Middle East War
I seem to remember that the population of Israel was very heavily vaccinated a few years back... maybe that counts as a contributing factor to this madness.
Re: Israel vs Palestine/Lebanon/Iran/Yemen/Syria: a New Middle East War
This is the rare occasion where I'll be quoting a passage from the Christian bible. I really hope that Christian zionists remember these words, and take them to heart.
Matthew Chapter 25, 34 to 40:
‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. 35. For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, 36 I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’ 37 Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? 38 And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? 39 And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ 40 And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’
Also remember that Muslims view Jesus as a great prophet, and many Palestinians are Christians.

I found it very interesting that Djwal Khul (the alleged ascended master credited with the writings of Alice A. Bailey) stated in 'The Destiny of Nations' that the memory of being The Chosen People referred to an earlier epoch, or age, which the reincarnated souls were not supposed to remember in our current time. It made sense in the context of The Old Testament being transcribed from a time before. The New Testament being our current epoch - which the majority, sadly, are still struggling to comprehend never mind ascribe to.

As I have published elsewhere: Similar reports exist about Nazi (even SS) soldiers — who did even more than that, they joined their victims in the gas chamber, allowed themselves to be gunned into the mass graves. Rare, but they exist.
When will countries from the West – the UK for instance – grant political asylum to Israeli citizens who do not want to be part of the Nazification of "Israel”?
And how would we be able to get the names of those Israeli soldiers who preferred to die – and turn them into heroes, as we should do with the American military man who set himself afire?

Thank you Rizotto, I am quite moved by your words. Jesus is the “Prophet of Love” to Islam. You can imagine that in the concentration camp torture they are now suffering, both Muslims and Christians, they get great comfort in this shared heritage. And that the tenets of Judaism have lost all their respect.

Thank you Bill.
In his remarkable James, the brother of Jesus, Robert Eisenman quotes Jewish scriptures about Jesus.
He would have been the son of a mercenary in the Roman occupying army called Panthera, and a Jewish prostitute.
As their own society is a pathological matriarchy based on sexual mutilation of boys, one should not wonder why this is in any way important to them.
