Onawah, I cant comment on the character or knowledge of uncle trump or this bush guy (any relation of the bush cabal family?), but i have heard the following things about this incident when Tesla's notes were taken just after his death:
1) The Law of One RA entity stated in one channel (@ 1980) that the cabal learned how to do antigravity from those tesla papers (we also know the blackops learned from back-engineering ufo retrievals as well as craft given them by et's, but apparently Tesla's writings were instrumental in unlocking the mystery). RA also said that at the time (@1980) that the ssp had just over 1000 personnel.
2) I heard that daddy bush (sr. the cia guy) was Tesla's butler at the end of his life, and may have had a hand in the inventor's death.
So it wouldnt surprise me it the donald knows about the ssp. I am just not sure how savory his uncle was, which might be a problem in the donald's connection in all of this.

This may be of interest to some. Back in Oct 2013, we received a forum membership application from someone (name and details given, of course, and of retirement age, also given), who told us: I was a founding member "plankowner" of NAVSPACMD along with 12 others on [date given but redacted here] and have been involved in the space program since then.
NAVSPACMD is US Navy Space Command. (Look it up.)
Soon after, he wrote again, saying: Please remove my name for consideration for membership with your group. After watching a couple of videos I had to laugh.
Please refrain from releasing my info to your membership.
He didn't say which or whose videos he'd watched. I immediately e-mailed him personally, courteously, and at length, but he did not reply. I do feel this can be shared on the forum, as no personal or identifying details are posted here.
