The sockpuppet account (@ThomasC10630153) tweeted all the originals, which were deleted when reported. Jordan and Corey retweeted with a comment, so when the originals were deleted their tweets remained but the original was then no longer available. Like when an image that has been posted here on the forum is no longer available, the post remains but the image is gone. None of the above-mentioned accounts deleted anything, Twitter did.

I don't know "the law" well enough to know what specific laws are involved. Something similar to "inciting a riot" - again, the crime of instigating (or attempting to instigate) a crime. "Aiding and abetting" a crime, and/or "reckless endangerment" and "depraved indifference."
