I think we're dealing with both humans and aliens and “this could explain the extreme secrecy [of the US government]...they don't want anyone to know about any truly secret advanced technology that we're working on; they certainly don't want anyone to know there’s a potential enemy out there that has technology that supersedes our own,” he commented.
There’s a growing consensus that some type of energy manipulation like “vortex gravitics” could be used for UFO propulsion systems, he said, noting how in some UFO encounters cars completely shut down, which suggests that time has stopped while under the craft's energy field. Many types of free energy systems have been suppressed over the years, said Marrs, citing the “radiant energy” work of Thomas Henry Moray.
Marrs addressed the idea of a “shadow government,” and described how the same families or financial powers, centered in Wall St. or London, “created communism in Russia...national socialism in Germany, and now they are pushing us into Marxist socialism in this country,” in their conspiracy to control the world.

31 August 2009—In the six-hour interview below with Jessica Schab that has become a YouTube classic, Andrew Basiago, discloses the existence of a secret US time travel program called Project Pegasus.
Basiago, a lawyer in Washington State, says that the US government’s “quantum access” capability was so advanced 40 years ago that in 1971, he was asked to read a copy of his paper The Discovery of Life on Mars that had been retrieved from the future, so that when he wrote it, in 2008, it would contain as much data about Mars as possible. Basiago explaines the connections between his childhood involvement in Project Pegasus and later Mars findings.
Project Pegasus was a classified, defense-related research and development program launched by the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in the late 1960’s. In the YouTube interview with Ms Schab, Basiago “relates his experiences in DARPA’s Project Pegasus during the period 1969 to 1972, and describes probes to past and future events that he took via teleportation and chronovision (a device developed by the Nobel Laureate physicist Enrico Fermi and others that propagates holograms of past and future events which individuals can interact with) during the early days of time-space exploration by the US government.”

According to Basiago, the US government already had a fully operational teleportation capability in 1967-68, and by 1969-70, was actively training a cadre of gifted and talented American schoolchildren, including himself, to become America’s first generation of “chrononauts” or time-space explorers.
He confirms that the United States has been teleporting individuals to Mars for decades and recounts the awe-inspiring and terrifying trips that he took to Mars in 1981. He describes how he and his father (an engineer working on time/space research projects for the U.S. defense department) would teleport from Woodridge, NJ to Santa Fe, NM and return via a teleportation device at Sandia National Labs in Albuquerque.

This training, he said, culminated in 1981, when, as a 19-year-old, he teleported to Mars, first by himself after being prepared for the trip by CIA officer Courtney M. Hunt, and then a second time in the company of Hunt. Both trips, Mr. Basiago said, were made via a “jump room” located at a CIA facility in El Segundo, CA. Hunt’s identity as a career CIA officer, have been confirmed by Dr. Jean Maria Arrigo, an ethicist who works closely with US military and intelligence agencies, and by US Army Captain Ernest Garcia, whose storied career in US intelligence included both serving as a guard on the Dead Sea Scroll expeditions of Israeli archaeologist Yigal Yadin and as the Army security attaché to Project Pegasus.

DARPA had, he explains, five reasons for involving American school children in such new, dangerous, and experimental activities.
1. The Department of Defense wanted to test the mental and physical effects of teleportation on children.
2. Project Pegasus needed to use children because the holograms created by the chronovisors would collapse when adults stood within them.
3. The children were tabula rasa and would tend to see things during the time probes that adults would tend to miss.
4. The children were trainees who upon growing up would serve in a covert time-space program under DARPA that would operate in tandem with the overt space program under NASA.
5. The program sponsors found that after moving between time lines, adult time travelers were often becoming insane, and it was hoped that by working with gifted and talented children from childhood, the US government might create an adult cadre of “chrononauts” capable of dealing with the psychological effects of time travel.

325-foot research tower built in the 1950s for testing TACAN (Tactical Air Navigation) direction finding equipment for aircraft. The tower was located in the main part of the ITT campus and was surrounded by the ITT golf course. The tower was torn down in April 1995. The area is now residential—primarily town houses.

In one time probe to the future undertaken by Project Pegasus from a chronovisor device located at ITT Defense Communications in Nutley, NJ, Basiago viewed the US Supreme Court building in Washington, DC as it would be in the year 2013. During this probe, he found that the Supreme Court building was under 100 feet of stagnant water and reported this to the Lieutenant Commander from the Office of Naval Intelligence who debriefed him after the probe to the future was completed. He hastens to add that because the chronovisors did not identify absolute, deterministic futures but rather alternate futures in the “multi-verse,” this catastrophic vision of Washington, DC might be from an alternative time line that does not materialize on our time line.
In contrast to the chronovisor probes, in which a form of virtual time travel was achieved, the teleporters developed by Project Pegasus allowed for physical teleportation to distant locations, sometimes with an adjustment forward or backward in time of days, weeks, months, or years. According to Basiago, by 1972, the US government was using “quantum displacement” of this kind to both send people forward in time several years to store sensitive military secrets in the future and backward in time several years to provide the government current intelligence about future events.

“We were taught to photo read by gradually having portions of letters removed so that ultimately we were only scanning the tops of letters to identify them with our eyes as we read. We were using our whole mind to try to grasp paragraphs and pages of text. After we were able to read a page of text by just looking at it for a second or so, we began a curriculum called Galileo, which was about the history of society and science from the year 1450. This curriculum was presented on speed learning devices called “tachistoscopes” where you would stand at the device and look into a view finder and an illuminated screen would appear in which a page of text would be presented every second or so. It was based on the principle that as long as we were photo reading a page of text before a new page appeared in the tachistoscope we were learning it. This methodology was quite grueling and we would often take naps after spending one or two hours on the device.
According to a reprint of a 1963 Harper’s Magazine article found in my late father's papers, these devices were designed by the Office of Naval Research and manufactured at the Thomas A. Edison Research Laboratory in West Orange, NJ. Somebody should go back and investigate this form of learning because it was exceptionally effective but like a lot of experiments in education was tried but then not more widely applied.
The Galileo curriculum included both conventional subjects in science and classified ones not generally taught to mainstream students, for example, the derivation of the different quantum access technologies that we were exposed to in Project Pegasus. The Yellow Book lectures, held at an ESSO night school in Convent Station, NJ, were about the history of our civilization's interaction with ETs since Ancient Sumer in 3,000 BC and were derived from the US government's modern interactions with ETs.
The classified science topics that we were educated about in the “Galileo” curriculum on the “tachistoscopes” included the origin, structure and function of the quantum access technologies that we were involved with in the program, including the Montauk chair, the teleporter, and the chronovisor. The Yellow Book lectures presented an overview of the history of human contact with the Grays. The topics included extraterrestrial intervention in Ancient Sumer in 3,000 BC, when the Grays assisted humanity in re-emerging as a civilization following the decline after the solar system catastrophe of 9,500 BC, the Roswell Incident of 1947, and the Betty and Barney Hill Incident of 1961.”

WIKIPEDIA—A tachistoscope is a device that displays (usually by projecting) an image for a specific amount of time. It can be used to increase recognition speed, to show something too fast to be consciously recognized, or to test which elements of an image are memorable. Actual tachistoscopes use a slide or transparency projector equipped with the mechanical shutter system typical of a camera. The slide is loaded, the shutter locked open, and focusing and alignment are adjusted, then the shutter is closed. When ready for the test, a shutter speed is selected, and the shutter is tripped normally.
Before computers became ubiquitous, tachistoscopes were used extensively in psychological research to present visual stimuli for controlled durations. Some experiments employed pairs of tachistoscopes so that an experimental participant could be given different stimulation in each visual field.
Tachistoscopes continue to be used in market research, where they are typically used to compare the visual impact, or memorability of marketing materials or packaging designs.

Harold M. Agnew became the third Los Alamos Laboratory Director in 1970, serving until 1979. Agnew first came to Los Alamos in 1943 as a graduate student, joining the Experimental Physics Division. He participated in the atomic bombing of Hiroshima, flying as a scientific member of the first atomic strike mission.
After completing his graduate work under Enrico Fermi at the University of Chicago, Agnew returned to the Laboratory and worked in weapons development, ultimately becoming head of the Weapon Nuclear Engineering Division in 1964, a position he held until becoming Director in 1970.
Agnew also served as a scientific advisor to NATO and was a member of the General Advisory Committee to the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency. Under Agnew's directorship, Los Alamos developed an underground test containment program, completed the Clinton P. Anderson Meson Physics Facility, acquired the first Cray supercomputer, and trained the first ever class of International Atomic Energy Agency Inspectors. Between the 2 armatures behind them is a window into another dimension. March 2009—The CW facility consists of over 2 dozen buildings on 140 acres of property. One building alone covers 30 acres. The CW property occupies 1/3 of the entire town of Woodridge. In this facility, airplane engines were designed, tested, and built, leading to other design and assembly processes, such as engines for nuclear submarines. The facility was one of many owned by the CW Corporation—all essential to the US during WW II (most of the aircraft used in WW II used CW engines).
CW is named after it’s founders, Glenn Curtis and the Wright Brothers. Wilbur & Orville Wright, two bicycle shop workers from Ohio, made the world’s first airplane flight in 1903. Over the next few years they improved their design to the point where flights of up to 24 miles be achieved. This was a huge improvement over the hundred yard flight they made at Kitty Hawk, NC in 1903. In 1909 they attended the first ever aviation meet in Europe and to their surprise they competed and lost to an aviator named Glenn Curtis. Curtis had worked with Alexander Graham Bell as part of Bell’s Aerial Experiment Association. Financed by Bell, the Association sought to build a usable aircraft. Bell conceived what would eventually be called the aerilon, although the Wrights would get into a patent dispute over this design element that would last for years. Curtis went on to found his own company, the Curtis Aeroplane and Motor company, which became the largest aircraft manufacturer during WW I, at one point producing 100 aircraft in a single week, and over 10,000 during the course of the war.

By 1919, Wright Aeronautical was no longer run by the Wrights. Wilbur had died in 1912 of Typhoid fever, and Orville had lost interest in the company, but was still designing with a focus on engines, not on the aircraft as a whole. Wright Aeronautical merged with Lawrence Aero Engine Corporation and in 1927 Charles Lindbergh flew one of their planes, “The Spirit of St Louis,” across the Atlantic. Within 2 years, Curtis Aeroplane and Motor Company and Wright Aeronautical merged to form Curtis Wright.

During the 30’s the corporation forged many new design elements in aircraft engines, including the air cooled engine and the radial engine. CW was eventually tapped to design the engines for the B-17 flying fortress. Eventually they began designing the aircraft themselves and soon were given the largest peacetime aircraft order ever placed: They built the Curtis P36 Hawk Fighter and it successor the P40 Warhawk which was used extensively in WWII. As jet fighters became the norm, CW withdrew from building aircraft and focused solely on engines.
CW engines could soon be found on commercial planes such as the Douglas DEC models and the Lockheed Super Constellation. By the 1950’s propeller driven civilian airplanes were giving way to the jet engine much like they had in military aircraft. CW transformed itself to avoid obsolesence. They began manufacturing plastics, nuclear rod control equipment, and in the 60’s developed sophisticated electronics for the space industry. They also continued working on hydraulics, actuators, and later, safety and relief values used in submarines. by the 70’s CW helped further develop the wenkel rotary engine which wound up powering the Mazda RX-7. In the 80’s the company continued to expand the lineup of components, providing machinery for nuclear power plants as well as nuclear powered Navy ships. As of right now there are 3 main divisions at CW. Motion control such as actuators are sold primarily to the aerospace and airline industries. Metal treatment and flow control are the other divisions. They supply parts and machinery to chemical companies, nuclear facilities and the US Navy.

CW’s ties to New Jersey begin with an automobile company called Simplex, located in New Brunswick. This company merged with Wright in 1915. Together Wright-Martin manufactured many airplane engines in New Brunswick and most European Allies used them in their fighters. During WWI Wright-Martin employed 15,000 people, but by the end of the war, government contracts ended and the work force dropped to 300. The company moved the remaining operations to Paterson. The partnership dissolved and Martin went on to be a successful airplane manufacturer. Meanwhile Curtis’s Corporation was taking orders from England for flying boats, as were the US Navy and Army. A manufacturing plant opened in Buffalo and in Toronto. Curtis & Wright merged in 1929 and by the end of the 30’s had facilities across the country, including one in Patterson, and a propeller division in Clifton, NJ which eventually moved to Caldwell. The Paterson plant would eventually expand to Woodridge at the start of WW II.
In researching this article I spoke with several local residents as well as Mayor Paul Sarlo who filled in the blanks on the history of CW as related to the town of Woodridge, as well as the future of the property. The facility in Woodridge employed at it’s peak over 27,000 people and functioned 24 hours a day in what could best be described as a mini city. On CW property was a hospital, a day care center, as well as police and fire units.

Despite the numerous buildings above ground, a lot of work went on underground. Many employees were female (the image of Rosie the Riveter could’ve easily been taken from a picture of the work line at CW during WWII) With the increase in employment, came the requisite surge in housing and many new developments sprung up. Across the street a 7 block section of 40 x 100 lots was built, known as Sunshine City. It is impossible to overstate how important CW was to the US during WW II. Major steps were taken to insure the security of the facility. Buildings were designed with 3 foot thick concrete walls. This served two purposes. It protected the facility from any sort of aerial attack, and also would contain any sort of explosion that might occur.

The fear of foreign attack was so strong that they installed anti-aircraft guns on the property. There were fake buildings on the roof of the larger buildings, as well as fake roads, even grass in order to camoflage the buildings from the air. The guns are long gone, but the mounts remain. After WWII ended, CW still produced engines here, and later components used in nuclear submarines. By the end of the Korean War many of the government contracts expired and by the early 1970’s the Woodridge facility slowed down production before finally shutting down in the late 1970’s. Since then they have leased some of the buildings to various companies, which remains the situation today. Prior to the closing of the plant, the federal government paid the taxes on the property, but once the contract dried up, CW had to pay it themselves, and thus began nearly 30 years of fighting over the amount of taxes owed. Shutting down this facility would be a huge loss to the local economy in terms of job loss, the resulting impact on housing, local businesses, but most of all to the tax base. According to the mayor there was an increase in crime and a drop in property values. The loss of tax revenue and the failure to replace it with something else substantive was a major blow.

The fight over taxes went on for 30+ years but recently came to a resolution. Curtis Wright sold the complex to Wood-Ridge Industrial Property Owner L.L.C. for $51 Million, in December 2001. The complex comprises approximately 2.3 million square feet of rental space on 138 acres of land. CW continues to be responsible for the environmental redemption efforts. I spoke recently with mayor (and Senator) Paul Sarlo and he said that they plan to turn the large parking lot areas to the east of the buildings into townhouses. This makes some sense as the only thing there is pavement, but I wonder if contamination is still an issue. Mr Sarlo stated that upper area had some contamination but it was the lower southern end that’s where most of it was. That area will be developed commercially.
Groundbreaking is 2004, phase 1 will take 5 years and will see the development of some lower priced units. Phase 2 involves the building of denser construction as well as the development of open space and a transit stop. With 140 acres of usable property, 70 acres will provide space for 700 townhomes. If they are sold for an average of 500K, that could generate taxes based on nearly 350 million dollars. That’s a lot of ratables flowing into the town coffers. Not bad for a property that generated little tax revenue for the past 30 years. The hope is that it will drive local property values up, as well as breathe new life into the businesses on Passaic Ave.
Mr Sarlo confirmed that there were underground facilities, one tunnel of which is over 1/2 mile long. A person who recently went exploring located the tunnels and told me where to find them. One thing I have not made a real discussion of here is the environmental cleanup that occurred in the 80’s. I have sketchy information at best, so if anyone has solid information about this part of the CW story, I’d love to hear it and add it to the site.
Everything you just read was written in 2005. At that time, I explored the site (with permission) but have not gone back. As we all know, the economy has gone south, particularly the housing sector.

Appearing during the middle two hours, leading expert in the world of secret intelligence, Gordon Thomas discussed the history of two British Intelligence agencies, MI5 and MI6. MI5 handles domestic cases, like the FBI in America, while MI6 is Britain's international arm of intelligence, like the CIA in the US. MI6 just recently established that Hezbollah has been "equipped with state-of-the-art Iranian missiles," he reported. Britain is concerned that if those missiles are fired, it could bring out "sleeper agents" to act in the UK, and because of situations like this, MI5 and MI6 now work closely together, almost as though they were one agency, he explained.
Thomas talked about Britain's increased usage of surveillance cameras. In Britain today, you are photographed between 300-400 times a day, and London has more cameras than Beijing or Moscow, he noted. "We are now in this country at the highest level of security," particularly with the election coming up, he said, adding that it's believed bin Laden is still alive and may be planning a terrorist attack to coincide with the 2012 Olympic games in London. He also addressed the suspicious death of Dr. David Kelly, who was said to be planning a tell-all book about his experiences as weapons inspector in Iraq, before he committed "suicide."
Serial Killers
First hour guest, author and forensic psychology teacher Dr. Katherine Ramsland shared updates about serial killers. People such as the BTK killer are able to live a seemingly normal life to their family and friends and keep their murders secretly compartmentalized, she noted. The TV series, Dexter, about a serial killer who kills only those who have committed crimes like murder, is not psychologically realistic, as typical serial killers would not live by such a code, she commented.
