I've always found it hard to believe that an Elected (read Temporary) official would be deliberately made aware of anything unless it was absolutely necessary. I don't see why a President would actually be in any serious position to effect disclosure. Remember the movie Independence Day? I think that's closer to the truth about how secrets are kept than Men In Black.
I love the passive voice: as a transformation of 'X instructed us', 'we were instructed' lets you off the hook as to the agent involved. It will be news to most people that the so-called 'most powerful man on earth' receives instructions from anyone. Too bad Jon Stewart is no longer around to coax out the next jokey answer by asking 'instructed by whom?'
If pressed he will reverse his statements and batter it down or "debunk it". For reactions are the thing that need to be controlled.

This is the essence of enforced two party systems, like western political practice and us vs them enemy/friend labeling. to confuse the natural system in the human that is designed to seek singular coherent solutions and paths.
This is part of why some of the US states are looking at outlawing third parties in political contests as it offers a way out of a purposely created double bind.
Reinforcement is constant across all political spectrum, political conduct and corporate control of the interface systems like newspapers, and so on.
double bind consciousness is constantly being reinforced via the empowerment and overt publication and aggrandizement of sporting contests and systems, via their prominence and elevation in said systems of double bind communications systems.
All of human society and culture is being literally 'gamed', just below the consciousness threshold, regarding how the mind sorts, collates, and utilizes -- data input and output.
What this means, is that there will be an enforced contest between the double bind of Hillary and Jeb bush.
That is the probable contest that will be put in front of the public, and a third 'safety' a contingency may be put aside, readied and prepped..., and possibly enacted IF they think that people will accept a 'new road'. Possibly, this may be done for both parties.
In a continual double bind for decades, the people of the US may chose what looks like a clear choice, a 'new road'.
We shall see.

In my experience, the double bind is another, different aspect of psychopathic behavior than pathological lying and weaseling, but it is even more emotionally distressing and destructive.
When the psychopath contradicted himself, I was conscious of what he was doing, could pin it down, and logically refute him, if I could catch him in time.
But when he double-bound me, all I was aware of was intense confusion, inner turmoil, and anxiety, plus the feeling that I had done something very wrong and that I was going to be punished for it, and that I had to apologize profusely and humble myself before him by confessing to how much I hated myself and how grateful I was for his love and guidance (which I did, often in long emails, or by falling to the floor at his feet and sobbing, or by...). In my experience, double binds are much harder to unravel logically than mere weaseling because of their meta-communication aspect. Weaseling is distressing, too, of course, but not like double-binding.

p.s. In the video clip, I do not think what Obama is doing is double-binding because the interviewer could have said, "But Mr. President, you just said..." if he had been quick enough. You can't do that in a double bind because of the meta-communication aspect of double-binding. In a double-bind, the contradiction is hidden within the communication. Sometimes what makes it a double-bind is simply body-language...something I experienced too many times to count. Double-binds are nested, like Russian Dolls. Mere contradictory statements are not.
an IQ of 100, ie the average cannot process fast enough to see the scope of an evolving and shaped double bind. sensitivity to these systems of control awareness of these systems is very IQ or speed of processing dependent, and also tied to the size of the capacity to carry data.
Which is what makes educating people on such matters so difficult.
In another thread, I spoke of watching Space x's rocket crash on it's platform.
I formulated a perfected fix from known technologies, in about 15 minutes. It turns out the landing problem was not even remotely tied to my solution, but something else altogether. However, if their problem was solved, for their own landing solution, it seems their landing solution would still be exceedingly difficult and very prone to failing in it's task. Mine is perfected and entirely functional. 1-2-5-10 years, vs 15 minutes.

The reason the psychologists label all the components as being distinctly different, is due to their cognitive limits being approached and they can't easily discern the meta shape and meta patterns of the data envelope, just like the child at their particular age related scope limits, in characterizing each individual marble.
The general public is the same, and are thus fooled easily, as the overall pattern recognition systems and ancillary cognition aspects are not as highly developed.
My intuition is that he is telling the truth. In short:
- we (they) are under alien control - true!
- US presidents are told to lie about ET matters - true!
- he cant reveal anything (because is just a servant of evil Archons) - true!

Yes and children raised with parents using a lot double bind language have a higher rate of schizophrenia. So we now know in which mental state the world population is. We are made to get mentally sick and unable to discern the truth.
Add to this the chmtrail spraying, the Monsanto food, the electro magnetic pollution plus micro waves and radioactivity, it is a miracle some of us can still function at all. .

It's only logical that Kimmel isn't allowed to ask anything that isn't approved of before hand. That's why ranking politicians are so seldom asked difficult questions except by other politicians. Notice the uproar anytime a difficult question is posed to an incumbent. When there isn't an uproar, the subject is simply dropped in short order. It isn't necessarily that so many pundits are bought, which they generally are, but that even when their conscience demands it they still can't be confrontational. Don't forget the time Obama was called a liar on national TV and the huge uproar that caused. Most of us knew it to be a candid moment, but it couldn't be allowed by the mainstream.
