I'm sitting in the projected path of the hurricane. What troubles me is not this storm or the next earthquake, but the near hysteria in the news coverage. I know that's nothing new, but it is disturbing. It does seem at times that our civilization hangs by a thread.
Irene passed by Jacksonville today without incident. It rained off and on a few times without incident. If anything, it was a nice break from the heat. The power did randomly shut off but it came right back on.

Either all the local radar/scalar devices are turned up to augment Irene or HAARP or similar is cranked up so high that it's creating a lot of radar ground clutter interference to all the radar systems in the mid-west to the eastern seaboard?

I think he is saying there are 2 major storms at present: Irene, in the east that was at the time in the Philly area and the second in the midwest (South Dakota and Nebraska). He predicted this second storm a few days ago which is repeated in the second half of this video (the original video). The point of this video is the early detection of the haarp ring in the midwest which one can clearly see. It pales in comparison to the radar of Irene but I personally think his attention to these haarp rings and flashes are spot on.

I've seen there is no thread dedicated to one of the most powerful weapons on earth: High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (or HAARP).

Yes, it's possible our weather and Earthquakes are being BOTH created/ amplified AND/OR stabilised by HAARP technology by different groups. It is evident that at the very least, there are clear & deliberate "interactions" occurring in our weather & earthquake activity. The alleged HAARP grid is now beginning to resemble the ancient/new world energy grids discussed by Bruce Cathie & others; ie Harmonic 33 etc.
It is also possible that a relatively small object, comet or meteorite, could be captured by this technology and "crashed" into the Earth. Likewise it could be deflected or its affects "dampened" by HAARP. For all intensive purposes, a "deflector shield" and "tractor beam".
Twin "energy waves," - appearing to come from "something" that would have to be airborne or a satellite, - have been recorded on weather radar, and video, visually by pilots, going right back to Hurricane Katrina & since. (and of course the "biggie"... many of the more recent Earthquakes did not register a "normal" seismic signature).

Thanks for this thread. Haarp is possibly the single most dangerous technology on the planet today imo, becuase it can literally blow the planet's atmosphere apart. As Jesse Ventura said "They are playing with fire." I agree with Patricia Cory, who wrote Atlantis Rising among others, that it was this exact kind of technology that was responsible for the destruction of Atlantis. Let's hope humans wake up and stop Haarp. BTW a good book on the subject is "Angels don't paly this Haarp" by Dr. Nick Begich and Jeane Manning.

The unheard of occurred in Washington DC this afternoon August 23, 2011. A shallow 5.8 magnitude earthquake shook Washington DC this afternoon. The epicenter was 84 miles SW of Washington DC. Early in the day another shallow 5.3 magnitude earthquake shook Denver Colorado. Both earthquakes occurred just south of key U.S. government centers.
Washington DC is obvious and Denver is now home to the CIA domestic operations which is responsible for operations and recruitment in the United States. The CIA recently moved there from the CIA’s Langley Virginia headquarters.
An earthquake has never been felt in Washington DC before. Denver is familiar with earthquakes. Is it just a coincidence that ABC news anchors warned of possible terrorist attacks against the United States before the 10th anniversary of 9/11?
The U.S. Geological Survey said the Virginia earthquake was 3.7 miles deep. Shaking was felt at the White House and all over the East Coast, as far south as Chapel Hill, N.C. Parts of the Pentagon, White House and Capitol were evacuated. The quake was in Mineral, Va., in Louisa County.
The magnitude 5.3 Colorado quake hit nine miles southwest of Trinidad, or 180 miles south of Denver, according to the U.S. Geological Survey’s National Earthquake Information Center in Golden. It had an estimated depth of 2.5 miles (4 kilometers) and was felt in a relatively large area of southern Colorado and northern New Mexico.
How do these earthquakes compare to a nuclear detonation, as warned by ABC (refer to Featured Videos 3 and 5 ) . A 6.0 magnitude earthquake is equivalent to the nuclear detonation by the U.S. against Hiroshima, Japan.
