I mentioned Davos, I mentioned the Rothschilds – the Rothschild central banks are all insolvent and bankrupt right now. They're going to be handed back to the resident governments.
Does this mean anything?
"Bankruptcy" is a legal status, a court order. "Insolvent" is correct when someone can't keep up the bills, but, no one should mention "bankruptcy" unless it has been adjudicated.
How many Rothschild-owned banks are there? The Bank of England was not one, nor the Federal Reserve. "Dominated by their agents" would be appropriate, but, "ownership" is again a legal status that could be verified.
If we just say "privatized central banking", then we have accused the right criminal. Not allowed in China. Revered in most of Europe and the U. S.
Don't they talk about the "rehypothecated derivatives" in Deutsche Bank any more? That still adds up to at least $4T or much more cash than is in existence.
"Handed back" to the governments = we buy FRNs with Bonds. Are securities being returned at par, or simply transferred, or is there anything behind this?
Re: WW3? Ukraine/US vs. Donbass/Russia
I may cross post this article to the Russophobia thread as well.
I've been to these galleries, many years ago, and now bridle at what is simply out and out anti-Russian racism. I expect they probably think of themselves as "woke" too no doubt. Seriously deranged.

"Here arises the question for the museum innovators who until recently admired Russian culture: why they has set about perverting historical reality only now? Russophobia as a malignant tumor in the United States
Article by Ambassador Anatoly Antonov for the Russian newspaper "Rossiyskaya Gazeta"February 28, 2023
The anti-Russian “hate virus” is giving metastases and continues to affect the United States. It has also infected the leading U.S. art galleries that are now trying to outdo each other in their efforts to “cancel” Russian culture.
The Metropolitan Museum of Art has reclassified great Russian painters Arkhip Kuindzhi, Ivan Aivazovsky and Ilya Repin as Ukrainians guided by the fact that they were born in Mariupol, Feodosia and Chuguev, which is nothing short of a complete absurdity. This does not withstand any criticism at least because the artists considered themselves Russians. Just in case: ethnically, Ilya Repin was Russian, Ivan Aivazovsky was Armenian and Arkhip Kuindzhi was Greek. All three were born in the Russian Empire – when Ukrainian statehood did not exist.
Another example of ignorance by the Met is the renaming of Edgar Degas’s “Russian Dancers” to “Dancers in Ukrainian Dress”. Moreover, a comment added beneath the picture now reads: "The subject reflects the surge of French interest in the art and culture of Ukraine, then part of the Russian Empire, following France's political alliance with that Empire in 1894".
Those who came up with this idea did not bother to figure out that it was dancers of the Russian Imperial Ballet on tour in Paris who inspired the French impressionist to create the masterpiece. It is naïve to imagine that the artist was familiar with “the great Ukrainian choreographic school”.
The American Museum of Modern Art has also yielded to the derangement, dedicating a permanent-collection gallery to works by «ethnic Ukranians». Titled “In Solidarity”, it features pieces by Kazimir Malevich, Leonid Berlyavsky-Nevelson, Sonia Delaunay-Terk and Ilya Kabakov.
Judging by the rhetoric of the American art beau monde, Vasily Kandinsky, a native of Moscow, and his works are next in line to be "ukrainized". There is a heated discussion on whether the fact that he studied in Odessa is a good reason to treat him as a Ukrainian artist.
Here arises the question for the museum innovators who until recently admired Russian culture: why they has set about perverting historical reality only now? Isn’t this sudden “revelation” just a banal tribute to political fashion? Anyway, the time will come for the U.S. cultural elite to sober up and be embarrassed of its doings.
It was hard to believe that xenophobia could take roots in a state which is supposed to be resting on the principles of cultural and ethnical diversity and tolerance to different peoples. Nevertheless, U.S. politicians not only encourage hatred of everything Russian, but actively implant it in the minds of citizens. In recent years, they have never stopped fabricating baseless accusations to justify tougher sanctions.
Russia has always venerated and respected the rich cultural traditions of all countries. This is the core of our national identity, mentality and statehood. Culture must always remain the bridge for strengthening trust between the peoples, however complicated the relations between the states may be.
There was no “cancellation of culture” even during the Cold War. A lesser-known fact is that the first Tchaikovsky International Competition in 1958 was won by Van Cliburn, an outstanding pianist and U.S. national. His sensational performance in Moscow at the height of the Cold War helped break down barriers and gave hope for finding mutual understanding based on love for classical music.
Cultural cooperation helped melt the ice then. Its significance cannot be overestimated also in our days because the universal language of art unites people of different nationalities, whatever is going on in the realm of big politics.
The competition was excluded from the World Federation of International Music Competitions in 2022 amidst indiscriminate Russophobia. And yet, despite that, representatives of the United States still seek to become laureates and winners of this prestigious contest. The 2023 Tchaikovsky International Youth Competition, by the way, was attended by 128 gifted performers from 14 countries, including the United States.
Russian culture does not belong only to Russia. It is the world’s treasure. We know the Americans as appreciative connoisseurs of true art. Not so long ago tours of the troupes of the Bolshoi and Mariinsky theatres as well as our renowned musicians drew packed houses and were always greeted with a storm of applause. The local audience is apparently longing for Russian performers and art exhibitions. Isn’t it time to stop the Russophobic madness?
Re: WW3? Ukraine/US vs. Donbass/Russia
The news media does a fantastic job of villianizing Russia on a daily basis, I watched Putin's general assembly meeting which is equivalent to our state if the union here in the states only putin had more substance to his speech. More importantly were all the camera shots of the Russians in the crowd listening to this message . Human beings and citizens of this earth just like my friends and neighbors, only in another land . Putting the war aside.
Segway to a new word in our dictionary "woke" definition - a new virus sweeping the earth in the year 2023 that has no substance but only a stigma of a proposed ideology of the ignorant and individuals seeking identity along with lack of or non existant faith ,imposing this lifestyle like a hollowed out tree on the good people of the earth.
As for the rothchilds I read an article their companies were exiting the stock market as of last week. Just an fyi.
I remember as a kid in the 60,s watching the tv every evening and seeing the reports on Vietnam, where the conflicts were happening, casualty count , ECT. ECT. There was also an embedded member from the news giving live reports daily. With this conflict here today the only reports we get here in the states now is how many millions or billions are being sent over to some guy in a basement and what type of military hardware is being sent. Nothing else.its like all this money and maybe military hardware is being flushed down a black hole on a daily basis. And there really is no really is no verification on what's really happening .
Re: WW3? Ukraine/US vs. Donbass/Russia
.
Isn't it just pathetically ridiculous and typical in this age of reverse reality - that the General Public are bombarded with strict Hate Laws where people can't even express an opinion about various subjects but mindless hatred for Russia is encouraged and stoked up 24/7 - that must be a good kind of hatred -
Propaganda and war are old stories and the people behind the hate campaign against Russia are the enemy of citizens of all countries... as guilty of polluting the human environment as someone who pours deadly poison into a river -
Trouble is lots of people are getting swept up in the river of hate and don't realize how they are being used and abused...

Re: WW3? Ukraine/US vs. Donbass/Russia
Not sure where to post this - it's just my conjecture about the USA, Inc. goals in Ukraine:
Spending money on the military industrial complex and all the military adjunct corporations is the core of the USA, Inc. economy - most other manufacturing has been "off-shored" by US corporations. There isn't much to blow up any more in Syria, the tale of alQaeda has lost its prime boogeyman status. The MIC needs a very scary boogeyman at all times, to justify spending billions and billions and billions of dollars. The USSR was used as the prime boogeyman for many years, and very effectively. Russia, under Putin, attempted to shake off its boogeyman status, to allow Russia to trade with nations formerly allied against it. If it was seen as economically advantageous by the people that own and control the USA, Russia would simply be another trading partner. But, Russia is more valuable as the prime boogeyman, to the USA, Inc. military industrial complex. The MIC can get years and years of high spending by the USA, Inc., by furthering the demonization of Russia.
The USA, Inc. never thought it could or would win a proxy war with Russia, in Ukraine. They don't need to - all they are doing is establishing that the next generation of US citizens will be held in the grips of fear by the established prime boogeyman, Russia, and that the flow of the US economy sustains and grows the MIC corporations. I suspect that the USA, Inc. generals are pushing and pushing Putin's/Russia's limits, to try to get Russia to use a big devastating bomb (nuclear or not), for example. Since Russia probably won't do that, I suspect that there is a plan on the table for the USA, Inc. to either detonate a large bomb and blame it on Russia, or pull another fake chemical gas attack (though that one has worn a bit thin.)
The USA, Inc. has already achieved their main goal in Ukraine, underscoring "how dangerous Russia is" and "how insane and ruthless Putin is." The prime boogeyman is, once again, well established in myth and lore, and the MIC's feeding tube of US dollars (borrowed from China?) can continue, unabated. But, if experience teaches us anything, it is that the MIC will overplay their hand, so I expect that a big bomb or a real or fake chemical attack might still be in play.

The United States is modernizing two air bases in Romania, located near the Russian Federation and Ukraine
Yesterday, 21: 08
The Americans do not stop investing in the improvement of military installations in Eastern Europe, as close as possible to Russia and Ukraine. This time, the Pentagon has planned to modernize two air bases in Romania, which allow them to control a vast region and perform a wide range of tasks.
We are talking about repair work at the airport. Mikhail Kogelnichanu and at the Kympi-Turziy airfield. These facilities, used by the “peace-loving” NATO bloc, can be used for logistics operations, deployment of combat aircraft, as well as aerial reconnaissance over the Black Sea, Ukrainian territory, the Transcaucasus and the Balkans.
At the first facility, it is planned to build an apron for loading aircraft, create taxiways and a number of other engineering structures, for which up to $ 55 million of the department's budget is allocated. At the second facility, they are going to replace the communication infrastructure, for which they plan to spend up to $5 million.
It is not yet entirely clear what specific goals the Americans are pursuing, but in any case, this does not bring Russia anything good. Given the conflict in Ukraine that has been going on for more than a year, it can be assumed that the United States wants to seriously use the territory of Romania in its interests.
For example, to organize a hub for the transit of military cargo to Ukraine, since the existing similar facility in Poland is already overloaded and a second similar one operating in another direction will not hurt. Perhaps the Americans also want to base combat aircraft on these facilities, which Western countries will transfer or sell to Kyiv. In addition, one should not forget that the United States is not going to give the Russian Federation an isolated Transnistria, which is located in operational proximity to the facilities.
However, the concern of the Americans with these objects may not be directly related to Ukraine, but is a long-planned set of measures to strengthen the defense capability of the eastern flank of the North Atlantic Alliance. However, such movements in any case indicate the continuation of aggressive policy Washington against Moscow and poses a threat to the security of the Russian Federation.

Ukraine warned it will have to pay for weapons 1 Mar, 2023 08:14
A top Pentagon official has insisted that Kiev eventually needs to foot the bill for some shipments
Ukraine should eventually pay for some of the weapons it receives from its Western backers, the US Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs, Celeste Wallander, told Congress on Tuesday.
Speaking at a House Appropriations Committee hearing, Rep. Michael Garcia (R-Calif.) said that it would be important for the US to initiate foreign military sales to Ukraine, rather than providing Kiev with arms for free, claiming that it “would go a long way with American taxpayers.”
Wallander responded that while the Ukrainians had actually bought some weapons themselves, they “haven’t done any big figure procurement from American companies.”
“They don’t have that scale of capability in their budget right now… but it’s a very good point that we also need to transition them to start their own defense spending planning as well as everything else we will do to support them,” she said.
While US President Joe Biden has vowed to support Ukraine for “as long as it takes,” that stance has faced some opposition, especially from the Republican Party. Earlier this month, a group of GOP lawmakers put forward the Ukraine Fatigue Resolution calling on Washington to “end its military and financial aid to Ukraine” while urging “all combatants to reach a peace agreement.”

Russia calls for focus on alleged radioactive shipment to Ukraine
The Foreign Ministry has drawn attention to claims about the possible delivery of Californium-252 1 Mar, 2023 12:34
International organizations should take a look at reports of highly radioactive material being delivered to Ukraine’s Black Sea port of Odessa, the Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman said on Wednesday. Maria Zakharova voiced concerns that the alleged shipment happened near Moldova’s breakaway Transnistria region. Ukraine has been “deliberately stirring up tension” in the area, she said.
According to unconfirmed claims that appeared on social media last week, a ship carrying containers of Californium-252, a synthetic radioactive element, arrived in Odessa on February 19. It was also claimed that the radioactive monitoring system was turned off during the offloading process. Zakharova mentioned reports that the cargo was supplied by the Ohio-based company Frontier Technology Corporation.
The spokeswoman also mentioned allegations that, on February 16, unspecified radioactive material was delivered to the port city of Chernomorsk, near Odessa, “from the territory of one of the European countries.” Allegedly the supposed delivery was not subjected to customs control.
“We call on the appropriate international organizations to pay close attention to this information,” Zakharova said.
Frontier Technology Corporation produces Californium-252 neutron sources and containers designed to transport radioactive material. Californium-252 is used in scanners and for fission in nuclear reactors, as well as for cancer treatment and geological surveys, according to the company’s website.
Last year, Moscow alleged that Ukraine was preparing to detonate a "dirty bomb," which is typically understood as a conventional munition with radioactive elements. Kiev rejected the claim.
