[1] "Meditation" IMHO is to "reveal" what you are ... it's not meant to reify or solidify one's sense of "self" because it's precisely the false "self" that's seemingly "blocking" you from your already pure, unchanging, timeless, aware-like "Nature" eh ?

What I would like to add is that it's very strange that Goode has never spoken Randy Cramer. There are only a few people in the world that claim to have been in the 20 and back program, so why didn't Goode and Cramer ever talk? That's what anyone would do right, when you discover that someone else has had a comparable very odd thing happen to them. They're both relatively well known within the UFO community and they didn't even talk over Skype.
Furthermore, a few months ago I saw a panel discussion with Tompkins and Salla and suddenly Tompkins says that when he grew up he had alien children come by and they would play with him in the backyard. Salla very obviously couldn't believe what he was hearing and he said somewhat ashamed to Tompkins "You never told me that story". By this point in time Salla and Tompkins had been working together for a while and one would suspect that you don't just forget the "minor detail" of having alien playfriends when you were young.
