AFU ORGAN HARVESTING caught on camera (?)
A GoPro found on a KIA AFU soldier, reportedly contained footage showing what appears to be organ-harvesting happening in an AFU field hospital.
The video is very short and as a result lacks context, therefore it is difficult to verify what it is we are seeing. Careful audio and visual analysis of the video reveals the following:
1. The cameraman is an armed soldier (his rifle is visible). He is looking for someone named "Skiff".
2. The surgeon who yells at the soldier speaks in heavily accented German (Bavarian or Austrian). The surgeon is clearly holding a human organ in his left hand.
3. Behind the surgeon there are containers, at least one of which is clearly an icebox, similar to those used to transport organs for transplant.
4. The operating room is guarded.
5. The soldier appears not to understand what is happening, otherwise the ending of this video may well have been a mass shooting event.

US incites European yes-men to poke Russia, assuming it can do so with impunity — Lavrov
According to Sergey Lavrov, the US is sorely mistaken in entertaining the deluded belief that its "self-preservation" in any World War III scenario would be ensured by the Atlantic Ocean serving as a buffer zone
MOSCOW, May 26. /TASS/. Washington is unleashing its European satellites to nip at Moscow’s heels, believing it can get away with anything, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.
"For now, Washington is egging its European satellites on [to antagonize] the Russian Federation, thinking they can get away with anything," he said in an appearance on the "Moscow.Kremlin.Putin" television program, according to an excerpt posted on Friday on journalist Pavel Zarubin's Telegram channel.
According to Lavrov, the US is sorely mistaken in entertaining the deluded belief that its "self-preservation" in any World War III scenario would be ensured by the Atlantic Ocean serving as a buffer zone. "Washington believes that its self-preservation is ensured by the Atlantic Ocean. This also represents a serious fallacy if they [the US] are preparing to bring the world to the very brink of World War III," the top diplomat pointed out.

Inside Europe's largest salt mine: Wagner Group fighters offer a tour of the huge Donbass facility captured from Ukrainian forces
In mid-January, Russian troops entered Soledar, where Artemsol – the largest salt-mining enterprise in Europe – is located. An RT correspondent visited the Donbass city this spring and explored one of the mines with the aid of PMC Wagner fighters.
Learn more about their descent 300 meters underground, see bas-reliefs made of the substance, and delve into the history of one of the oldest such deposits in the world in RT’s photo report.
Salt has been an indispensable part of human life since time immemorial. An important item of trade, it has at times been a decisive factor in economic stability, while wars have even been waged over possession of this mineral. Unsurprisingly, salt mining was among the first industries in Ancient Rus.
Soledar, though itself not dating back to the Middle Ages, is inextricably linked to the extraction of salt. The first mention of settlements in the area dates back to the end of the 17th century, when the village of Bryantsevka appeared in the vicinity of the deposits. By the end of the 19th century, deep salt beds had been discovered here, and construction of the first mine began.
Production peaked in Soviet times, when the Artemsol enterprise accounted for about 40% of the rock salt production in the entire USSR. In its most successful years, the enterprise could produce over 7 million tons annually, which is comparable to the modern production of Brazil (6.3 million tons per year) and Canada (10 million tons per year). Today, only about 2 million tons of salt are mined per year in Russia.
Despite the large production volume, only 218 million tons have been extracted over the past 140 years – about 3% of the total deposit. This means that there is enough remaining to last for over 1,000 years. Meanwhile, Ukraine’s only remaining salt mines are located in the western part of the country.
In recent times, one of the mines at Artemsol was turned into a speleotherapy sanatorium, where respiratory illnesses were treated. Tourists could also visit some mines on guided tours, and there is a salt industry museum and a church – both located underground.
Other drifts were used as warehouses for storing weapons and explosives, although at the time of my visit they were empty. (According to recent information, the largest warehouses for storing weapons and ammunition came under Russian control in the village of Paraskovevka, south of Soledar.) In one of the mines we found a neutrino detector, one of two such apparatuses created in the Soviet Union.
This salt deposit began forming from an ancient sea around 250 million years ago, during the Permian period. Present-day Donbass is located at the site of a shallow lagoon of the ancient Perm Sea. As the water evaporated, the mineral gradually settled at the bottom of the lagoon.
The vertical mineshaft is similar to those used for the construction of subways and bomb shelters. Only this one is much deeper, reaching 290 meters beneath ground. The walls are lined with cast-iron tubing, as in metro tunnels. Since the elevators are currently damaged and cut off from power, the only way down is via an endless staircase, which took us about an hour to descend. A flashlight doesn’t illuminate the bottom of the mineshaft, and it’s impossible to estimate its depth with the naked eye.
Our journey began at the concrete ventilation shaft. When the mine was in operation, stable levels of pressure, temperature, humidity, and oxygen were maintained here. Presently, however, all ground systems have been damaged or cut off from power, and the temperature below ground is noticeably warmer than on the surface.
The salt produced at Artemsol was exported to 22 countries. The main consumers were Poland, Austria, Hungary, Finland, Germany, and Denmark. Russia was also among the top importers of salt (mainly the technical variety) – in fact, the Russian market accounted for more than half of the enterprise’s output.

⚡️ Briefing (https://t.me/mod_russia_en/7569) by Chief of Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological Protection Troops General Lieutenant Igor Kirillov on US military-biological activity
• The task force of the Russian Ministry of Defence together with officers of the Federal Security Service and Rosselkhoznadzor have confirmed the collection and certification of avian influenza virus strains with a high potential for epidemic spread and the ability to cross the species barrier, particularly the H5N8 strain, whose lethality in human transmission can reach 40%.
• The increase in the incidence of bird flu in Russia and in European countries, where, according to the International Office of Epizootics, the disease has become a year-round disease with losses exceeding €3 billion since 2021.
• The US intends to strengthen global control of the biological situation in the world and reserves the right to conduct ‘dual-use’ research, including outside the national territory.
☣️ According to a report by King's College London, there are 25 active laboratories in the US and three under construction where research on highly dangerous viruses and bacteria is being conducted. In accordance with the document, 18 (!) additional BSL-4 laboratories will open in the upcoming years, the most of which will be situated in Asian nations outside the legal jurisdiction of the US.
• Systematic breaches of security requirements at US biolabs have raised justifiable concerns in the global community.
• According to the documents in our possession, the Walter Reed Institute was actively involved in the 2014–2020 conflict in Donbas in studying the antibiotic resistance of microbes isolated from military troops of the AFU.
❓ Why would the US Army Institute would research the antibiotic resistance of microbes found in Donbass?
❗️ Despite compelling evidence from the scientific community, the US government is unable to come to the correct conclusions and keeps engaging in murky biological operations globally.
Some politically connected players may be using the war as an opportunity to enrich themselves and plunder commercial rivals.
When asked whether she felt safe, Smart Holding CEO Julia Kiryanova — head of one of Ukraine’s largest investment conglomerates — paused and then said firmly, “Nobody’s safe.”
For months now, Kiryanova has been battling to save Smart Holding from what appears to be a corporate raid — one she believes involves senior Ukrainian government officials and is aimed at forcing the company to agree to a fire sale. There’s peril in resisting “because when the law is not there, any person can be persecuted for no reason,” she said.
Kiryanova believes Russia’s war on Ukraine is being used by powerful and politically connected players in Ukraine to enrich themselves by extorting, plundering and weakening commercial rivals — as well as an opportunity to redistribute corporate assets, partly in a bid to strip the old elite of wealth in order to shape a new one. And it’s all being done with scant regard to the rule of law.
“New oligarchs will appear soon,” she said.
Kiryanova and other corporate executives say the “reordering” has seen some firms — including Smart Holding — face dubious criminal charges, or be added to Ukraine’s list of sanctioned companies by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) on highly vague national security grounds.
Parimatch — a leading global sports betting company — has recently been added to this list of sanctioned businesses, but it has yet to receive any formal explanation as to why. Informally, executives have been told Russian links to firms providing administrative services to the company were found. Other times, they’ve been told they’ve been sanctioned due to tax irregularities, even though tax infringements aren’t grounds for inclusion on the sanctions list.
But these moves against Ukraine’s most successful companies are raising eyebrows — not just in Kyiv — and risk deterring foreign investors, adding to behind-the-scenes worry regarding the country’s seemingly endemic and intractable corruption problem, which has dogged it for decades. Last year, some European Union countries, including Germany, even delayed the distribution of financial aid to Ukraine due to accountability concerns that money could be diverted into corrupt schemes.
Today, Smart Holding is one of Ukraine’s largest investment groups, focused on metals, mining, oil, gas, agriculture, retail, shipbuilding and real estate. It also has a 23 percent stake in Metinvest, another major mining and metals group, which is the owner of the Azovstal Iron and Steel Works in Mariupol. The steelworks was destroyed during the long siege of the city.
According to Kiryanova, Smart Holding stopped trading in Russia after 2014.
Founded in 2006 by Vadym Novynskyi, a onetime oligarch and former Ukrainian lawmaker who is now a full-time priest in the Moscow-linked Ukrainian Orthodox Church, the company has been grinding to a standstill since the government sanctioned him for allegedly aiding Russia. Novynskyi publicly condemned Russia’s invasion, but he was also highly critical of autocephaly being granted to the independent Orthodox Church of Ukraine, warning of a risk of civil war. And the SBU hasn’t publicly detailed how he’s meant to have helped Moscow.
According to Kiryanova, however, Novynskyi’s activities should be irrelevant to Smart Holding. He hasn’t been involved in managing the company since 2013, and last year, he divested himself of ownership. He receives no income from the company and can never resume ownership, she said.
Kiryanova also said that when Novynskyi was sanctioned last November, Smart Holding was informally advised by SBU interlocutors that “the sanctions against him were merely a way of putting pressure on the Ukraine Orthodox Church to merge with the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, and that the personal sanctions against Novynskyi did not extend to Smart Holding.” Yet rumors persisted that the company would be targeted.
Then, last month, the justice ministry rewrote the company’s entry in Ukraine’s Register of Legal Entities, which lists beneficial owners. The trustees were struck from the register, and Novynskyi was reintroduced as the ultimate beneficiary — under whose authority and what law remains unclear.
Informally, the company was told authorities believed Novynskyi was still the beneficial owner but was offered no evidence. Authorities also said a criminal case was being opened against the trustees on suspicion of being Russian agents.
“This was followed by a series of police raids at our head office and our subsidiaries,” Kiryanova explained. Ukraine’s security services seized $96 million in assets, and the deeds to 40 companies and 30 natural gas wells. “The property of pro-Russian oligarch Vadym Novynskyi, who is involved in aiding the aggressor country, was seized,” the SBU announced in a statement. Smart Holding has donated more than $20 million to war-related humanitarian causes.
Yet, hours before the raids, the company was approached with a fire-sale buyout offer for its natural gas interests from foreign investors — British and American — who have no history in the energy sector. They said they’d face no problems, as “they would be able to resolve any issues with the office of Ukraine’s President.” The offer — a third of what the businesses are worth — was declined. So far, the company has had to layoff 3,000 staff members, and it now fears that Metinvest — which has about 60,000 employees and is majority owned by Ukraine’s richest person, Rinat Akhmetov — could be next.
“I believe that seizure of the company’s assets, forcing it to close some of its key operations, has caused significant damage to Ukraine and its economy. It has damaged the country’s reputation, is tragic for thousands of employees and their families, and is entirely unjustified from the point of view of state security,” Kiryanova said. Smart Holding has inundated senior Ukrainian officials, including the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andrii Yermak, for an explanation, but emails and letters go unanswered.
“As far as we can see, there’s no formal investigation underway. We are not asked any questions, they have not put anything before the courts. So far, the only formal communication we have had was during the raids. It is unbelievable,” she added.
Meanwhile, Maxym Liashko, the co-CEO of Parimatch, is equally perplexed as to why his business has been targeted. Founded in 1994 in Kyiv and now headquartered in Cyprus, the company operates under licenses issued by local regulators in Ukraine, Central Asia, Africa, the Indian subcontinent, the United Kingdom — and, until recently, in Russia and Belarus, but it immediately withdrew from those markets when Ukraine was invaded, ending franchise agreements and losing millions of dollars.
Picking up on rumors in government circles that the betting market in Ukraine would be purged of any Russian links, Parimatch bombarded authorities with letters and emails emphasizing its Ukrainian ownership and highlighting it was no longer present in the Russian market, even commissioning a report from a major American law firm, which has been read by POLITICO, to attest to that fact. Parimatch has so far donated over $40 million to war-related humanitarian causes.
Nonetheless, in March, it was sanctioned. “There was no formal communication, no explanation, and other government agencies say they can’t help because it is in the hands of the SBU and they have no competency in the matter,” an exasperated Liashko said. “Some officials refer to an SBU letter” explaining the reasons for the sanction, but “they won’t share it with us because it’s secret. That’s transparency,” he added.
POLITICO asked the SBU to comment on both cases but has received no response.
Ironically, the suspension of Parimatch’s operating license and the freezing of its assets — including winnings owed to successful gamblers — has benefitted rival Russian operators, according to Mikhailo Makaruk of InformNapalm, a volunteer investigative initiative. “The squeezing of Parimatch is destroying the legal betting market, pushing gambling underground. And Ukrainians are still betting online, but it is Russian companies that are gaining,” he said.
Makaruk worries an internal commercial war is being waged in Ukraine, affecting everything from agri-business to the country’s well-respected IT sector — and he’s not alone. As one corporate executive told POLITICO: “When the country and people need unity the most, some of the very powerful are using the cloud of war to rape businesses.”
Speaking on condition of anonymity due to fear of retaliation, the executive added: “No previous administration has accumulated so much power — basically unlimited power — and because of the war, it is untouchable in the eyes of the international community and the media.”
“Speaking out publicly is difficult because I don’t want to say anything that might endanger the war effort, but sanctioning successful companies shouldn’t be done to clear out competitors or punish somebody you don’t like,” he said.

A tiny thing, but maybe useful to remind us all that it's not only humans who are suffering in this war. I often think not only about the abandoned or injured pets, but also the wildlife. In the last 15 months, I've mot seen a single article, video or comment about this.
Irish Moscow based journalist and correspondent Chay Bowes shows the reality of a Moscow indoor mall which contrasts somewhat vividly with what is being portrayed in Western media. The Russian economy may have contracted a little during 2022 but since November 2022 is back on-track and steadily climbing. They expect something close to 2% - maybe even 3% - growth during this fiscal cycle, perhaps more.
The “Reality versus the Narrative” take a walk through a central #Moscow mall.
Shops are full and actually better stocked than many in the west, food prices are low, sanctions seem to have absolutely zero impact other than on the company’s that fled #Russia and lost Billions.

Ukraine Sent Poor, Untrained Men Into Bakhmut Meat Grinder to Save Better Forces for Counteroffensive
One man told The Wall Street Journal that he had never held a gun before he was sent into the battle
Ukraine sent untrained recruits into the battle of Bakhmut to save its professional soldiers for an expected counteroffensive,The Wall Street Journal reported Thursday.
The Journal spoke with men who were part of a small group that was sent into Bakhmut, which became known as the meat grinder, just a few days after being mobilized.
Out of 16 men in the group of draftees, 11 were either killed or captured. The Journal described them as “mostly poor men from villages in the northeastern Kharkiv region, many of them unemployed, doing odd jobs as handymen or shift work at factories in the regional capital.”
Some of the men had military training years or decades ago, but none had combat experience. A few of them threatened to refuse orders when they were told they were being sent to the frontlines on February 21, citing a lack of training, but they ultimately went.
One man, Vladyslav Yudin, told the Journal that he told a sergeant major that he had never fired or even held a gun before. “Bakhmut will teach you,” Yudin was told.
The men participated in brutal house-to-house combat in Bakhmut. Many of them are presumed dead, but their families are still holding out hope that they were captured by the Russians and are still alive.
The men’s accounts match what Ukrainians fighting on the frontlines had been telling the media while the battle was still raging. They told stories of troops being sent in with little support, training, or ammunition.
Despite Kyiv’s Western backers advising against expending resources on Bakhmut, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky tried to hold onto the city for as long as he could, but it was fully captured by the Wagner Group and Russian forces this past weekend.
Wagner chief Yevgeny Prigozhin estimated that 50,000 Ukrainians lost their lives fighting for the city, but the number is not confirmed. Prigozhin also said that he recruited 50,000 people from prison to fight in Bakhmut and about 20% of them were killed.

The Serbian army deploys its units near the administrative line with Kosovo
The President and Minister of Defense of Serbia said that the army units would definitely remain in positions near the administrative line with Kosovo in the near future - at the same time, Vučić indicated that he was not planning any "war games", but Serbia would defend the "red lines". The deployment of military units was a response to clashes between the Serbian population and the police that began yesterday morning.
Aleksandar Vučić clarified that “crossing red lines” refers to the murder of local Serbs living in the self-proclaimed republic, the beginning of their persecution and damage to their property. In the same context, the Minister of Defense recalled the "March pogrom" of 2004, as a result of which about 4 thousand Serbs were forced to leave Kosovo - in the understanding of the authorities, those events were nothing more than ethnic cleansing.

🇷🇸 Serbia holds largest rally amid escalating conflict in Kosovo - citizens stand up for the country's territorial integrity
The largest rally in Serbian history took place in Belgrade, as brotherly people gathered in support of a united, strong and prosperous state. The reason for the public rally is a rampage by riot police in the self-proclaimed Kosovo. Shortly before the rally, the Serbian president said that there would not be a violent change of power in the country, as in Kiev in 2014.
However, Kosovo police officers "crossed the line" and stormed the municipalities of Zvecan, Zubin Potok and Leposavic, toppling the Serbian flag from there and hanging the symbols of self-proclaimed Kosovo. The arlly is in response to anti-Serb policies. In Belgrade, Serbian citizens are now expressing a strong stance on these events - for a united and strong state that can defend its interests. Translation: we have been unsuccessfully shelling the ZNPP since the beginning of the conflict while blaming it on Russia, who is actually holding the ZNPP. Now we have some means to cause some real damage, and are planning to do so, but we are still going to blame Russia. Got it. https://twitter.com/OlgaBazova/statu...52328144797696
Today, around 13:00, a convoy of enemy equipment was discovered in the area of Novoandreevka, west of Orekhov.
This column was subjected to rocket and bomb strikes by the forces of the Russian Aerospace Forces, and artillery fired at the surviving enemy who attempted to evacuate.
This is not the first attempt to concentrate enemy forces in this area; earlier, on May 26 and 25, rocket artillery of the RF Armed Forces attacked enemy columns in the area of the Pavlovka-Malye Shcherbaki road.
