I watched a video several years ago about an African medicine man that cured an ulcer on a mans leg with urine soaked bandages. The ulcer was huge and eating away at the guys leg, I don't recall how long it took but by the end of the therapy there was hardly any sign there had ever been a problem. (Just tried u-toob but couldn't find it now).

A couple of years ago I gave this a go and got quite a fright, within a second of swallowing my head span as though drunk and I thought I was going to faint. That feeling passed really quickly and there was no further negative feelings but it certainly made me a bit hesitant to try again. You see I have a kidney transplant and I take, presumably, quite toxic medicines to supress my immune system. I deduced, rightly or wrongly, that my urine was holding a concentrated cocktail of 'stuff' the body had no use for filtered from the medicines.

In the Ringing Cedars/Anastasia? books the magical/spiritual lady the protaganist meets explains urinating on a seed gives it all the information to produce fruit that would be tailor made to your health.

Ewan, it’s suggested that you start off slow. For example, Dr. Amanda Vollmer began with a few drops under her tongue. She also shared how kids' perceptions can be different. Her little daughter's friend shared how she chugged the morning pee down, her daughter decided to do the same.

I was skimming Urine Therapy: A treatise on Urine Therapy, Flora Pesckek-Bohmer, PhD & Gisela Schreiber, 1997, and found this passage. Based on the testimonials/personal accounts, I suspect that you can work from the outside in.

Unrelated to your situation, many make claims that they’ve reduced the meds or were able to eliminate them over time.

My life choices include things that counter the toxins out there. Urine Therapy isn’t a remedy “out there”. It’s another spoke on the wheel like my nature walks, Tai Chi & Chi Gong, simple yoga, and for the last 15+ months, the breatharian path. Clear intention is an important part, as well.

I continue to prove to myself that we are more than what we were led to believe. Here’s a couple of sticky notes I recently added on The Breatharian Path thread:

• Immortal body cells neither eat nor die. They are in the same category as the cosmos stars and planets. These cells are composed of similar electrons and atoms and molecules. It is the attempt to nourish the body that destroys it.
  
• Man subsisted on cosmic elements; assimilated sunshine and cosmic rays from the atmosphere.

I’m playing an earth human for awhile, so I figure why not do it in a squeaky clean machine? Without pain and creaky bones, with focused thought, raising frequency and all that stuff. I’m a young 72, younger than I was in my 40’s.

Like you, I follow my gut. I also keep careful records. In summary, it’s all internal doings, and most important, it’s a journey of spirit.

The last discussion Critically Thinking with the 5 docs was illustrative. Some of us just can't get beyond the idea that the urine is supposed to leave the body. IF a person's body is toxic, I wonder still about the excretion of water based poisons? OR does the body produce an antidote? For instance glyphosate is a chelator and is ubiquitous even in organic food....

Maggie, kudos that you are the placebo. Kudos that you’ve found what makes you whole. I continue to post here for those that aren’t as resolute as you with focus, knowledge and belief(s).

My body-mind-spirit is the antidote to counteract the dark ones games. I’m one of many. We each find what works for our unique journey(s).

I continue to regenerate with each bit of knowledge I learn and experiment with: 1) detoxing protocols 2) weed out deleterious food and drink 3) elimination of toxic thoughts, emotions, people and stressors 4) incorporate more of what brings homeostasis, an open mind and peace.

I watched the most recent 5 doctors episode. It was split opinion of the four on that show. It helped me understand how even doctors that are open to what’s going on have reservations on the topic. I can’t help but wonder that if they or a loved one were running out of options would they choose death over Urine Therapy? If they took the time to read at least one of the books or free PDFs with scores of examples, they’d learn how even folks close to death recovered and went on to live long, wholesome lives.

I think there is value to UT but have a question. Through the Vax and in other ways it seems heavy metals are being introduced into our bodies.

Is UT no longer a good idea in that you are excreting these heavy metals only to take them back in?

Accurately (not hard, or risk damage) press the correct pressure point on the perenium, and then it never need leave the body, not even need go back through the digestive system, goes direct to reabsorbed through blood stream.

Hi, from what I recall, most heavy metals are removed by the liver (not the kidneys) and excreted through the bowels.

By the way, I try to drink a gallon of pure distilled water (zero ppm) every day (for average size adult) to help purge the body of heavy metals, toxins, etc. The idea is to have "a river flowing through you".

Am not up to speed on liver and kidney knowledge, but how does drinking lots of water help expell heavy metals, if they are expelled with solid waste? Does it just expedite the filtering process of the liver?

I have smelt my pee, and the scent can change from kind of sweet to downright atrocious and alarming. Haven’t adrift-sailors, in lifeboats on salt water, died from attempting to quench their thirst with pee?
