Re: The Truth about 'Pete' Peterson, David Wilcock, the foreclosure, the dead cats, and GoFundMe
Some images:
The first two are from June 2009, and the last one was from 24 August, 2017.

In the last photo, you can look up Google Earth (or Google Maps) from the address in the foreclosure documents, and see the same truck in the same place. (The exact date of the Google Earth image is unknown, but it's 2017. Google Maps doesn't show that, but Google Earth does.)
The two red dumpsters are the ones that are being filled, or maybe have been by now, 12 days later.

Forget faith, anyone who doesn't believe Bill, go check out the situation at the property yourself.
Update: this post was in response to Sam's post.

Where I’m coming from is anyone out there that’s looking to
rip Project Avalon a new one could have a field day with accusations of unverifiable information.
In short: I’m watching out for the Avalonian Family.
http://avalonlibrary.net/paula/smilies/hat_tip.gif
Thank you!
It's completely verifiable. I
want independent researchers out there to confirm everything. :)
Not because there's any doubt. But because then it's not just one person's word... there's been way too much of that already.
Did *you* fly out to Boise to speak with the workers Bill?:) You must have a good reason for playing it a bit coy, but I must say, it's eluding me! I trust you have very good reason to say the stuff about the dead cats and so forth. I don't doubt that in the least, but it would be nice to know how you found out. If we can't google it, and we can't fly to Boise, then short of a blue avian sphere taking us there............
seriously, what am i missing here?
edit to add: ok, i think i know what i'm missing:ROFL:

(I realize the posts here are overlapping, btw.)
To respond to your question indirectly, let's just say that the photo I posted of the truck parked by the two red dumpster containers can be verified by anyone on Google Earth. Anyone reading this can do that in 5-10 minutes, and maybe less.
That shows it's a real photo taken at the real location.
And you can see even with the plates redacted (I did that) that it's Peterson's truck, a Ford F250, with the same color, same mirror attachments, same badges, and the same small dent on the left end of the bumper.
The photo was taken on 24 August 2017.
No police, no bulldozers. No pit. No cleared house yet.
That was 9 days after Peterson's voicemail message that Jimmy Church played here, which David stated he received the day before the 16 August show.

Something to clarify here:
I'm not saying that David Wilcock has been knowingly complicit in any publicly stated untruth.
I'm not saying there has been any knowingly perpetrated fraud by him or Coco Luau (the GoFundMe campaign organizer) concerning the $52,000+ so far collected for Peterson. (Though something, somewhere, is wrong with that picture.)
I am saying that he was grossly negligent in not fact-checking what he was told (which anyone reading this could have done, and which now has been done) — and in believing, as he often does, everything that 'one of his insiders' tells him.
To all reading this, Avalon members or not: Do you begin to see how important this all is?

I've read the Idaho court documents in
post #75 very thoroughly. My vocation requires me to not only read, but understand legal documents such as these.
What I can tell you without any hesitation or doubt is that the documents establish that the property was the subject of a more or less routine foreclosure and ejectment action originally filed by Bank of America.
The real estate that was foreclosed upon was owned by one Michelle Mims, who died in 2010. Peterson apparently lived there and had personal property there. Peterson claimed that he was in a common law marriage with Mims and that he had certain rights to the real state. That claim did not hold up to analysis under Idaho law.
In short, after some legal wrangling, BoA successfully foreclosed. The property sold at a sheriff's auction. First Nat'l Mtg was the successful bidder and is the owner. First Nat'l had to get not 1, not 2 but 5 writs of ejectment.
5 writs of ejectment were issued by the judge in this case. That is an unusually high number of such writs. Typically, a writ of ejectment is issued after a foreclosure only when there is a person or persons, and/or personal property, at the real estate and they will not voluntarily leave the premises and remove the personal property after the foreclosure is over. To have 5 writs issued is very unusual and informs us that whoever was at the property and/or who had personal property there, would not voluntarily leave and remove the personal property.
If this is Peterson's property as reported by David Wilcock, then for whatever reason Peterson would not comply with the court's order and writs. He would not do so even after after having the full range of due process and legal remedies afforded to him
The claim that the "Dark Alliance" through Gestapo-style police tactics were taking millions of dollars of personal property, throwing it into a pit and bulldozing it, under orders by the judge no less, is demonstrably false and not borne out by the documents. To the contrary.
At least two of the writs instruct the sheriff not to take certain personal property and that any property actually removed should be placed in storage for safe keeping. So, rather than being ordered to take, destroy and bulldoze millions of dollars of personal property, as has been falsely claimed, the judge ordered that any personal property either be left in place or safely and properly stored.
It is my best guess that the personal property that the writs instruct be left alone is Peterson's personal property. This is likely, because upon a close reading of the documents it is clear that Peterson did not own the house and real estate and he was not a borrower on the loan to Mims from BoA. Thus, BoA's foreclosure judgment was not a judgment against Peterson and any money still owed to BoA was not recoverable from Peterson, only Mims' estate. Therefore, it is likely the judge ordered that Peterson's personal property be set aside from any personal property that was subject to the judgment. In short, it appears that far from having his personal property stolen it is, or at least was for a very long time, left available for him to come and get.
Although I may weigh in again later, I want to close by making one important point:
To reasonable minds it is clear from the Idaho foreclosure/ejectment documents alone that Peterson received all due process under law, and then some. The claims being made to the contrary are rooted in pure fiction, not fact. Cui Bono?
Extract from Corey Goode Statement on Divine Cosmos, David Wilcock Blog: Dark Alliance Mega Attack ... Repelled for Now.
Normal standards of law require that your items are moved into storage. You then must be given a period of time to recover them, providing that you pay the fees for their removal and transportation.
David was fully ready to give Pete whatever he needed to recover the items.
The judge also ordered the simultaneous theft of Pete’s truck. This left him with no means of transportation right as the operation began.
The reason the judge gave for stealing Pete’s truck was that he didn’t appreciate how Pete had tried to defend himself against these actions.
He expected Pete to just accept what was being done instead of filing various motions to challenge the legality of these operations.

This sounds pretty shady to me Bill.
The judge never order the theft of a truck that is still there waiting to be picked up. And just when was he ready to give Pete whatever he needed to recover it?

They didn't/don't even need to pay fees...just get a key made if you can't find it and pick up the truck. Or pay to have it towed.

Re: The Truth about 'Pete' Peterson, David Wilcock, the foreclosure, the dead cats, and GoFundMe
It's my business to know that courts pay locksmiths every day to fabricate or duplicate keys so as to remove vehicles that are claimed as "chattel" in court cases. No biggy, just business, in this case court business. Seems to me $52,000 goes a long way to softening that blow for the claimant or so called wronged party. This whole story stinks to high heaven. The worst part being that David Wilcock, the heir apparent, so called, as well as his sidekick / lap-dog James Goode, failed to do any due diligence at all, but rather CHOSE to jump to crazy conclusions for the sake of online click bait and daily active users...
Says a lot about both men to me. Good sleuthing Bill, carry on...x... N

Re: The Truth about 'Pete' Peterson, David Wilcock, the foreclosure, the dead cats, and GoFundMe
David's "insiders" are basically Pete and Corey (yes, feel free to laugh) and probably have been for a while.
New "Intel" (a Wilcock favorite) suggests Pete is not the man we thought he was. I would guess that he's been playing Wilcock all along. Like a fiddle.
No coincidence that his "intel" corroborates Corey's - they're quite likely working in tandem to use the naive and dramatic Wilcock as their pawn. Perhaps not knowingly working in tandem, but fulfilling their roles for the same cause for whoever is pulling the strings.
To what end? Who knows exactly? Most likely to completely deligitamize the ufo community among other things. But I doubt they're only working as a twosome. If this is true, there are certainly people behind them. Gaia, sure, but maybe even beyond that.
Salla endorses every flaky "whistleblower" out there now. He can't be that dumb. He's playing a role too.
Oh the tangled webs....
Sure I could be off by more than a few degrees, but this is where my spidey senses are taking me.
In another scenario, Wilcock is in on the scam too, but i dont think this is the case. I believe he's just being used.

Good morning,
Even after a good nights sleep and my first cup of coffee this still does not look good for David Wilcock. I was just reading one of his face book posts and his wording stinks! Check it...
Quote:
NEW UPDATE III: I have leaked just a bit of the information we have about the corrupt judge in this case against Pete.
We have absolute proof of illegal collusion between Bank of America and this judge. Many other judges have already been put away for life in cases just like this.
We are not coming forward with the proof yet, but are prepared to. This case could be a bellwether for all Americans and potentially go to the Supreme Court.
Furthermore, the fundraiser has been a wild success, building us a "war chest" of over 36K and climbing to fight this insane criminality. Go check out Update III!
Building 'us' a war chest? Supreme court? We have absolute proof of illegal collusion?

I don't know about you but I'd sure like to see that absolute proof.

Re: The Truth about 'Pete' Peterson, David Wilcock, the foreclosure, the dead cats, and GoFundMe
Wilcock doesn't have absolute proof of sh!t. Never will. More nonsense of course. Just like his alleged list of "dark alliance" members....it'll never see the light of day.
Besides, we already know his standard for proof. It's quite low.
I can already see it now: "well we were prepared to come forward with our proof of corruption but the blue avians ordered us not to..."
Seriously. Watch. That's what will happen.

I think the whole Dark Alliance was some kind of diversion. But why? Why make up all the BS just before Corey has some kind of event? It certainly didn't help it? So why bring all this out...death threats...to him and to the dark alliance?
Attachment 36135
They weren't very successful with the Peterson information.
Makes no damned sense but look at who we're talking about here... It's never made any sense!

I remember years ago Wilcock owed money to one of our forum members, $20k? Was it the Camelot forum? The lady was very distressed, and had obviously been 'duped' by Wilcock. This went on for months, with various members trying to help her, to no avail. Seems as if he's still 'at it' ?
Note from Bill: It was $10,000, the member was Weezer, and it was here:
And then there is Corey Goode's response....interesting no?

Re: The Truth about 'Pete' Peterson, David Wilcock, the foreclosure, the dead cats, and GoFundMe
Regarding the photograph of the truck with the dumpsters: those do not appear to be dumpsters to me, they appear to be containers. Dumpsters usually are designed to roll off of a truck and are open on top with a door hinged one one side across one full face. Containers usually are sealed boxes with a pair of hinged doors on one face.
Dumpsters would imply they would be disposing of the contents. Containers such as those which can be easily loaded on a truck and moved off sight are more likely there to store Pete's belongings off sight. This makes me think his items are just being removed from the property and not necessarily being disposed of. If this were true, David's statements are even less credible.

If Pete Peterson is mentally unwell, it makes me wonder how long he has been mentally unwell for. Taking it a step further, I wonder if he was mentally unwell when he supposedly signed all his stuff over to the manipulative Wilcock. I recall the joint interview with Bill way back when, and Peterson seemed to regard David like an annoying fly.
I don't want to speculate irresponsibly, but the guy has shown himself time n again to be a lying, scheming weasel.
You know what its starting to look like regarding Wilcock? He's been networking to find "vulnerables" to play "witness/whistleblower" as it is clear now this is what he's done with Peterson and Goode. Holy wow... I cannot imagine being anything "lower."
At least all this is finally getting exposed.
If that is indeed the case, it is against the law in both the state of Idaho as well as the state of California to engage in abuse /neglect of a person who lacks decision-making capacity. If indeed Peterson's decision-making capacity is impaired, wilcock could be in some very deep trouble. Maybe he will be booking a world tour soon?

Re: The Truth about 'Pete' Peterson, David Wilcock, the foreclosure, the dead cats, and GoFundMe
I listened to an audio of the show with Peterson and David on Cosmic Disclosure and he talks about a spectacular UFO display in 1950 when he was ten I think it was at a wedding. He said over 6000 people witnessed it. I did a pretty thorough search and could not find anywhere this was reported as a mass sighting. Then he talks about meeting ET's which he never mentioned as I recall in his interviews back in 2009 with the Project Camelot interviews. I wonder if Bill remembers that at all?
So....is he being manipulated to say these things for the sake of the show to verify and corroborate the Goode material from the Goode Marketing Organization and to support the Wilcock show? It's starting to look that way to me.
If he is being used to say these things one wonders when that audio phone message actually happened. Perhaps he called Wilcock, and David offered him a spot on the show to make some money to say certain things which would support the show and in turn help Peterson's situation.
Which bring us back to why David didn't know the facts in the case and has not seen exactly what has happened. He obviously made up most of the claims in the Dark Alliance posts and claims which are now verified in the court documents here. Then on the Jimmy Church show he conveniently used the phone conversation to promote the whole thing as some conspiracy which does not exist and was actually explained quite well by Cliff High in his report. In that they are desperately deflecting the criticisms and inventing the Dark Alliance using Peterson as a pawn.
Very stupid move on David's part to use this situation of foreclosure to promote himself and Goode.
One has to ask what is the next stupid move...

I'm having a hard time seeing victims here, rather what I see are willing participants in cooperation with each other. Pete may be an exception to this at this time in his life, but he was well into spreading the butter thick earlier on.
