When they realized there was still some time left in their journey, he offered to share his own poetry. The touching story was recounted by the platoon's commander, known as "House."

"Listening to him, we were deeply amazed that a person in such a condition, enduring pain, could find the strength to share poems with us," said Medical Commander House, sharing the details of this heartwarming incident.

The fighter, Alexey, hails from Norilsk. Doctors encountered him right after his first combat mission, during which he sustained multiple shrapnel wounds in intense battles near Klesheevka.”

🔹In Kherson Direction, enemy groups hold on to Antonovsky Bridge, and construction materials and ammo are being sent to the islands. Russian Forces strike them. There are signs of a possible attack.

🔹In Zaporozhye Direction, Russian forces repelled an attack by 2 AFU groups in 2 pickups near Verbovoye. At Rabotino Russian forces mined the terrain, complicating the enemy's movement. However, the AFU manage to expand the bridgehead, there is an advance at Kopani. However, Russians in turn unexpectedly advanced by 1 km in Chervonoye northeast of Marfopol. Also Russian forces strike powerful on the AFU logistics hub in Malaya Tokmachka.

🔹In SouthDonetsk Direction, the AFU attacked unsucessfully in the west of Staromayorskoye. On the northern outskirts of Priyutnoye, the AFU attempted to retake positions, Russian forces hold the defense. In Ugledar section, Russian forces try to attack from Pavlovka, without much success. Fire control remains with the enemy.

🔹In Bakhmut Direction, on the southern city flank, Russian forces make colossal efforts to push the AFU away from the railway line in Kleshcheyevka and Andreyevka. The AFU attack in Kurdyumovka and try to break through to Zelenopolye, but Russian forces hold their positions.

🔹In Svatovo Direction, Russian forces advanced about 1.5 km deep into the territory on the Novovodyanoye - Nevskoye line. Russia's military located and destroyed one of Ukraine’s sabotage and reconnaissance group along with its electronic warfare station in the Kherson region.

Russian Coastal Defense Brigade soldiers on duty in the Kherson islands region (Dnepr river delta), identified and neutralized a Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group set up on an abandoned vessel that was equipped with electronic warfare (EW) devices, the commander of the Motorized Rifle Platoon Brigade with a call sign 'Shaman' said.

According to him, the Russian soldiers had noticed some communication issues when the "birdies" of the unit began to redirect the signal, suppressing the connection altogether.

"We spotted an enemy group of around eight people in the islands. They got ahead and hid in one of the washed-up ships after the flood. The enemy chose the ship to lie low with some EW assets," said Shaman.

Russian Raptor-Class Patrol Boats: What Are They? 2 hours ago

Forces of the Russian Caspian Flotilla have recently conducted counter-sabotage drills that involved the deployment of the new Raptor high-speed patrol boats.
The naval exercise conducted by the Caspian Flotilla was meant to test its ability to deal with enemy saboteurs that may target the flotilla’s ships.
During the exercise, elements of the flotilla’s counter-sabotage forces were deployed via Project 03160 Raptor patrol boats to neutralize and apprehend a team of “simulated enemy divers” and thwart their attempts to plant “explosives” on the Caspian Flotilla’s ships.
The Raptors are a relatively new addition to the Russian Navy's arsenal, especially when compared to some of the older models still employed by Moscow.

What Are the Raptor-Class Patrol Boats?

Project 03160 Raptor high-speed patrol boats were developed by St. Petersburg-based JSC Leningrad Shipyard Pella and were adopted by the Russian Navy in 2015.
Nearly 17 meters long and about four meters wide, this 23-ton boat can reach a speed of up to 50 knots (about 92 kilometers per hour) thanks to its 2,000 hp engine.
A Raptor boat has a crew of two and can additionally carry up to 20 people.

It is armed with an Uprava-Kord module, which is essentially a remotely-controlled turret fitted with a 14.5mm heavy machine gun and an electro-optic system that can detect targets at a range of up to three kilometers.
If the situation demands it, the Uprava-Kord module can be replaced with an automatic grenade launcher.
Additionally, Raptor has two mounts for 7.62mm PKP Pecheneg machine guns on its stern.
The boat’s armored hull is designed to withstand small-arms fire, and its portholes are made of bulletproof glass.
Raptors are also highly maneuverable and can operate at high speed even when the sea becomes rough.
Project 03160 Raptor was designed for short-range naval operations in coastal waters. It can conduct patrols, intercept small nautical targets, while the boat’s personnel capacity also allows it to be used for transporting marine assault and counter-sabotage teams and delivering inspection details to ships at sea.

Ukraine SitRep: Storming Andivka - Ukrainian Losses

The Russian military has launched small attacks along the whole frontline. A major effort is made near Andivka which yesterday was bombed to smithereens:

The headline reads “RF Army has delivered a blow of previously unseen might against the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU)”. What they are describing is an aerial bombing of Avdeevka, the heavily fortified Ukrainian town 14 kilometers away from Donetsk city, which is an urban center of more than a million inhabitants and capital of the Donbas oblast (region) of the same name. Donetsk city has been struck by missiles and artillery shells launched from Avdeevka on a daily basis from the time before the Special Military Operation, and with ever greater intensity during the SMO. Video images of destroyed homes and apartment buildings have appeared on Russian evening news together casualty figures and the testimony of victims. "One village took an infantry company in a short period of time. 120 plus or minus people," says the military man.

• The Russian Federation has many times more forces and resources - "no matter how strong you are, you will be stupidly beaten by the crowd";
• In some cases, the assault fighters go on foot - 7 km in equipment for 35 kg.

Other reports have confirmed that the Ukrainian military has long lost its middle officer and NCO corps. Smart kids fresh from senior high school are leading platoons of men mostly in 30s or 40s and 50s. Brigade commanders give direct orders down to platoons because the staff of battalions and companies in between is no longer there.

The Ukraine lacks artillery. The Russian counter battery fire has become more and more intense.

It is pretty much over for the Ukrainian military. The only sensible action it can now take is to shorten the frontline and to retreat behind some natural defense barrier like the Dnieper river.

However, Zelensky still talks of victory and is unlikely to order such a move.
