I'm going to say this on this thread, you won't read about it anywhere, but this is a personal experience that I think unless I was completely mistaken was the Russians sticking a big middle finger up to the UK.
Yesterday afternoon I was on my drive doing work on my vehicles, when I heard a military jet very close by.
I looked up to see a swing wing jet with rectangular jet intakes & white external tanks under the wings, I didn't notice the markings, but it did have a single tail fin. The wings were fully forward as it was going quite slow & it was certainly below 500 ft (legal min alt) . It was so low I didn't see it for long.
I live quite close to the east coast here in the UK, and that's the direction it came from.
Swing wing planes are VERY distinctive, and there aren't many of them, it was a thing back in the day.
I presumed it was an F111 even though I've never seen one here, so I googled F111 only to find they are no longer in service.
The ONLY other aircraft it could have been is a Russian Su 24.
Today the North Sea has been very busy with air borne radar planes & Typhoons.
So did the Russians manage to get a single plane over UK soil undetected ? It wouldn't be the first time, and I read earlier on a post Norman made that the radar from nearby Staxton Wold has been moved to the Shetlands, so a low flying plane would be below the horizon from there.
They also picked an old plane, just to ram it home, old but supersonic,... so it could seriously shift it it had to get away.
That's a big but subtle warning to the UK and NATO.
Very important interview by Sarah Westall with Scott Ritter. Ukraine is loosing and will soon lose and freeze.
But Ukraine is hiding something really big. It revolves around Hunter, the Bidens and more. They will be backed into a no win situation and may try something desperate

A very very interesting report from TASS. It appears that a group of Polish mercenaries killed their Ukrainian enforcers when the Poles refused to take risks and advance further after their initial offensives had been repelled.
Battle erupts between Polish mercenaries, Ukrainian nationalists near Liman — LPR official
Polish mercenaries stationed in the Liman area refused to go into battle after a number of failed attacks and later killed a group of Ukrainian nationalists that had been sent to re-establish order, the Lugansk People’s Republic’s (LPR) interior minister's advisor Vitaly Kiselyov said on Wednesday.
"There was an incident near Liman, where Polish mercenaries refused to tempt fate by trying to advance after several failed attacks," he wrote on Telegram.
According to Kiselyov, a group of Ukrainian nationalists, who were sent to sort the situation out, "failed to build a conversation" and its members were killed. "A massacre between foreigners and Nazis is looming," the official said.
- European MPs Humiliate The U.S. On World Stage:
Western powers routinely accuse the Russian military of committing terrorist acts and targeting civilians in the Ukraine war. And many of the accusations are no doubt true. But as members of the European Parliament Mick Wallace and Clare Daly point out, the West is far from innocent of these very same crimes, and to a far greater degree. That was the gist of the fiery speeches recently delivered by the two Irish MPs, leading to the predictable denunciations of using “whataboutism” and that the two are useful idiots for the Russian government.

Finland Will Allow NATO to Place Nuclear Weapons on Border With Russia
In a move that could risk infuriating Russia, nuclear weapons could possibly be positioned in Finland if the country's application to join NATO is approved, according to a report from a Finnish newspaper.
Both Finland and Sweden submitted applications to join NATO in May, in response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. According to the Helsinki-based newspaper Iltalehti, the bill regarding potential NATO membership the Finnish government will put before parliament doesn't include any opt-outs for nuclear weapons.
Speaking to the paper, defense sources said Finland's foreign and defense ministers, Pekka Haavisto and Antti Kaikkonen, gave a "commitment" to NATO in July that they wouldn't seek "restrictions or national reservations" if Helsinki's application is accepted.
Foreign policy insiders told Iltalehti this means NATO nuclear weapons could transit through, or be based on, Finnish territory. Additionally, there are no restrictions on establishing NATO bases in the country.
The U.S. already has around 100 nuclear weapons in Europe, positioned in Belgium, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Turkey according to the Federation of American Scientists.
Britain and France, both NATO members, also maintain their own independent nuclear arsenals.
Earlier this month, the Polish government said it had held discussions with the U.S. government about hosting U.S. nuclear weapons, though this hasn't been confirmed by Washington.
Polish President Andrzej Duda claimed there is a "potential opportunity" for his country to engage in "nuclear sharing."
According to its website, NATO is a "nuclear alliance," which uses its nuclear arsenal to "preserve peace, prevent coercion and deter aggression."
The importance of a nuclear deterrent was confirmed in NATO's 2022 Strategic Concept, adopted by the alliance at its Madrid summit in June.
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg welcomed membership applications from Finland and Sweden in May, describing the move as a "historic moment" for the alliance.

Putin's interview at Valdai live NOW
Link will be useless after it ends.
The late Tony Benn before the 'Allied' bombing of Serbia in 1999 speaking in the House of Commons in 1998. It's less than 2 minutes long but contains more sense in that time than the combined talking heads of the entire governments of the so-called west in 2022:
I'm sure the readers of this thread have heard plenty of Scott Ritter over the months.
This is a nearly 2 hour chat he had with Sarah Westall. The conversation is wide ranging but includes his up to date opinion of the state of affairs with the Ukraine.
It was published in 2 parts but I've made a single file from them, chopping out some advertising and the second repeat intro section.

Sarah Westall - Scott Ritter (all) - Russia is Winning, Nuclear Threat is a Sign of Desperation & Very Serious
- Vladimir Putin Addresses Russian Security Council (October 26, 2022). :bowing:
- The Democratic Party is Being Controlled:
It’s now clear to everyone that the so-called “progressive” wing of the Democratic Party lacks the courage and compassion required to stand up to the warmongers who own/control the Dem Party. Indeed, they too have become warmongers in order to advance their political careers.
- U.S Troops Sent To Ukraine Border:
CBS News recently had the good fortune to be embedded with the 101st Airborne Division while deployed in Romania right along the Ukraine border. Surprisingly, the CBS team reported favorably on the division’s preparations for possible conflict with Russia, making no mention of how U.S. troops on Ukraine’s border might escalate matters, possibly leading directly to a nuclear conflict. But who cares about minor matters like nuclear annihilation when there are weapons systems to sell?
WTF?
