I think this is an important aspect to consider. These elites cannot be, by virtue of being 'occultists', oblivious to karmic repercussions. But they found a way around it (they think).
We have long known of the symbolism embedded in music, film, art, etc., depicting luciferian practises and ideals. It informs of us of what's going on, and we become aware (even if only subconsciously). Our inaction to do anything about it, to them, is a subtle form of consent. It justifies in their minds all their dreadful deeds, freeing them of karma.
