Lets clear up some of the confusion then. Here is a piece on Webre claiming he is part of the controlled opposition used to usher in the antithesis of the New World Order known as the BRICS alliance.
http://redefininggod.com/2015/02/the...bremont-webre/
Not very endearing from my point of view. This counter intel is laid out in a previous article which has been discussed in Paul's excellent thread:
https://projectavalon.net/forum4/show...932#post924932
Be careful what you ask for and whose energy you endorse. The whole Common Law movement, aka: Annett, which is afoot also misses the mark. See the second video I linked to on the "Up at the Ranch thread" today.
So Webre v Annett is a discordant aberration, to which both energies are not in the context of solutions and unity.
Sorry you just me lost there... I'm not claiming outright absolute sureness, I can only claim what I have come across so far... and Webre clearly raises more questions for me personally. I am still trying to find acceptable "dirt" on Kevin, so far most of the critics (like Alfred) don't come clean with me... so far...
Common law ain't perfect, agreed, but I don't see this ultimately as a common law issue. It's an issue of equity (or I hope to God that is his strategy) Equity operates in any environment, at least this is what I suspect Annett is doing, as I have stated many times... And Equity is always right beside true authentic common law. Equity is usually associated with trust (for what should be obvious reasons) This is why I don't call it trust law, but "trust interpretation" more accurately, it is really just equity, plain and simple...
I would have thought this was the the simplest of principles... the fact that it isn't apparently, I have to admit, chills my bones...
Apparently, we have entered a new era, people who justify their misdeeds by claiming ignorance of knowing right from wrong... rationalization as being equal to "not lying" ....not realizing this is all a completely flawed 'strategy' (self delusion)

You and I are basically on the same page sigma6 although I am leaning more and more towards the private side and less and less in the public side. The outright inhumanity which is occurring in the public venue curdles my blood.

Equity in the private, yes. Not in Common Law, which is still in the public venue.

Mine too, although I don't find it that simple to grasp until one is willing to come out of the matrix and leave the plantation. The opposition does not just come from the matrix, it also comes from the astral curses, and most importantly, from within your own living room, from the people who love you and are in relationship with you.
It's not for everybody. Being sovereign is a lonely road and for most, being a slave is still more comfortable.

Yes! I agree with this in principle, and I'm impressed, you are going to have to share some of your research sources... this is a recent insight for you! yeah? The 'how to' of application is still open, although administrative process is one example I know has worked... I also believe (if you really know what you are doing...) you can carry on some process in the common law court, that establishes/creates the means that will effect/invoke equitable process... (special pleading) not claiming ownership, or stepping into their foreign jurisdiction, asking questions only, (ex. why not settled in the private already?) the right paperwork has to be put in... it's all about doing less, special appearance, identifying the beneficiary, calling out the fiduciary, establishing presumption before they do, or after rebutting theirs, or both, etc. If any of this jives with you, and you have some good research to share let me know...
We don't know exactly what Kevin is doing still... nor Alfred apparently, which I think was the cause of the rift, I don't think Kevin would lie about judgments, they might be only one step, and there are unusual results, usually evidence that private processes are happening, exactly how the courts control the public's awareness... it has to be inferred... you have to be knowing what your looking for (eyes to see)
Re: Re Kevin Annett ~ another conversation
I don't agree here, I run into this argument endlessly... There is most definitely a way to operate within the system... But you must first establish a true understanding of that old clique of "Knowing Who You Are..." which has never been properly identified or answered by all the talking heads (to my profound shock and surprise...) until I called them out and went searching for the real answer myself... It is a 'trick question' in that it does operate on many levels... But the one we are asking is the 'legal interpretation' that is the bridge between their public statutory world and ours (private) "Knowing who you are" I have rephrased as "Understanding the nature of your relationship to the Registered Name"
And you're in luck... I won't leave you hanging this time... although there are many dozens of angles to approach this... I just posted this link in another thread...

Re: Re Kevin Annett ~ another conversation
"And I just want to add again that given Webre is in his 80s, I think it's kind of remarkable that he's doing anything like what he is doing at all.
And who said that Annett is a "chick magnet"?"
To be clear, Onawah, Alfred L. Webre was born in Pensacola, Florida on May 24, 1942 according to Wikipedia. Also, in case it has not been included in the discussion, I think this interview with Araya Soma covers the "chick magnet" angle well enough. To my mind, not everything that she says seems to add up, but worth a listen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U1Du7TxbJMY#t=895
Re: Re Kevin Annett ~ another conversation
I don't know where I read that he is in his 80s, but 72 is a fairly venerable age, in any case.
I have a hard time picturing Annett as a chick magnet, no matter what anyone says!
But thanks for your closer investigations, and apologies for not having investigated more.
Re: Re Kevin Annett ~ another conversation
Webre is sharing the house with 10 people. It is a communal living arrangement.

in depth interview regarding the falling out between Alfred Lebremont Webre and Kevin Annet. lots of background and historical information on how he changed his views
at minute 23 he explains how he first became tipped off, first red flag occurred when he could not get Annet to agree that investigation of American pedophile networks was necessary. Alfred believes, unlike Webre, that an infiltration of the Vatican and Catholic church occurred of pedophiles and pedophile networks rather than the other way around. Annet appears to be trying to prove that pedophilia is inherent to the nobility and the Catholic church power structure. I guess some day we will find out the truth. Webre also shows that the persons siding with Annet are also people who have committed fraud and theft on a criminal level. He is amazed at how big the issue has become. The interviewer speculates that Annet was used as a kind of gatekeeper for info on pedophilia and is used by those powers involved with pedophilia to obsifurcate the true nature and extent of pedophilia in the world.

Alfred will now come under intense attack on multiple fronts.
I have a very, very close friend and sistersoul who has known Kevin for over 20 years and has been at active warfare against him for the larger part of that time. Who knows him very well. As in, close association and support, slow, gradual revelation kind of 'hey, I see this person for what he truly is' kind of knowing. She has been fighting against him and has had her family literally destroyed as well as her good name.
This friend of mine is married to a man who is very well known in the native community in this country. She has been an outspoken advocate for native issues over decades.
She has seen people destroyed economically, mentally, socially around this battle and this man. I spoke out on a thread back when he first created the ITCCS but it is long buried. Since then I generally stay away from ITCCS threads here but I like Alfred also. I hate to see this happen but he put himself in this position. If anybody can garner the support necessary it is him. He will need it.
:bump: Bumping this post, as Kevin Annett is trying to make a comeback as a professional huckster after all these years. Just wondering if, in the last 10 years since the post, there have been any developments in your friends situation.
