Can't access this video on YouTube as RT seems to be banned from access in the
UK.
Tried to go direct to the RT website to look it up (https://www.rt.com/news/)
...but sadly received this page (on Virgin Media as my ISP).

I guess they're doing their darnedest to prevent access to RT.
EDIT - Used my VPN as if I was in the Netherlands (where I get the best internet speeds from the UK, whilst using a VPN) and I could access the RT website easily.
Seems to me Zelensky and Putin are close to a deal.
Zelensky is in a box though. His American backers want this to continue. So does he risk being on their kill list and work something out with Putin or does he stay with the Americans and watch his country be destroyed? I think he is working out a deal with Putin which will include his protection and some money.
George Webb reports he has a 25MM house in Miami and over 1B US in a bank account in Germany. For the the Russian Oligarchs they can replace that and it would be a small price to pay.

A footnote here about imports, exports and western sanctions. I've not actually heard these numbers referred to in any mainstream reports.
The combined population of Russia, China and India is almost exactly 3 billion. That's nearly 38% of the world's people.
Their combined land mass is 20%. (Don't forget: Africa, brim-full of Chinese investment, is huge, and Russia alone has 11% of all global land.) And all this includes Antarctica, which arguably might be excluded from all the stats.
So here's a thought experiment, and a rhetorical question. :)
Imagine a planet just like Earth with only Russia, China and India. No other nations, land, or people.
How do you think they'd manage for resources and technological development, all on their own?
I just tried to access using Tor Browser and I got the same message.
With a VPN from Japan it works for me, there is reports not only from ISP blocking Russian websites, but also from this specific Russian company DDOS-Guard (https://ddos-guard.net) blocking access from outside Russia.
If I am not wrong yesterday the Russians went on with their own private internet and some Russian websites might not be accessible by other users in other countries (from outside Russia), also heard that they might block many mainstream social networks to their users (simple solution and it may work, get a VPN with a server in Russia).
A little more about DDOS-Guard
"DDoS-Guard is a Russian Internet infrastructure company which provides DDoS protection, content delivery network services (CDN), and web hosting services. Researchers and journalists have alleged that many of DDoS-Guard's clients are engaged in criminal activity, and investigative reporter Brian Krebs reported in January 2021 that a "vast number" of the websites hosted by DDoS-Guard are "phishing sites and domains tied to cybercrime services or forums online" Some of DDoS-Guard's notable clients have included the Palestinian Islamic militant nationalist movement Hamas, American alt-tech social network Parler, and various groups associated with the Russian state."
ref.; wikipedia
The company was funded in Ukraine in 2011 and registred in Crimea, incorporated in Belize and Scotland under different names.
=edited=
of course forgot to mention that RT.com is behind DDoS-Guard.
As much as I can use the internet when it involves opening a web browser & simply Googling for something... I'm not tech savvy at all.
So I've no idea what it means but "DDOS-Guard (https://ddos-guard.net)" that you mentioned is the exact thing that pops up on my webpage when trying to access RT direct from my ISP (Virgin), and also on some of the VPN countries I tried.
A webpage with 'DDOS-Guard' pops up first...which sits there permanently (with no access to the page I'm trying to link to) or eventually moves on to load the website page.
Has the Cyber Attack begun?
Will any of us still be on line tomorrow morning ?
Think yourself in their shoes for a moment.
I understand where you were going with your question.
Here's another one.
Imagine a planet just like Earth with only North Sentinel Island,
Southern Guyana and Papua Indonesia. No other nations, land, or people.
How do you think they'd managefor resources and technological developmentall on their own?

Ukraine emergency payments tied to the vaccination payments -sounds sinister!
I appeal to businesses! And to those who are now engage in vigorous activities. To those who at that time were evacuated to other regions. We also have a request to you. If you are not exposed to any danger, gather your employees and resume production! The state needs your help today more than ever!
I appeal to Ukrainians! The war came as a shock to each of us. Many have lost their homes, jobs and savings. But they remained to defend Ukraine. Today the state will support you. On commission of the President of Ukraine, an updated ePidtrymka program will be launched next week. Under this initiative, every employee, every self-employed person whose job was taken away as a result of the war, will be able to receive UAH 6,500 each.
The program will function by analogy with vaccination payments - that is, through the Diia application. The Ministry of Digital Transformation will provide details on how to apply for assistance and receive the payment.
Both Spotify and Discord appear to be down nationwide. Perhaps related (what isn't?)

and this lovely "opinion piece" hitting the FOX News website today -
US is running out of time to prepare for a Russian cyber attack
Some of us already do think like this.
The first corollary as to why it is like this is because the U. S. is *not* a nation. It is not "a people". A nation or a people is a culture, such as Tamils who all speak the same language. The country of India is an empire that contains many distinct cultures like this, and so on. The U. S., on the other hand, is like the death and purging of culture.
The Yellow River valley contains the oldest traces of civilization, in the sense of a stable agrarian economy able to produce to excess. What is almost as old as this evidence is the awareness of environmental issues affecting them rapidly. They learned that de-forestation leads to erosion and so forth, so that obviously mankind's development and expansion comes at a cost.
And so for example, we could say that Han culture has been dealing with this and having this discussion many thousands of years before anyone knew it was a subject, and, continue to do so with more test subjects than the rest of us have.
In many cases, the manner of dealing with it is imperialistic and quite heavy-handed. It does, however, lack foreign tendencies such as colonialism or parasite capitalism.
These countries have black magic, slavery, prostitution, yet the very exalted and twisted forms of evil known in the west are news to them.
A big part of that is lying at the diplomacy table. In Russian and eastern countries, you still deal with any enemy in a fairly honest and straightforward manner. You have to be able to sit with someone who is racist, hates you, and would probably rather kill you than look at you, and just handle your business like anything else. In our system, we pretend those animosities aren't there, and go fill the room with double talk and go do something stupid behind your back.
They also have an expectancy that if conditions are too harsh, there will be a revolt. You, so to speak, have a right to overthrow the government. Not necessarily the ability. But it is understood that if you were being taxed to poverty for so long and seeing that money frittered away on wastes, that you are not just going to consent to that for the rest of your life.
Resources are critical; I am not so sure about technology.
I am going to stop short of saying "they" would always implement the best policies or the right ones. But it is like this. The Chinese stock market is a casino, only. It is not the underpinning of everyone's 401k or anything like that. If it takes huge losses, it doesn't matter much. If something is wrong, the government can make immediate changes. So the situation might come out similar to how it is now, minus those very artificial western traits of duplicity.

- Fox Business Guest Tells Truth About Ukraine President
In a recent appearance on the Fox Business Channel, retired US Army Colonel Douglas MacGregor told incredulous host Stuart Varney that Ukraine has little hope of defeating Russia on the battlefield, and the only reason that Ukrainian President Zelensky insists on continuing is because his NATO puppet-masters are demanding that the fight continue.

Well, the news wasn't fake after all. My concern now would be that while it might be very unlikely, if Putin is feeling particularly annoyed (or worse) he could order a strike against Rammstein Air Base. Here's the article, with just the opening part copied here.
Poland Has Made Available All Its MiG-29 Jets For US To Transfer To Ukraine
A statement posted Tuesday to its Ministry of Foreign Affairs website indicated the jets will be placed "at the disposal of the Government of the United States of America" which in turn is expected to send them to Ukraine, after President Zelesnky has issued a series of urgent appeals for fighter planes.
"The authorities of the Republic of Poland, after consultations between the President and the Government, are ready to deploy – immediately and free of charge – all their MIG-29 jets to the Rammstein Air Base and place them at the disposal of the Government of the United States of America," it said.
https://assets.zerohedge.com/s3fs-pu...?itok=8gFOhpBm
It's part of a controversial deal which had in the last days emerged and which was widely reported as being in the works, despite Poland as recently as Sunday greatly downplaying it - perhaps not wanting to prematurely provoke Russia's wrath. It was previously confirmed that the other side of the deal would see Washington quickly replace Warsaw's depleted MiG-29 jets with F-16 fighters.
You're missing the point — likely deliberately. (And if it was a clever little joke, that's not very appropriate on this thread.)
So I'll say it straight. As a potential military-economic alliance, Russia/China/India, taken together, don't need a thing from the "west".
They have all they need in terms of resources, facilities, knowledge and expertise to flourish and expand very nicely all on their own for the next several decades, just as if the "west" didn't exist at all.
Yes I got your point before you explained it Bill.
By your reply, you missed my point though.
I was trying to say, there are others (besides Russia/China/India) who "don't need a thing from the "west" ".
To name just a few, various 'primitive' tribes in various parts of the world (as mentioned above) who don't need/use:
cell phones, planes, trains, cars, TV's, computers, oil, nuclear power, etc. and do very well thank you, on their own. :)
Well ? Poland has stuck it's middle finger up at the US, after being badgered they are saying they will move the aged planes to the US airbase in Germany & then it's up to the US to do with them as they see fit. Quite a clever & sarcastic move.
What will the US do with them ? Try move them in on trucks ? Whatever they do it's doomed, they will either be shot down straight away or not have a base to land at.
They do know the Russians now have the world record for greatest distance plane shot down by ground based missile ?
In this short 4-minute interview with Tucker Carlson, Col. Douglas Macgregor — who's one of the sanest, best-informed and most-grounded voices appearing on western mainstream media — states that the Ukrainian pilots would operate these Mig-29s from Poland. (I don't know if this is correct, but that's what he said, and he probably has the information.)
He then rightly points out that the Russians have a host of easy means at their disposal to then take out the Polish airfields. And then we're all right on the edge of a very steep precipice.
