That kinda reminds me of an argument on some other thread here long ago as to stating why can't the use a deep space imaging satellite to point at the earth and see everything on earth. When you have a budget that depends on a funding from public dollars for a specific purpose, the design and engineering never, ever strays from that specific purpose, ever. Its like saying "my microscope can zoom in 1000x, why can't I use it to look at the moon?" or "why can't I use my telescope to look at bacteria?" (feel free to try)

Granted, an energy weapon has a greater chance of being a "California fire maker" than a telescope does at being a microscope, the principle still fully applies, and needs to be respected.

It's difficult to say if this reported explosion in China is related to the other recent explosions, and reports from China are difficult to verify, but if this is a legitimate report, it's worth noting the proximity of timing re the other explosions, and there have been more reported worldwide other than the ones mentioned in these two posts.

There were some photos and videos of beams taken from the ground by Californians during the fires of 2018, as I recall.
Some were actually of "firenadoes" but others were clearly beams.
Fires are breaking out right where weather maps are showing "hot spots", in volcanic regions where the magma appears to be coming up from underground, though not actually erupting. Dutchsinse has been tracking that quite closely, and it's happening so frequently that it's very unlikely to be just coincidence.
(It's pretty easy to skip through his videos to the parts about the West Coast, where this seems to be happening the most.)
Predictably, the official experts aren't reporting on that.
Dutch has also been reporting about a series of explosions all occurring along the craton edge, so another instance where underground magma may be the cause.

Additionally hot spots in the 800K+ temp spectrum showing in clusters across Pennsylvania, New York, and Maine.

Washington state is also experiencing a cluster of the same kind of activity as the New Madrid!

If its us beaming out to ourselves.. creating a hot spot for some reason at ground level.. then we can move on and let them deal with moving to different frequencies to prevent civilians seeing it.

Targeting first at the NEXRAD along the coast of Louisiana, then a 2nd beam down at Tyndall AFB (the beam location showing an actual hot spot on thermal return via GOES 16).

This proves the DEW (directed energy weapon) beams previously captured were indeed actual events which were accidentally captured on weather satellite."

At 40 minutes into this video Katherine Horton Describes 3 possible types of energy beam weapon technology and tells the story of an attack on her and her husband (Bill Binney) after they had moved their bed(room) down to the basement and covered the ground floor above it with sheet metal.
