Missile Strike on Kiev — intel from @don_partizan
Coordinates: 50.4092716, 30.5503017
Today at around 10:30 AM, Russian forces launched a strike on the location of one of the Ukrainian security forces' units in Kiev.
🔻It was established that the strike hit the address at Kikvidze Street, 32 - publicly available sources associate this building with the Civil Defense Headquarters and the Kyiv Academy of Decorative Arts and Design.
🔻In fact, the building was empty, and nobody was inside. Under the "creative academy" there is a large basement space with a separate entrance from Saltykov-Shchedrin Street (this side of the destroyed building is not shown at all).
▪️It is also noteworthy that local residents have repeatedly observed vehicles with black license plates marked with the series C6 parked near the "Academy of Decorative Arts and Design."
📌Black plates are used by the SBU (Security Service of Ukraine) and the State Special Communications Service of Ukraine. The letters С, Р, Т, and the number 6 are allocated for their use. SBU employees use the code С6, while Р6 and Т6 are designations for the joint use of both services.
🔻Currently, information has been received that the building was a covert facility of one of the structural units of the SBU. Loud claims that it was a "decision-making center" or "headquarters" raise doubts, but it can be confidently stated that the “basement” housed the operational staff of one of the special service's units.
▪️Why exactly this object was targeted will probably remain a mystery, but considering that the SBU is involved in conducting a series of diversions and terrorist acts on the territory of the Russian Federation, it suggests that this location might have been used by employees engaged in recruitment, planning, organizing, and directly implementing such actions.
🔻Unfortunately, a second missile was intercepted in the area of the Kiev Zhulyany airport, and its fragments fell on a building on Hutsulska Street, causing smoke in the area.

Ukrainian security service boasts about attacks on Russian oil refineries 25 Mar, 2024
The US has reportedly urged Kiev to refrain from drone raids due to fears of a gas price surge

The head of Ukraine’s domestic security service (SBU) has claimed credit for a series of attacks on Russian civilian sites, including the Crimean Bridge and oil refineries.
In a statement on Monday, Vasily Malyuk said transport and oil infrastructure are among “the most painful points” that his agency “hits daily” amid the hostilities with Moscow.
The sites are “legitimate targets” because they “work for the Russian military industrial complex,” the senior official claimed, adding that Ukrainian strikes can happen “even where they are least expected.”
A series of Ukrainian drone attacks have targeted Russian oil sites since mid-January, in some cases causing disruption at the facilities. The Financial Times claimed last week that US officials have urged Kiev to halt the strikes over concerns that they could cause shortages on the global energy market. In particular, the White House is concerned that a hike in gas prices in the US could undermine President Joe Biden’s chances of reelection in November, according to the report.
The Ukrainian government has denied being pressured by the Americans. Mikhail Podoliak, a senior aide to President Vladimir Zelensky, branded the FT report “fictitious information” in an interview last Friday.
Ukrainian strikes on Russian energy infrastructure are lawful and necessary to undermine its military, he insisted, while claiming that Moscow’s attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure are “genocidal” in intent. Nobody can “dictate to Ukraine the conditions on how to prosecute this war,” Podoliak added.
The White House reiterated its policy not to encourage Ukraine to deliver strikes inside Russia when asked about the FT report by the Ukrainian branch of state-funded news outlet Voice of America.
The Russian military resumed massive long-range strikes on Ukrainian energy infrastructure last week after a months-long pause. Ukrainian officials said a barrage on Friday caused the most significant damage to the power grid thus far in the armed conflict.
Moscow added several Ukrainian energy facilities to the list of targets it considers legitimate in October 2022. President Vladimir Putin said at the time that the shift in military tactics was justified by the Ukrainian bombing of the Crimean Bridge earlier that month. The attack involved a powerful explosive device being smuggled inside a truck and detonated on the bridge, killing the driver and four other civilians.

Get a Sneak Peek at New Russian Troop Arrivals Training in Special Op Zone
The Russian army's success on the front lines of the special operation zone can be attributed to the soldiers' supreme skills in managing weaponry, carrying out precision strikes and navigating the terrain in the course of combat missions. This is precisely why new Russian troop arrivals undergo thorough military training.
https://cdn1.img.sputnikglobe.com/im...a72cf.jpg.webp
Newly-arrived Russian soldiers are learning how to aid the wounded at a training ground in the Zaporozhye area.
Earlier this week, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu reported on Ukraine's losses since the start of the year. According to the Ministry of Defense, so far Ukrainian troops have lost over 71,000 soldiers in 2024.
"In general, the losses of the Ukrainian armed forces during this period [...] exceeded 71,000 people and 11,000 units of various weapons. This is almost three times higher than the same period last year," the defense chief said at a meeting with senior military brass.
These numbers reflect how dire the situation is for the Ukrainian military.
Furthermore, the Kiev regime is suffering such losses specifically because of the superior combat skills that Russian soldiers possess. This edge is attained through the mandatory and rigorous training that all new troops undergo.

"Draft-dodging plagues Ukraine as Kyiv faces acute soldier shortage. The BBC recently reported that 650,000 Ukrainian men of fighting age have fled the country in the past two years, most slipping across its borders with Poland and Slovakia, some with false exemption papers allowing them to exit Ukraine despite a ban on fighting-age men leaving the country.
Since the Russian invasion two years ago around 9,000 draft-evasion proceedings have been opened, according to the Ukrainian interior ministry, but that's just scratching the surface of the draft-dodging and the evasion of registration so enlistment notices can't be issued. Last year nearly 1,300 draft-dodgers found themselves before the courts, but officials acknowledge this is just a small fraction of those avoiding enlistment.
The new draft legislation has been re-written several times and envisages a call-up of another 400,000 Ukrainian troops. It has stalled in the parliament, however, with lawmakers objecting to some punitive measures they regard as unconstitutional, such as restricting the property rights of draft-dodgers, impounding their cars and blocking their bank accounts." https://politico.eu/article/ukraine-...ing-the-draft/

“We will definitely defeat these shaitans, both the Nazis in Ukraine and these terrorists” - a native of Tajikistan, fighting for Russia in the Northern Military District, spoke about the tragedy in Crocus
A soldier of the 1430th Guards Regiment, a native of Tajikistan with the call sign “Farah,” went to the Northern Military District zone for mobilization because he sincerely considers Russia his second homeland. Despite the fact that in his native country he faces up to 20 years in prison under the article “Mercenarism,” the fighter was not afraid and never regretted his decision. In a conversation with Readovka, Farah admitted that upon learning about the terrorist attack in Crocus and that his fellow countrymen were terrorists, the first thing he felt was a feeling of guilt.
Meanwhile, Farah is convinced that such cases should not become a reason for interethnic hatred - he himself has been sharing front-line life with Russian colleagues for almost two years and considers them his brothers. The fighter explains that terrorism cannot have a nationality, and it is impossible to find any justification for the actions of these monsters. The only thing that can be done to avoid such tragedies from happening again is to unite and forget all differences in the face of evil.

🇷🇺⚔️🇺🇦Captured Ukrainian serviceman: even disabled people without legs and arms are mobilized
Nikolai Mozil was mobilized on 24 January 2024. 'I was taken to the military enlistment office and given a list of doctors I had to undergo voluntarily at the city hospital. Many of the doctors were not there, and I never made it through the medical commission to the end. But the military enlistment office said that it was nothing serious, if something was wrong, they would treat me there. At the military enlistment office I told them that I had three children, but the officers told me that nowadays they can take men without a leg or an arm, and the children will wait for me. Go and fight,' said Nikolai.
Before going into the position on the battle line, the command warned me that if the situation is very bad, it would be better not to be captured, but to blow myself up with a grenade.
'The guide brought us to the observation point, put us in a battered IFV and promised to change us in three days. After three days, Russian servicemen quietly approached us and offered to surrender if we wanted to live. We were afraid to blow ourselves up and surrendered,' said the captured serviceman.
He emphasised that all the command's stories about Russian captivity turned out to be a lie: 'We were very hungry, as we had no food for two days with one chocolate bar for two. Everything we were told about the captivity was not true. If you value your life and have somewhere to go back to, it's not worth it.'

☠️ The British are shocked by the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Kupyansk direction
One of the brigades of the AFU lost more than 85% of its personnel near Kupyansk. Such statistics gave the Ukrainian military commander Dmitry to British journalists from I News.
Before I left London, several Ukrainian brigades invited me to film with them. When I arrived they were so devastated that it was impossible. All but one of these men were dead. It's staggering,
- said a British journalist.
In this direction, noted the publication, it is mainly young mobilised men who are fighting, and most of the middle-aged men were either killed or wounded. At the same time, the AFU fighters themselves say that the command and Zelensky are not paying attention to the current terrible circumstances.

He responded karmically for this,” said Malyuk.

🇷🇺⚔️🇺🇸🏴 Article by Russian MFA Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova for Komsomolskaya Pravda newspaper (March 25, 2024)
Biden likes ISIS, not peace
The US spin doctors have driven themselves into a trap by claiming that the terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall in Moscow was perpetrated by ISIS, a terrorist organisation banned in Russia. It is also clear why they are doing this. Obviously, they have no other way out.
This includes billions of dollars and an unprecedented amount of arms invested in the Kiev regime, based on corruption schemes, where no accounts were submitted; the use of aggressive rhetoric towards Russia. Hence Washington’s daily effort to cover up for their charges in Kiev and the attempt to shift the blame away from themselves and the Zelensky regime they have nurtured by using the bogey of ISIS (an organization banned in Russia).
And that's where they got caught in their own rusty trap.
What is ISIS?
In the past, Washington actively supported, armed and controlled the mujahideen in Afghanistan as part of its drive to oppose the Soviet Union. Al-Qaeda emerged precisely from that Afghan campaign.
But let us leave Afghanistan for a while and turn to Iraq. In October 2006, the Consultative Meeting of the Mujahideen established a new jihadist group that brought together Al-Masri’s terrorists and other Islamists from the group known as the Islamic State of Iraq (ISI). Appointed as the leader of this new organisation was Abu Omar al-Baghdadi, whom the Americans, for some reason, had released from prison in Iraq not long before. QED!
He established close cooperation with the Islamists in Syria, who were fighting against the legitimate government of Bashar al-Assad. In April 2013, the expanded terrorist organization was given a new name – the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS).
So, it turns out that after Al-Qaeda, the Americans willingly or unwillingly had a hand in creating yet another monster, ISIS.
In 2015, in response to a request from the legitimate Government of Syria, Russia sent a unit of its Aerospace Forces to help the Syrian army fight the terrorists. This interfered with ISIS’ plans to impose its control over vast territories in Iraq and Syria.
President of Russia Vladimir Putin addressed the UN General Assembly session in 2015, suggesting that a united anti-ISIS front, modeled on the anti-Hitler coalition, should be created. The response was the West’s war face, not a delighted acceptance. Far from helping us to fight ISIS, the US was doing whatever it could to interfere with our effort. Interesting, isn’t it?
At the same time, a US-controlled extremist enclave, the so-called Al Tanf refugee camp, continues to exist in southeast Syria. It has become a haven for terrorists, providing them with training before they are sent to perform missions.
The White House clearly follows yet another tactical line in Syria, where ostensibly it has committed itself to sort the “moderate opposition” from the ISIS terrorists in a clear and informal manner. In all evidence, this is how Washington has planned the whole thing: it wants the conflict to drag on, multiplying the number of victims, while preventing that seat of international terrorism from being definitively eliminated.
Oddly enough, ISIS has adjusted its plans in recent years and now attacks mostly enemies of the US, such as the Taliban in Afghanistan, the Iranians, the legitimate authorities in Syria, and Russia.
❗️ Is there any logic in this, you would ask? It lies in the money and power. Moreover, in a situation where there is an international legal ban on direct interventions, the ulterior motive is to sow “controlled chaos” and rehash the world order with the help of terrorists.
And now, attention, my question to the White House: Was it really ISIS? Changed your mind yet?
