More on the "voice of god" weapon. There is no doubt, the technology is out there. Why isn't this talked about in mainstream media? The fact that it isn't proves mind control, or better known as social engineering.

Science fiction is behind the curve of what they are actually attempting right now. A few more years of censorship and editing of content through social media, and a few more years of total integration with technology, and humanity may no longer be recognizable.

The video below features a keynote by Dr. Robert Duncan regarding what can only be described as our coming hive mind control grid. He isn’t just talking about advances in transhumanism, the singularity, or artificial intelligence.
He’s talking about how to control the minds of everyone on the planet and evolving humanity in a technological sense… whether they like it or not.
Duncan professes with shame that he worked on “Voice of God” weapons for the US Department of Defense, weapons which can make people think they are hearing voices in their heads in an attempt to control them.
He says such weapons were tested back during Desert Storm and were quite effective at getting Iraqi soldiers to lay down arms without a shot fired.
And that’s just what they had 20+ years ago. Can you imagine what they’re working on today?
Duncan also touches on Project Blue Beam, remote neural monitoring, smart dust, and electronic telepathy technology which uses extremely low frequency waves.
Despite attempting multiple times to put a “positive spin” on this information as he nervously delivers it, what this man is saying really can’t be spun in a positive way, not with these kinds of technology in the hands of the military-industrial complex President Eisenhower once gravely warned us about.
Duncan notes scientists “are brainwashed into believing that everything we are doing is of benefit to mankind, but look who pays our bills? The military. It’s all for war, it’s all for control, for government control…”
If even 20% of what this guy has to say is true…

Yes it was used in Desert storm - I came into that information a while ago, but there was even hints of it in mainstream media - but they just kept referring the technology to "radio" - that they put the "voice of god" on radio frequencies. My immediate thinking then was - Iraqi's are not cave men - they know anyone can say anything on the radio - it wouldn't have any effect - but if that voice was in their own minds, that might give the result they said this technology gave. Now think of all the major headliners of crazy people going on killing rampages -- often "God" or "The Devil" told them to do it ... a la Aurora theatre killings.
I recall that during this presentation Duncan was interrupted by Harald Klaus Vela, who was in the audience.
Harald wanted to add that the chemtrail distribution of Black Goo had made it possible for the neural nano mechanisms (that Duncan was describing) to take over as communication networks within the human (and presumably other creatures') brains. Very chilling stuff.

It turns out that before the shootings, James Holmes was doing an internship at the Salk Institute working on a project that involved graphene and behavior modification changing human perception of time. He was studying neuroscience. So many coincidences.

When I recently found the work of Dr. Robert Duncan, I studied it with great interest, because I finally saw someone who could explain what I have been researching in the possibility of the nanotechnology to mind alter and control and even hijack the soul. I have seen things in people that I could not explain with my common medical experience, effects on their body and brain that mimic torture, like extreme stabbing pains, pulsatile tinnitus, chest pains, extreme neurologic dysfunction in previously highly functional individuals, rapid health decline, extreme fatigue in young people, the sense of doom and evil possession and more. Many people have such extreme symptoms but normal medical evaluations cannot quantitate what is happening. However autonomic nervous system testing and functional brain EEG’s show significant abnormalities. I was always explaining to people that this is a spiritual war in the first place and that the weapons used affect us in the spiritual sense.
It certainly seemed to me that the synthetic biology filament structures found in the blood have a contributing detrimental effect - not just on physical health but also emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

I read his book Project Soul Catcher Volume Two: Secrets of Cyber and Cybernetic Warfare Revealed. I believe every adult human on this planet needs to read this. It is beyond horrifying what our own CIA and other secret agencies have done to torture and terrorize innocent civilians. They truly are the agency of S.A.T.A.N - which happens to stand for their Silent Assassination Through Adapting Networks Artificial Intelligence weapon. ok i have not read the links but, As I said in my I dont want to learn anything anymore post, I doubt anything they so call "discover", is on the verge of discovery, but better explained as finally being admitted to or released. They know, and knew about it all along, imho.
