❕ Missile strike on Ukrainian territory on April 11: details from Military Chronicle
🔺 Tu-95MS missile carriers and Geran-2 barrage munitions hit multiple targets, including both military and infrastructure/energy facilities.
Which targets were hit?
▪️ Tripillya (Kiev Oblast). Trypilska TPP.
▪️ Kharkov, TPP-3.
▪️ Kharkov, Malyshev plant, shop No. 510 and building No. 400.
▪️ Chuguev (Kharkov region). Central depot of engineering ammunition in A-2467.
▪️ Kharkov, plant "Turboatom". Foundry and building of KHEMZ.
▪️ Stryi (Lvov region), gas gathering point No. 2.
▪️ Susk (Rivne region). 1448th Central Artillery Armament Base.
▪️ Chervonograd (Lvov region). 72nd separate mechanization battalion of the AFU.
▪️ Chervonograd (Lviv region), substation Chervonograd-2 110/35/6 kV.
▪️ Odessa, 330/110/10 kV Usatovo substation.
It is noteworthy that when striking power generation facilities, eyewitnesses recorded multiple arrivals, just as in the case of the recent Dnieper hydropower plant attack.
This indirectly suggests that the Russian Air Force has been tasked with completely destroying or critically damaging ALL major non-nuclear power generation facilities in Ukraine.
Given the fact that the strikes on the Ukrainian energy system are systemic in nature (and it is not the first time that some facilities, such as CHPP-3 and substations in Odessa, have been hit), the cumulative effect of a sharp shortage of electricity generation may manifest itself in the near future.
