Ernie: I don't think you understand the Congressional procedure. The objection to the electors has to first be voted on by all the Senators on their side, and then all House members on their side. It is only now still being debated in each chamber and no vote has been taken yet. As far as I can tell the whole of Congress is not prepared to go against the standing electoral college votes for Biden. And it looks like Pence is not going to be creative, as he could ask the state legislatures to decide and come back with their answers, and is just a swamp creature as we suspected.Quote:
