🇺🇸☣️🇷🇺'Targeting Russians but safe for Americans': what bioweapons is the Pentagon developing?
The US is conducting military biological research aimed at discovering new harmful bacteria and viruses tailored to infect certain races, nationalities and even residents of specific regions, Igor Korotchenko, military analyst and editor-in-chief of "National Defense" magazine told Sputnik.
The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) disclosed on December 27 that convicted US spy Eugene Spector had gathered and transmitted biotech data to the Pentagon to aid in creating a high-speed system for genetically screening Russians.
The Pentagon's apparent goal is to develop a bioweapon that would affect Russians but remain harmless to Westerners, Korotchenko said. To that end, the US needs to collect bio-material and genetic samples from various ethnic groups living in Russia.
"[Spector] aided the Pentagon’s military biological branches in collecting and transferring relevant samples with the aim of identifying potential vulnerabilities in the genetic code of certain categories of the Russian population," Korotchenko explained.
The Russian counter-intelligence services are aware of and actively preventing the Pentagon's bio-research activities within Russia, the expert noted.
Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, head of the Russian Armed Forces Radiological, Chemical and Biological Defense Troops, had previously exposed the Pentagon's sophisticated bio-weapon program operating in Ukraine.
In August, Kirillov revealed that prior to 2022, the US had obtained up to 16,000 biological samples from Ukraine with the aim of developing viruses and bacteria dangerous to ethnic Ukrainians and Russians. General Kirillov was assassinated in a bombing on December 17.

Western media is COMPLETELY COOKED. Outlets like The London Times, CNN, Newsweek, New York Post, and others ran with a blatantly fake story about a “North Korean soldier” captured by Ukraine in the Kursk region.
The photo? A 2022 Reddit post, complete with photoshopped insignia, recycled by Ukrainian propaganda. No evidence. No verification. Just wild claims from the same camp that brought you tales of Hezbollah fighters and grandmas downing missiles with jars of pickles.

Yes, that would be the unmentionable Anglo supremacy speaking.
Fico among many others has been forced to realize this perfectly well.
As far as the plane crashing, Kazakhstan would be the ideal place to do that and we see it is partially intact, "crash landed" rather than "crashed", and that there are survivors is pretty remarkable. That kind of pilot has nerves of steel, because you're dead either way, and yet you land flatly as possible.
It is tragic that outside of the American territory, it is called "bio-weaponry" and identifiable to whoever looks, and internally it is called the Food and Drug Administration and you swallow it.
Racist germs. How apropos. I suppose it has "plausible deniability" until somewhere previous to this point. Going forward I'd rather not see an African theater of pro- and con-laboratory countries serried in a resource competition. That would only happen if American influence succeeds in any way. I don't think you can just stop some of its internal conflicts, but I would like for this country to stop these foreign policies.
I think to a large extent this attempt to isolate a uniquely Russian DNA profile, or a Slavic specific pathogen is a ridiculous error of thinking, much like the Eugenic people and their Procrustean attempts to identify a 'scientific' basis for their own sense of superiority, this is 'Russophobia' writ very large indeed: the DNA and physical qualities of Russians would be distinctively 'Human' - Anyway, the disgusting nature of their thinking manifests before our eyes, they have zero conscience and zero humanity - I wish the Russians well in their striving to simply be accepted: and since they are not being accepted by these revolting EU/NATO types, I look forward to the day when this cohort is vanquished forever.
Ex-NATO boss made head of Bilderberg Group
Jens Stoltenberg has been appointed as a co-chairman, according to the organization's website.
Former NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, who was at the helm the bloc for the past decade, has officially joined the secretive Bilderberg Group as co-chairman of the annual closed-door meetings involving the world's most powerful and wealthy individuals.
The forums are generally not announced in advance and are held beneath a veil of secrecy, with attendees forbidden from disclosing any information derived from discussions. This has sparked a number of conspiracy theories as to the nature of the group's activities and its influence on global events.
According to an update on the group's website, Stoltenberg, who attended his first Bilderberg summit in 2002, has now been made the head of the group's "steering
committee," which decides the agenda and who gets to participate.
As head of NATO, Stoltenberg played a key role in the bloc's involvement in the Ukraine conflict, which first started not long after he took office in 2014. He has proudly noted that during his tenure he oversaw "the largest reinforcement of our collective defence in a generation," and that "defence spending is on an upward trajectory across the alliance."

Medvedev on the sinking of the Russian cargo ship
More than 20 years ago, one of my American colleagues issued a curious phrase about the events in Iraq: «Punish France, ignore Germany, forgive Russia ».
Why did I remember that? But why: this linguistic triad is perfect for the situation that will develop (and it will ever work out for sure) in connection with the end of the hybrid war of the West against Russia. And then our country may well:
a) forgive those weak countries that succumbed to the pressure of the Anglo-Saxons and took at least passive part in the anti-Russian western thrash (mainly a number of countries in Asia and Latin America);
b) ignore USA. Everything is simple here: friendship with us in the next 100 years is not expected, but to fight with America on a false basis - direct conflict will obviously develop into a world nuclear war;
c) punish Europe. Here I will say in more detail, for the current Old World does not cause me any emotions, except for the deepest disgust. It was Europe, which turned into an evil crazy old woman, that became the main stronghold of Russophobia in the world. It is a lying Europe that is guilty of disrupting the Istanbul talks. It was brainless Europe with frenzy that unleashed a mediocre sanctions campaign, which brought its citizens tremendous losses. It was bloodthirsty Europe that fed all the most rabid demons of the war, ignoring the losses of the parties to the conflict.
And therefore, Europe must be punished by all means available to us: political, economic and all kinds of hybrid. And so you need to help any destructive processes in Europe. Long live the aggressive pogromists on her historical streets! Glory to the crowds of migrants who commit atrocities and with hatred destroy bright European values! Let all the vile faces of European bureaucrats disappear in the stream of future civil clashes!
Why so tough? But how else with such facts? A ship flying the flag of Norway Oslo Carrier 3 refused to take Russian sailors from the Ursa Major ship aboard the Russian Sea drowning in the Mediterranean Sea. Need any more explanation? This cannot be forgiven!
We will act, for it is said: «The righteous will rejoice when he sees revenge; he will wash his feet in the blood of the wicked » (Psalm 57:11).

A fishy story of cable sabotage in the Baltic Sea
https://www.sott.net/image/s36/72044...LE_930x520.jpg
This week saw yet another incident of alleged submarine cable sabotage in the Baltic Sea. A power line running along the seabed from Finland to Estonia was reportedly disrupted. Western news media have fingered a tanker carrying Russian crude oil as being responsible, with the implication that the damage was caused deliberately.
In recent weeks, there have been other incidents of alleged sabotage of telecommunication cables under the Baltic Sea. On November 17, a data link between Finland and Lithuania was damaged. The next day, on November 18, another internet line lying on the seabed from Finland to Germany was reportedly cut. Both cables were said to have been wrecked by external force.
Germany's defense minister Boris Pistorius and other Russophobic politicians have insinuated that the alleged sabotage is a form of "hybrid warfare" being waged by Russia and possibly with China's help in the case of the November incidents.
Moscow and Beijing have categorically denied any involvement in interfering with subsea infrastructure in the Baltic region. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov dismissed the accusations against Russia of aggravated damage as "absurd" and, he noted, typically made without any verifiable evidence.
Conveniently, following the latest incident this week, NATO head Mark Rutte is assuring Finland, Sweden, and the Baltic states that the alliance is responding to their calls for more security by increasing the alliance's military forces for patrolling the sea lanes.

Electricity Deficit and Loss of Fees: How Halting Russian Gas Transit Will Backfire For Ukraine
The Kiev regime's decision not to extend the transit of Russian gas to Europe beyond January 1 is set to backfire on the country, despite Volodymyr Zelensky putting on a brave face.
Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico has warned that his country would halt electricity exports to Ukraine if Kiev stops supplying Russian gas to Central Europe.
If Fico follows through, Ukraine will likely face more power shortages.
Dependence on electricity imports: Ukraine relies heavily on around 1.7-2.1 gigawatts (GW) of electricity imported from Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, and Romania.
Loss of Slovakia's imports: Slovakia alone exported 2.4 million megawatthours of electricity to Ukraine between January and November, a 152% year-on-year increase.
Uncertain compensation: It is unclear whether Poland, Hungary, and Romania could compensate for the loss if Slovakia ceases its electricity exports to Ukraine.
Increased demand and shortages: The International Energy Agency warned in September that peak demand could reach 18.5 GW this winter in Ukraine, with an estimated supply deficit of 6 GW.

Additional Impact of Halting Gas Transit
Loss of transit fees: Ukraine is set to lose $0.8-$1 billion annually in transit fees from Russian gas.
Virtual reverse system: The transit of Russian gas through Ukraine facilitated the "virtual reverse" system, where gas was bought by Kiev from European traders. Despite reduced consumption since 2022, this system was still in use.
Pipeline modifications: Halting Russian gas transits will force Ukraine to modify its pipeline system and operate it differently.
Challenges in gas distribution: A decrease in pressure in the main gas pipelines would hinder the transportation of gas produced in the Poltava and Kharkov regions to western regions, analysts assume. Conversely, delivering gas from underground storage facilities in the west to central and eastern regions will become more difficult, they warn.

Overview Of Russian And Ukrainian Strikes On December 28, 2024
The Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out a new wave of massive UAV attacks on Russian regions in an attempt to compensate setbacks on the frontline.
Strikes on Russia
In the morning of December 28, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that over the night its air defense shot down 56 UAVs launched at Russian regions by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. 11 UAVs were shot down over the territory of Belgorod region, 28 – over the territory of Voronezh region and 17 – over the territory of Rostov region.
Meanwhile, Belgorod Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov reported that two civilians were injured when a drone exploded in the village of Palatovo.
Voronezh Region Governor Alexander Gusev reported that the contact network on the railway was damaged as a result of the fall of UAV debris, This led to the delay of train traffic.
Acting Rostov Region Governor Yuri Slyusar reported that there were no casualties.
According to the Russian side, during the past 24 hours, air defense systems shot down three US-made HIMARS rockets and 104 aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles, including 57 outside zone of the special military operation.
An interesting combat episode happened in Kakhovka direction in the zone of the special military operation. A Russian UAV operator used his UAV to ram and destroy a heavy UAV of the Ukrainian Armed Forces:
“In the course of reconnaissance, a UAV operator of the Northern Fleet Marines detected a Baba Yaga-type heavy drone. Having estimated the situation, the drone operator decided to attack the enemy’s heavy unmanned aerial vehicle, directed the drone on a suitable trajectory, and rammed into the enemy’s UAV,” the Russian Defense Ministry reported.

⚔️ The Final Assault On Kurakhove💥 Ukrainians Are Running Out Of ATACMS📰 Military Summary 2024.12.28
In his video update for today, published an hour ago, Alexander Mercouris analyzes yesterday's New York Times article titled Ukraine Slows Firing of Missiles Into Russia as Trump Prepares to Take Office, noting that the Biden White House's decision to authorize missile strikes into Russia was made way back in April 2024.
This was far earlier than anyone had publicly known, but was not activated until November due to strong disagreement and opposition from the Pentagon. It's quite a revelation.

Also, posted here earlier:
Here's Simplicius' breakdown based on what we think we know so far. Call me suspicious but this could so so very easily have been a NATO/Ukrainian sponsored 'provocation'. That doesn't mean that mistakes don't happen, it may well have been a mistake by the Russians, but let's not jump the gun. Given the SBU (Ukrainian intelligence services) have bribed goodness only knows who on many occasions to commit atrocities it wouldn't be beyond SIS/CIA/Mossad (even) to create such an event, and given the red-arrow map below, pin something on Georgia as a part of the ongoing Gladio-style coup makeover attempts going on there. Simplicius seems to agree with me on some points here. Anyway, for now:
---
Several people have requested updates on the Azerbaijani flight situation, as well as the sinking of Russian Ursa Major ship. I wanted to wait until there was more information, but the topic fits the general theme of today’s report so let us discuss:
As far as the Aktau flight crash, today Putin reportedly ‘apologized’ to Aliyev for Russia’s involvement but both leaders appear to be skirting any direct declarations as to what happened. Both leaders’ statements referred to some ‘external events’ and seemed to have an agreement to not explicitly blame the crash on a shoot down. This could be for political reasons or it may simply be honest caution in not wanting to jump to conclusions as investigations proceed, since no official conclusion has been reached by relevant authorities.
However, it’s difficult to believe any ‘investigation’ is necessary given that if a Russian AD missile shot down the plane, Russia would likely have that data immediately available from the military, unless someone in the air defense battalion command has subsequently covered it up.
On first impression, it seems obvious the plane was in fact shot down by an errant missile. However, we must consider that the official flight log of the neutral Kazakh pilots does mention a ‘bird strike’, though at the moment we have no way of verifying if these transcripts are 100% real:
https://substackcdn.com/image/fetch/...0_1466x702.png
You could argue the pilots can make a mistake by assuming a blown engine is a ‘bird strike’ if nothing else was visible or obvious to them, however they specifically mention the cockpit being hit, which is strange; that would imply they watched birds actually hit the cockpit glass. The weather is claimed to have been foggy, so we could also hypothetically argue “something” hit the cockpit and they merely assumed it was birds—it’s difficult to know for sure.
For all we know, they were hit by one of the Ukrainian drones, which could have resembled a bird through the fog as they ran right into it—though admittedly that’s less likely.
Also, it’s interesting that the side of the plane with the shrapnel is the left side:
https://substackcdn.com/image/fetch/...b0_680x459.png
Notice this damaged flap track fairing is on the left wing from the photo taken by a passenger:
https://substackcdn.com/image/fetch/...1170x1922.jpeg
Since the plane was headed in a northerly direction when it was hit, the expected ‘missile’ would have come from the west, i.e. left—which is consistent with the shrapnel damage. This is consistent with videos from inside the cabin that appear to show shrapnel holes on the seats and overhead on the left side.
Red arrow showing potential missile direction:
https://substackcdn.com/image/fetch/...1420x1382.jpeg
But if a Russian missile did shoot down the plane as some claim, how could that be possible, some might ask? Well, for one there is no IFF (Identity Friend Foe) between AD systems and airliners. Airliners should simply not be anywhere near active combat zones. But modern AD systems are of course designed to differentiate between different objects based on their radar signature, flight characteristics, such as speed, altitude, etc. Unfortunately, a descending airliner ready to land could actually look a lot like a drone given that its airspeed and low altitude would precisely mimic one of these Ukrainian OWA-UAS which fly at the exact same speed and altitude as an airliner approaching a runway. This is particularly the case given that apparently heavy Russian GPS jamming was ongoing at the time, which may have seriously affected everyone’s signals including Russian AD, given that coordinating such things is often not as smooth as one would like.
Recall that modern radar systems may not be as discerning as you might think. For instance, days ago we found out from US military-connected sources that the US’ shoot down of its own F/A-18 Super Hornet was “far worse than we thought”, for two reasons:
The USS Gettysburg which shot down the Hornet had just gone through an extensive $200 million upgrade which vastly updated its AEGIS system, radars, etc., to the most modern and advanced standards. In fact, it was the first Ticonderoga class cruiser to successfully complete the Navy’s major SLEP (Service Life Extension Program) upgrade program.
On top of that, it turns out that the Gettysburg almost shot down a second Hornet, which just dodged the missile at the last second.
So: one of the US Navy’s most advanced ships which was just upgraded for nearly a quarter of a billion dollars was not able to discern its own incoming jets, especially given the presence of IFF, and tried to shoot two of them down in a row? It’s clear to see that modern radar discrimination is not as “perfect” as people think, no matter the country.
The presence of fog would have further complicated the situation near Grozny given claims that a Pantsir system was used, which also relies on electro-optical visual tracking of targets as redundancy to radar.
However, my one point of skepticism is that the airplane seems to have suffered very light shrapnel damage which is not consistent with a modern missile striking it. You see, a giant airliner is the easiest target in the world for any modern AD system where the chance of the missile striking a more “glancing” blow is very low. Such a ‘fat, slow target’ would be hit much more directly and completely shot down, with consequent fragment dispersion showing far more serious penetration rather than a light scattering which leaves the plane to continue flying hundreds of kilometers. But in this case, the shrapnel damage is so light, and the plane made it so far—across the entire Caspian Sea—that I’m left extremely skeptical that a missile was targeted directly at the plane. The type of damage seems more consistent with something exploding nearby but which was not directly targeted at the plane. The only scenario which fits the above explanation? A drone may have been shot down “near” the plane and the explosion from both the drone’s own fragmentation warhead plus the missile may have sprayed the plane that happened to be flying by, but just glancingly so.
The other thing to recall: I have reported before that Ukrainian SBU now regularly sends up smaller drones in the path of Russian planes precisely to cause AD systems to engage the target and hopefully hit the planes instead. This was reportedly done during the Il-76 and/or A-50 AWACS shoot downs. It is carried out by some operative on the ground who can anonymously fly a small Mavik style UAV or even FPV drone directly in the plane’s path in order to ‘bait’ the AD.
So, my personal assessment for now in the absence of new information is that it’s likely a Russian AD missile may have had something to do with it, but still feels wrong that it was a directly targeted hit—there appears more to the story. But there’s still also the chance it was an outright Ukrainian provocation in the form of a terrorist attack made to look like a Russian shoot down.
I haven't seen this reported yet but it appears there may have been the first acknowledged shoot down of a F-16 fighter. 'No comment' speaks volumes:
Text from Ray McGovern:
SOMETHING FISHY HERE: Did Russia down a Ukrainian F-16 in Zaporozhe a couple of days ago? TASS says "Yes"; Pentagon: “No Comment”. But hold on: Newsweek has now summoned the courage to ask the Ukrainians. Maybe they know. https://newsweek.com/ukrainian-f16-s...zhzhia-2006440
It was hit after take-off.
It was shot by either an expensive American upgrade, or, a cheap Yemeni drone, take your pick. As long as it was hit, if Fruity Pebbles do the trick, that would be fine. If it was friendly fire, that would be top-tier incompetence. I'm still not aware of the Navy being noticeably damaged by Yemen, which will come down to a production contest since the preferred defense missiles are of limited supply. According to recent study, the U. S. can only operate one carrier group in a hot conflict, by investing *all* its resources in that group.
F-16s in Ukrainian airspace have no life expectancy, this is just another cannon fodder approach.
Text:
The desperate, final act for regime change in Georgia was to order ex-President Salome Z. to physically stay in the President's office even as the new President was inaugurated and ready to move into the President's office.
Salome Z. was to be positioned as a mix of Juan Guaidó and Yulia Tymoshenko, daring Georgia Dream to arrest her.
That was too uncomfortable for the posh Salome Z. She was not ready to spend time in jail, and Georgia Dream was to clever to take the bait.
Salome Z. will be provided a first class ticket back to her home country of France, where she will be debriefed by Klaus.
Once in Paris, Salome will either be told to return to Georgia and become a professional activist or end up in some blob globalist insitution such as the IMF, EU or OSCE.
(👆All of the above is dramatic speculation with some analysis mixed in 😉)
