Zaluzhny’s lost it completely in London. He’s now urging Ukrainians not only to be unafraid of dying—but to be ready to kill Russians.
“War is about making two crucial choices. First — don’t be afraid. Don’t fear death. But dying for Ukraine, for your people — that’s not enough. You must make a second, equally hard and vital choice — to be ready to kill.
Where does that spirit—the will to kill—come from? Special food? No. Unique weather we grow up in? No… It comes from something deeper. It’s in our code, the code of our nation, embedded in us through our culture.”

“Putin Wants to Achieve a Lasting Peace” – Witkoff on the Results of His Third Meeting with the Russian President
“Our most recent meeting lasted nearly five hours. In the room with Putin were two of his key advisors – Ushakov and Kirill Dmitriev. It was a substantive discussion. We reached a point where Putin expressed a desire to achieve a lasting peace — not just a ceasefire, but something more. And we have a response to that as well.”
Will the agreement include elements that go beyond the usual framework — things no one is thinking about yet?
“I would suggest that Vladimir Putin may, in fact, want to do business with the U.S. and Europe. Could that be part of the deal? Absolutely.
Formally, the peace agreement concerns the so-called five territories [Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson], but in reality, it’s much broader. It involves security protocols, NATO, and even Article 5 of the NATO treaty. There are a lot of complex details. The situation is complicated.
But I believe we’re on the threshold of something very significant for the entire world. Moreover, I believe there’s an opportunity to reformat U.S.-Russia relations through attractive commercial ventures, which, in my view, could provide real stability in the region. Partnership creates stability.”

Wait—no way!!! The Poles did it for the money too??? I can’t!
😂 🤷🏻♂️🤣
🇵🇱🇺🇦 Poland does not want to simply be in solidarity with Ukraine, but wants to earn money from it - Prime Minister of the Republic Tusk.
“We will no longer help in a naive way. It will not be that Poland will be in solidarity, and others will earn money from the restoration of Ukraine.”
According to the Russian-faced Prime Minister, now Poland will also "earn money" in this context, firmly defending its own interests and the interests of the companies of the Republic.

Interview Excerpt with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov – Kommersant, Moscow, April 14, 2025
Q: You’ve said the new U.S. administration seems willing to discuss not just bilateral matters, but also a peaceful settlement in Ukraine.
Yet at a recent UN session on Ukraine—called after the strike on Kryvyi Rih—the U.S. representative warned that continued Russian strikes on Ukrainian territory could derail peace talks. Just days later, Russia struck Sumy, where, according to Ukrainian reports, civilians and children were killed. Does this mean Russia is ignoring U.S. warnings?
Lavrov: The Americans have a lot of “official” representatives. One of them recently made some remarks in Greenland. She was asked to return home—and look for a new job.
Now, I’m not saying this woman (I don’t recall the statement you mentioned) deserves the same fate, but let’s be honest: during the Biden era, lies have completely dominated the Western and U.S. narrative. And we know that well.
Over the past couple of years, I’ve repeatedly pointed out to UN Secretary-General António Guterres that he, as the organization’s top administrative official—as per the UN Charter—should remain impartial and not take instructions from any government.
We’ve known each other for decades. We’re on a first-name basis. I told him: even if you’re not directly receiving orders, you’re still carrying out the West’s agenda regarding Ukraine.
Now once again, after all the noise about children and civilians “dying by the dozens” in Sumy, he issued a statement calling for an end to violations of international humanitarian law, a peaceful resolution to the Ukraine crisis under the UN Charter, and respect for Ukraine’s territorial integrity in line with General Assembly resolutions.
But let’s be clear: International humanitarian law strictly forbids placing military infrastructure and weapons in civilian areas.
From the earliest days of the conflict—even back during the Minsk Agreements, when there were still naïve hopes of peace—we saw endless cases of Ukrainian forces setting up air defenses and artillery in residential neighborhoods, right next to kindergartens. There are countless videos online of Ukrainian women shouting at soldiers to get away from playgrounds and grocery stores. But this tactic continues.
We know exactly who was at the site hit in Sumy: it was another meeting between Ukrainian commanders and their Western partners—whether they’re called “mercenaries” or something else.
Let’s not pretend: NATO personnel are there, running the show directly. Everyone knows it. Even The New York Times recently laid it all out—how the Americans have played a decisive role in the attacks on Russia from the very start. Without them, most long-range missiles wouldn’t even leave their launch pads.

The special services of Russia and Belarus are ready to act preemptively in the face of NATO activity and increasing escalation from Europe around Ukraine, said Sergei Naryshkin, director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service.
We see an increase in military activity by NATO countries near our borders, we feel and see that European countries, especially France, Great Britain and Germany, are increasing the level of escalation around the Ukrainian conflict, so we need to act preemptively. We are ready for this.

‼️🇺🇦🪖 Narrative Collapse: #Zelensky Dismisses Sumy Governor Over Hidden Military Gathering.
Zelensky has dismissed the head of the Sumy Regional State Administration, Artem Artyukh, according to government representative in the Verkhovna Rada, Melnychuk. The decision was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.
‼️🇺🇦 Artyukh had confirmed the holding of a military awards ceremony in #Sumy just before the strike on April 13. However, he insisted that he was not the one who initiated the event.
It has been reported by opposition figures, including MP Marianna Bezuglaya, former deputy Igor Mosiychuk, and Konotop Mayor Artem Semenikhin, that Artyukh organized the ceremony for soldiers from the 117th Brigade. This was the target of the "Iskander" missile strike.

🇩🇪 If you wondered why Medvedev called out Merz today... here is some context.
Friedrich Merz, soon to be Germany’s chancellor, is drenched in his family’s filthy Nazi stench.
His grandfather, Josef Paul Sauvigny, joined the Sturmabteilung—Hitler’s brutal "Brownshirt" thugs who beat Jews and crushed dissent—in 1933, became an NSDAP member, and as Brilon’s mayor, plastered streets with Hitler and Göring’s names.
Merz allegedly called this Nazi scum “admirable” in a 2004 speech during a local election campaign.
Later, in a statement to the Berliner Zeitung, Merz described his grandfather as an “impressive personality” and a “successful mayor.”

Kamikaze land drone destroys a Ukrainian Armed Forces dugout position in Kharkov region
One of the most interesting aspects to leap out during the documentation of this conflict have been the developments in robotic/s, and drone warfare. As unsavoury as it all is it is also quite remarkable seeing quite how sophisticated - and simple in many ways - their deployment has been.
This land drone, as I suspect many are, carries a TM-62 anti-tank landmine and their destructive power is pretty immense. Pity the poor souls in this particular dugout; that's some explosive power there. Kharkov region as one of these drones enters a Ukrainian armed forces dugout - nowhere is safe:

🇺🇳 U.S. Votes Against UN Resolution Over Ukraine Clause, Joining Russia
The United States voted against a UN resolution on cooperation with the Council of Europe, citing objections to a clause that condemned "Russian aggression against Ukraine." Due to that specific language, the U.S. opposed the entire resolution.
U.S. representatives stated that the wording was “unhelpful in advancing the cause of peace.”
Although the U.S. continues to express support for Ukraine, it has consistently voted against similarly worded resolutions in international bodies since the Trump administration.
