Weird music videos with symbology
Title says it all. Post all of those weird music videos you know. I'd say a lot of these were made in the 80's and 90's but now it's just all over the place. They don't even care any more.
I just love these videos. I was like 8 years old when I saw these.

Those masks.. This song is one of my all time favorites and you can see at least 2 gas masks on this video. I never even realized those until just recently.
Roland Orzabal is going upstairs on this video and 2 people are wearing gas masks, one adult and one seems like he/she is younger person:

I know there's a lot of symbolism in hip hop/rap but honestly I don't believe there's any sort of conspiracy going on. I think it's more likely that these folks gained unbelievable wealth/power through their music and it's fun to flirt with the idea of having hidden knowledge. Katy Perry is snapping a photo of her avocado sandwich for Instagram and Jay-Z is looking for a shiny new watch. They aren't rubbing elbows with real power, they're making incredible music because that's what they're good at.
I am of the opinion that none of us will ever likely utter the names of those who pull the strings. Bahh I just went off topic didn't I? My bad.
Anyway, lots of hip hop songs have symbolism in them. I can't think of any off hand but when I do I'll post them here. I'm an avid fan. Jay-Z is a good starting point. 2pac mentions the Illuminati in Hail Mary.
Immortal Technique is the polar opposite. I met him once, he's a good guy.

I used to do movements like this when a student of theater, it was always "Dead can dance" playing very loud in the background ahahaa
In our case it wasn't always a synchronized movements, most part of the time it was free style and we did that in order to warm up for the play and also to "break the ice".

I love Faith No More. This video has some hidden eye symbols but then again, that might be because of the lyrics.
Another one of my favorites, Soundgargen. This video is so weird. Distorted faces, human reptilians(?), dog licking a crazy looking woman, barbie dolls being
barbequed and seems like some cult activity as well.
Another great song from the late 80's I love. This one has a lot of that 80's symbolism they used to put on music videos.
I'll put this one here only because it's strangely funny and creative. Not a big White Stripes fan.

Garbage did couple of interesting music videos in the 90's. One of them was like it was directed by David Lynch. Push it.

And it turns out to come from thousands of years of knowledge, not something people would know to do out of nowhere, but this knowledge about how to make your body so perfect, flexible and strong, came from way way back, before there was current science, medicine and any understanding as we have now :)

Is it all 'bad'? Don't know.
Some argue (also with other videos of this kind already posted) they (the artists or video makers) actually protrait the human positive energy kind of resisting or turning around the oppressive master matrix system surrounding them. I have a feeling about this with Men Without Hats whom I rediscovered lately (I miss the 80ies musically). But hey, all is interpretation of course. "I like" the video and song anyway.
Also again with this one. Some of the "Me To" movement might complain about the women on leashes also. Then other say it is SM stuff and ok if it depends on mutual consent. Today with these videos we only would have men on leashes of course. ;-)
Then there's the Egyptian symbology and all that. Yet, I cannot help but it is somehow still 'positive' or funny (even if not intended) and not like today's dark versions of these symbols in pop music videos.

A lot of Ultravox videos have interesting symbology, with secret societies, the little man against the etablissement and mysterious environments. I have been a fan of Ultravox since the early 80´s and in a way, their music got me interested in these themes we study here in the first place.
I do not know if the members themselves were in to any of this or if it just was popular themes but the videos are interesting nonetheless. Also the lyrics often have a lot of these themes.
I am a member of Midge Ure´s (the second singer of Ultravox) so called "Backstage Lockdown club" with live streaming performances where members can ask questions and I will ask some questions about these themes, videos and their background at the upcoming events.

And of course, you can´t ignore the last videos from David Bowie... Black star and Lazarus.
I have also been a Bowie fan since the early 80´s but I actually not been able to see these videos more than once. Very disturbing. I have made an analysis of Black star according to Bowies interest for Aleister Crowley but have actually deleted it. I have studied a lot of Bowies esoteric/occult interests but it just got too much for me.
In Lazarus, Bowie descends from a wardrobe in dark blue clothes with white stripes. I have studied the Illuminati symbolism of music videos a LOT a while ago and there are so much blatant symbolism I just gasp... One of the "worst" are Beyoncé with a lot of strange and subtle symbolism. One of these videos are "Sweet dreams" about demonic possession

When I was a kid, not every tape had lyrics printed. We didn't spend much money on music and listened to the radio a lot, we even had memorex tapes of the radio. Plus mum's recycled tapes she wore out. Everyone knows sometimes the words don't quite sound like the original lyrics. I remembered these few word changes as a kid in gradeschool in the 8o's. You might think it's a stretch, but there was a lot of fear in the 197o's about planes being hi-jacked.
