ETs pushing the governments for disclosure, with ultimatum?

The German bio-physicist & author Dieter Broers (a friend of Frank Jacob's whom many of you know) made a video on November 3 where he talks about a recent online conversation with JJ & Desiree Hurtak. In this video he seems very excited and within the first 5 minutes reveals why:

The Hurtaks revealed to him the following:

• governments will lose their power in the near future
• governments are currently under an ultimatum by the ETs to disclose ETs' presence to the people
• if governments fail to do proper disclosure, ETs will disclose themselves
• ETs want to help us spiritually, to navigate upcoming planetary changes
• actual government people have asked JJ Hurtak to spread this information, Hurtak proved this to Dieter Broers by holding up official documents.

In this video, Dieter Broers is under the impression that this conversation will soon be made public. The Hurtaks recorded the conversation and wanted him to release it to his German audience at a certain date.
The conversation has now been released in two parts, BUT unfortunately the above info has been edited out by the Hurtaks. It's now only about information that is already known to the UAP community, so it was a big "nothing burger" to those that wanted to learn more about the above mentioned information 😄

I suspect the Hurtaks didn't get clearance by whatever government people they are in contact with...🤔 The same info was supposed to be released in other languages as well, but so far I'm not seeing anything Hurtak-related except Dieter Broers' videos.

He then goes on to speak about the obvious questions this raises, the concerns about Project Bluebeam, and about whether this is coming from truly benevolent ETs or not.

It's very unfortunate that the conversation with all this info has not been released to the public. We don't know who made this decision, the Hurtaks or the gov officials they are in contact with?


I'm very interested in your thoughts on this... Dieter Broers is 100% credible to me, the only thing I'm not sure about is whether the Hurtaks could have been misled about this. I have tried to find out more about them and watched some videos online. I'm not entirely sure whether they know about the deep state and the extent of deception...
It seems unrealistic that the public could be informed about ETs worldwide on the same day - nobody even believes the mainstream media anymore. Plus, I don't think the deep state likes being pushed for disclosure, they wouldn't comply just like that.

In any case, this information is right in line with Clif High's predictions. It should get very interesting in the near future...

The ultimatum is not to the people but to the governments, as I have laid out above. "The enemy of my enemy is my friend", so personally, I'm totally cool with the governments being put under pressure 😎

I don't think this is coming from the dark manipulative ETs though... My intuition and certain clues in my reality are telling me this is coming from a more friendly force. But we'll see. It's good to stay vigilant of course.

I AM RH NEG BLOOD . I have had my share of unusual sightings, events etc. but nothing of an alarming nature. Well thats according to me.

I always reflect back to the 1950ies letter by Gerald Light to Mede Lane of what he witnessed at Muroc, which is today Andrews air force base, best to my knowledge

Wow, thank you for sharing this PainterDoug! I'm rather new to this subject and hadn't heard of this letter or investigated the Muroc incident yet.
I'll also check out that book because I want to learn more about what is known about what kind of species have been in contact with us.

I've been gathering more information based on Dieter Broers' recent videos and his conversation with the Hurtaks. In the first part of their conversation the Hurtaks mention a book and documentary they have contributed on: "The Extraterrestrial Species Almanac" by Craig Campobasso. I'm currently looking through this book and in the section about "Altarians", a humanoid species, it says:

"In the fifties, Altarians reached out to US government officials and asked them to disclose their existence and of life in the universe. The government declined."

This book doesn't really give any sources and I don't know how reliable the information is, but this particular detail fits the greater picture and I'm pretty sure it's true.

In the same video, Dieter Broers also relays a story of his life that he hasn't told publicly before (at 23:52 min, it's translated to English in the video):

In 1991 he was in Russia together with some other scientists, at the Russian space center and in the end they had a banquet where he overheard a conversation between some high ranking military officials (everyone had been drinking too much Vodka and tongues were loosened up). They talked about a "Project Mr. X", which was about ETs who had contacted the Russian authorities, told them to be careful with nuclear technologies, and they offered some of their own advanced technology so the nuclear tech wouldn't be necessary. Dieter Broers' traveling companion and mentor Professor Hecht had even been allowed to examine this ET.

Yes... one can only believe that if one isn't aware that this whole slave matrix system is the way it is not because of ignorance but because of deliberate intent. The benevolent ETs must have figured this out by now as well.
When they contacted the Earth governments in the 50s they must have still been under the impression that they were talking to sane people, not to the slave owner puppet masters (or puppets).

(If I have time I'll add some more info to this thread later, some more clues that Dieter Broers dropped in his other videos about the parts of the conversation that were edited out.)

I just found another clue that fits well with this thread:

On December 7th, journalist Ross Coulthart made a pretty bold prediction:

Perhaps they will save us from ourselves. Govts have not done such a great job in
keeping us safe in thousands of years of our squabbling.

We need an alternative to Govts and they, the so-called Aliens I believe are far more
intelligent and experienced in countless ways than we are.

We could learn a lot from them if we are peaceful and wary at the same time.

I think the opposite.....

"I had also been praying, in my fashion, to whatever good and loving and true higher forces may be out there, asking for two things: that they guide me to know and follow the power of goodness; and that they communicate with me in an overt manner, without any subtlety or ambiguity.

I prayed for help, for information that would be clear enough for a child to understand, as I realized my level of understanding and perception were about that rudimentary in dealing with the aliens. I wanted a communication that couldn't be dismissed, variously interpreted, or ambiguous as to its nature.

On May 10, 1993, I may have gotten a partial answer to that prayer, although great caution is called for in assessing any contacts before accepting them at face value.
This particular contact conformed exactly to other abductees' descriptions of the VRS dream and was the first of its kind I had experienced to such a degree.

I was in the middle of a normal dream when suddenly I was somehow removed from that dream and found myself sitting in a chair, in a darkened area, accompanied by entities I wasn't allowed to see.

They spoke to me, clearly and frequently, throughout the event. I was facing a small stage area, which I now feel was more holographic than solidly three-dimensional even though at the time it looked quite realistic. My "hosts" told me I was to watch a scenario played out on the stage.

It began with a scene from Genesis, in which Esau returned home feeling so hungry he feared he would die. His younger brother Jacob was sitting there eating a bowl of pottage, and Esau begged him to share it. Jacob said he would give Esau the food, but only in exchange for Esau's birthright as the oldest son of Isaac.

I heard Esau say, It won't do me any good to have the birthright if I die of starvation, so I'll agree to trade it for the food.

Then the scenario on stage changed to another part of the brothers' story.

In this second scene, Isaac was very old and blind and knew that he was close to death. He called for Esau to be brought to him to receive the laying-on of hands that would confer the inheritance. Jacob wrapped an animal skin around his arm and presented it for his father's touch.
Isaac felt the fur and believed it was the arm of his very hairy eldest son.

So in his ignorance of this deception he conferred the blessing and gave Jacob that which rightfully belonged to Esau.

The play ended, and then it started right up again, playing out several more times as my hosts discussed its meaning with me. At various points they would stop the action, much as we pause a video tape, and would point out some specific detail and tell me what it meant, what it symbolized, and what the message was trying to convey.

They told me not to focus on the biblical aspect of the play, that their message had nothing to do with any actual Jacob and Esau, but that the story was designed to illustrate important information about what the aliens are doing to humans, both in the past and in the present. The hosts went through the play with me several times, pointing out details and saying things like, Okay? Let's try it again. Now watch closely. And the play would proceed.

After several repetitions, I suddenly "woke up" in my bed, amazed by what I'd just seen. I got out of bed for a while, trying to discern the nature of the event, whether dream-like or externally generated, and I also pondered on the meaning of the scenario.

When I lay back down, as soon as I touched the pillow I was suddenly back in the chair, facing the stage, and my hosts said we would now resume. Once again the play began running, as did the explication offered by my abductors. And when they apparently were satisfied, the action ceased and the abductors gave me a clearly delineated summary of the things I was meant to perceive.

Esau, the older and hairier brother, they explained, represents the original human species on this planet. Jacob represents the altered product of alien genetic manipulations of that older species. The aliens produced this new variant and then used it to replace the original form.

In our current situation, the aliens are once again doing genetic alterations of our species and are once again trying to produce a variant which will be more useful for their purposes and which will supplant us. And again it will be attempted through deception, as Jacob deceived Isaac.

This deception, I was told, is being carried out by the aliens through exploitation and manipulation of global events, including weather phenomenon, to make us believe that the planet is in imminent danger of cataclysm and destruction.
This is why they impress the idea of coming destruction upon so many abductees, telling then they will have tasks to perform at that time. JJ Hurtak is very confident that some of them want to help us spiritually. That's what was not edited out of the Broers-Hurtak conversation. He calls them the "Brotherhood of Light" and apparently those are the ones that "ascended" (abducted) him in 1973 and gave him all the information that is published in his "Keys of Enoch" book.

I'm not sure whether the Hurtaks are aware and cautious about possible deception or distortion in the arena of supposed light beings, I don't know their material well enough. But what they are saying in this case I know to be true: that we do need a raise in consciousness in order to be able to transcend the upcoming cataclysmic events. Many are calling it "ascension", but I would rather call it a shutting down of the false matrix and reclaiming our natural human state (the thing about DNA-activation), which is naturally a state of higher consciousness.

If some of the ETs who also have a higher state of consciousness would like to help us with that, that would be great. Clif High suggested, for example, that they could introduce a second moon (or something) to offset the frequency distortions coming from our moon. Or they could help remove other factors of distortion and deception, like deep state government, ignorance about our true nature and the nature of reality by 'forcing' disclosure...etc. Or another great idea from Clif High: they could introduce Zero Point Energy in various spots on the planet.

Yes, this kind of deception is exactly what Dieter Broers also mentioned in his first video, and in subsequent ones! He tells us to be very cautious about whatever propositions are going to be laid out for us, and to listen to our inner guidance about whether we want to cooperate or not.

However, I watched some past videos with the Hurtaks and I'm not sure whether THEY understand about the deception when it comes to destructive weather events or "man-made climate change".

Cataclysmic events: I feel there will be one: the micronova from our sun. But it will only be "cataclysmic" to the false matrix, not to the Earth, not to humanity. It's going to be the end of this realm of deception. I'm really looking forward to it, I believe this is what we're all here for, and we're called to prepare for it by re-connecting with our true selves, for example by strengthening our heart-center. If the ETs want to help us do that and step into our power and sovereignty, then we know they are the good ones.

I know of one incident concerning a certain planned, quite catastrophic weather event where I know it was PREVENTED by very powerful, probably NHI forces. But I don't have time now to write it down, I'll do that later 🙂

140 Drones over RAF Cranwell - 2024-12-12

A massive drone swarm is set to take flight over RAF Cranwell in Lincolnshire today.

Aviation authorities have issued a Notice to Aviation (NOTAM) to alert pilots and airspace users about the operation, which will run from midday to 11 PM.

The warning, referenced as H7906/24, outlines that 140 drones will be flying within a tight 0.2 nautical mile radius near RAF Cranwell. The drones will operate at a maximum height140 of 400 feet above ground, with the overall airspace limit reaching 700 feet above sea level.

It’s a big deal—this is one of the largest swarm operations we’ve seen in the UK.

The exact purpose of the exercise remains under wraps, but it’s clear this is part of cutting-edge testing

I don't get it. If they're so powerful that they can control the weather, earthquakes, solar flares etc., which have already killed and maimed thousands of people worldwide, why would they need our compliance/permission in any shape or form?

Do you mean theoretical new aliens arriving to the planet wanting to conquer us? Or do you mean the ones who've been controlling this planet for millenia?
I don't see any new aliens coming here wanting to conquer. However, I've heard someone say recently that there are advanced, high consciousness races who don't permit random planets to be conquered by dark forces. That's why dark forces need to do it via manipulation. Seems plausible to me.

If we get "aliens" self-disclosing now and offering us questionable deals, I'm certain it will be our familiar overlords trying to push through their agenda. I don't feel like their masters, the top of the pyramid, are still there. It's only the lower echelons trying to keep to their agenda.

They seem to have this thing where they always need our compliance. I've heard the theory that they fear karmic retribution. Or maybe it's also that it's against "galactic law". Or it's just that they NEED us intact, and until we're hooked up to the global AI-cloud-hive-mind, they need our compliance.

But if the good old lizard overlords are trying to do Bluebeam style deception, it's not going to work. They have 'Divine energies' breathing down their necks - in form of the increased cosmic radiation and radiation from the Sun, but I feel also in form of high consciousness NHI (the ones who would have set the ultimatum) - high consciousness always means benevolent because they are aware that we are all one Life.

The increased radiation has a direct expanding effect on our consciousness. Dieter Broers has done extensive scientific research on this and talks about it in many of his videos. In one of the recent ones he showed FOIA-declassified research by Michael Persinger who was monitored by the CIA. His research confirms exactly that.

Bluebeam could only work with a mass casualty event, say at a hospital that includes"Dead Aliens" ( read: experimental humanoid creations of our own doing).
If they gave the impression it was too big to cover up and enough medical staff at the scene were convinced they were seeing non human remains they could allow the "leak" to spread and then appear to come clean.
Either way the people will want/need to see an "Alien" as proof to hammer the idea home.

I can but well imagine that some of those considered "in the know" will keep mocking and laughing the topic off till the very end of human civilisation and will do everything in their means to convince people about being "good monkey" who can be trained to perform and charmed by magical tricks including advanced visual and neurolinguistic programming .

For why would the people currently and carefully balancing themselves atop the human game be interested in anything else than. Being carried on top of other peoples heads fell always good to sadists and other kinds of psychopaths ,

forgiving the fact that all humans deserve to know, to be free, to find and refine their definitions instead just having their definitions scripted by modern books,
or scripture of other time interpreted by someone put to their place to read it.

Realising they can not be eventually treated much better than "Mexican migrants" ( but fill any other "pasta" of ethnicity to the dots and country name ) under our current law systems, military junta rules, poverty and frustration of multitudes and fear ( boiling to anger) of the "Universe" ,
add the brain hurting need to think in very complicated terms and sequences and translate them - rather explain them to our residually regressed , retrograde and traumatized brain who is a Child ,

I vaguely recall hearing that ETs shut down some power plant years ago. Govts should pay attention
to that kind of thing. It's really serious as any "logical--thinking" person can see.

We all have a rightful say in what should be done. We need clarity in our Govt.

East Sun , our energy grid , including power plants is extremely feeble and vulnerable in front of hyperspace traversing vehicles.
We may (not so simply) not be on sufficient level of organisation of means and vaguely called evolution in order "to receive".

So everything above is also possible. Governments of the world declined offers for communication.

There isn't "one world government" or consensus on the whole matter but there is multiple sides of opinion and ways of agreement or disagreement with "the matter"

hence, any world government in question who are currently facing lots of opposition in their own territory not to speak of rival governments won't seek more discord.

If no solid agreement with any ET race or fleet was reached by any world government of modern times for example,
expecting them to come out with genuine, accurate statement is futile .

There is no human being in power who could call them down "on button" ( even while some are trying ) and make them show up , land on green lawn , say namaste 🙏
