Thanks Romanwkt, I have just read the pdf and then remembered the Sedona Method. Didn't realise Levenson was an early progenitor of this. It is an important message and works.

Here is a short Sedona release methodology I found in Google, don't get to bogged down if it starts to confuse you, just read it first, let it assimilate in your mind, then read it again slowly so that you get the picture of what it really entails to release, and that's it, you have the rest of your life to do this, there is no rush, never rush releasing.
If the TPTB are screwing us, we can have it all to survive, just by sitting and allowing all that you want to come to you, you will know when to stand up and collect.

Thanks Romanwkt for your post of Lester Levenson. He was a delightful human being and I'm amazed that, until today,I had never heard his name. He resonates as such a warm and loving spirit.
Most of my life, I've been aware of his message and have even followed the Release Technique for short periods, but it only takes some small insignificant event for me to drop back down to fear and resentment. In many, many ways, I've had a wonderful life, but I still have rough edges that require work. This was a excellent reminder of more work needed. Again, thank you.

I had a hard time myself with the "I forgive you" part of Ho'oponopono because if one does not judge then there is nothing to forgive... However for those that live from a judgmental place than forgiveness is a great first step.

Roman, there is a seemingly vile character named Larry Crane who claims to have know Lester, but his voice, tone, and attitude are a real turn off. I liked the Sedona method much better. Good to see this thread and the reminder to revisit my Sedona CDs.
Hi Conk, I will not have anything to to with the release technique, he is rude and a fake, Lester gave all for nothing, never charged, this guy turned it into a scam, and is ripping people off. I have nothing at all to do with this scam. I know nothing of Sedona, that's after my time, larry crane was Lester closes friend and when Lester died he took all the right, Lester would not like it if he saw how hes ripping all the people off.

Lesters spontaneously found method did indeed strike to me as well very similar in essence with Dr. Hew Lens teachings, which from my point of view was an assurance for them both.

Absolutely right UT that exactly what I thought when I first heard of Ho,oponopono, which was many years after Lester for me, and I had incorporated both of them for years, If I get wound up, or stressed out I allow all the feelings to emotion to rise, and then allow them to flow out half way between my stomach and my heart chakra, and as it flows out, I say in my mind "please forgive, I am so sorry, I love you very much, thank you" and I keep doing this until I feel all this negativity has gone, and feel more balanced.Quote:

i've read about methods like this one on several occasions since i study "new age" related topics but never took it really seriously. the secret seems to be to release all "negative" energy that has built up whenever you did anything that increases your separation, that pushes you away from the whole of your being (the whole of creation, if you will). it dampens the connection between the physical body and the soul. the more that happens the more one's health and also one's personality can suffer. when the negative energy gets released via these methods the soul connection gets reestablished, the body heals and the person becomes filled with pure soul energy (love). that's when the "magic" happens. pretty cool but so few people manage to reach this point. let us know if it worked for you, roman!
There are many methods popping up that release negative emotional energy packets from the body. I just finished The Emotion Code, whereby emotions are ID'd using muscle testing/checking. Once the emotion is ID'd a magnet is run up and down the spine, eliminating that energy packet from the physical body. Many others, but Lester's method may be the most approachable and easiest to effect.
Lester has a cool little book on Love. Quite a good read. Some truly profound thinking from him.
I know someone who uses the emotional code. She said she found some emotions were she had to run the magnet 1000s of times (sounds exhausting).
I once used Lesters method for about 10 days the change was unbelievable (and the bliss) but it took a lot of willpower to go into traumatic experiences (I still use his method amongst others).
Better to work on little things till you feel you are ready for the bigger challenges.
