First, no, I wouldn't be into someone taking photos of my dying loved one BUT if one of my loved ones was dying of something that I *believed* was of worldwide significance and a photo could help save peoples' lives, darn tootin I'd let a photo be taken. I would WANT other people to know. As many people who have phones/cameras now, too, I would guess we would be overwhelmed with photo records of what was happening. Two, you are referencing the BBC. Knowing the history of these faked pandemics and the history of the BBC should inspire caution when using them as sources. That AIDS has nothing to do with male homosexual practices? I don't think so. I met one of the first cases of AIDS in the US in 1980 or thereabouts. He was a good looking gay man in his late thirties or maybe early forties who was a scientist and a tropical grass specialist with the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, DC. He had recently gained fame for his discovery of the life cycle of bamboo, which was a mystery to most of the world. He had recently come back from working in Africa and he was dying and he did not know why. He was never diagnosed. He died without knowing what was killing him.

National Security Study Memorandum 200: Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests (NSSM200) was completed on December 10, 1974 by the United States National Security Council under the direction of Henry Kissinger.
It was adopted as official U.S. policy by President Gerald Ford in November 1975. It was originally classified, but was later declassified and obtained by researchers in the early 1990s.
Findings
The basic thesis of the memorandum was that population growth in the least developed countries (LDCs) is a concern to U.S. national security, because it would tend to risk civil unrest and political instability in countries that had a high potential for economic development. The policy gives "paramount importance" to population control measures and the promotion of contraception among 13 populous countries. This is to control rapid population growth which the US deems inimical to the socio-political and economic growth of these countries and to the national interests of the United States, since the "U.S. economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad", and these countries can produce destabilizing opposition forces against the United States.
It recommends that US leadership "influence national leaders" and that "improved world-wide support for population-related efforts should be sought through increased emphasis on mass media and other population education and motivation programs by the U.N., USIA, and USAID."
Named countries
Thirteen countries are named in the report as particularly problematic with respect to U.S. security interests: India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Turkey, Nigeria, Egypt, Ethiopia [think Africa, here], Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil. These countries are projected to create 47 percent of all world population growth.
The report advocates the promotion of education and contraception and other population control measures, stating for instance that "No country has reduced its population growth without resorting to abortion".
It also raises the question of whether the U.S. should consider preferential allocation of surplus food supplies to states that are deemed constructive in use of population control measures.

Some of the key insights of report are controversial:
"The U.S. economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from less developed countries [see National Commission on Materials Policy, Towards a National Materials Policy: Basic Data and Issues, April 1972]. "Populations with a high proportion of growth. The young people, who are in much higher proportions in many LDCs, are likely to be more volatile, unstable, prone to extremes, alienation and violence than an older population. These young people can more readily be persuaded to attack the legal institutions of the government or real property of the ‘establishment,' ‘imperialists,' multinational corporations, or other-often foreign-influences blamed for their troubles" [Chapter V, "Implications of Population Pressures for National Security].
"We must take care that our activities should not give the appearance to the LDCs of an industrialized country policy directed against the LDCs. This would suggest that the CDC has stockpiled such coffins in places like Madison, Georgia specifically in preparation for a viral outbreak.
Meaning, the CDC has been expecting the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Americans due to infection for at least the past six years.
That is a LONG period of preparation. Such preparation requires certainty, not hypothesis, especially were the federal government is involved. The disease of ignorance leaves us vulnerable to many other plagues, including literal plagues like the Ebola virus. When we take the establishment at its word concerning the threat of Ebola outbreak, we make ourselves vulnerable. When people assume that the worst could never happen to them, history shows us that it inevitably does.
The recent discovery of an Ebola infected patient in Dallas, Texas has led to reasonable concern from the general population, but mainstream media efforts along with CDC and White House spin have subdued any practical response by the citizenry. The constant droning voice of the establishment claims there is nothing to be worried about; that even if there was an outbreak in the U.S., it would be quickly squashed by highly prepared medical response teams.
First and foremost, the existence of just one Ebola infected person within America's borders indicates a likelihood of others, or the possibility of others in the near future unless policies and procedures are changed. As far as I can tell, the government has no intention of introducing rational fail-safes such as requiring mandatory quarantine for those seeking to reenter the U.S. from known outbreak regions, shutting down unrestricted travel into the country from countries with Ebola, training hospitals properly in the identification of the disease, or committing mass resources to quelling Ebola in hot zones before it reaches our shores, at least not in time to make a difference.
Secondly, the establishment also has no intention of giving the general public accurate information as to the behavior and dangers of Ebola. Those I have spoken with in the medical field including some who work within major city hospitals have related to me that the CDC has not been honest in its assessment of the probability of outbreak. For example, the CDC is consistently reminding the public that Ebola is not an “airborn” disease, and this is technically true as far as the science indicates. However, they forget to mention that it is indeed a “droplet born” disease, meaning, it can travel through the air carried in an infected cough or sneeze. The tight quarters of an airplane make for a perfect petri dish, with droplets and particulates passing back and forth through the same space and oxygen for hours at a time. The spread of Ebola is nowhere near as containable as the CDC claims.
I have been told that most hospitals are completely unprepared to fend off an outbreak of a virus as destructive as Ebola. Little to no standardized training has taken place, and some facilities are only now putting together a list of emergency procedures. Human error within the chain of care also occurs often, as we saw in Dallas, Texas, and these errors can lead to greater infection in a hospital environment.
CDC and WHO efforts in countries like Liberia have been so ineffective and halfhearted it leads one to question why their budgets are in the billions of dollars? Where is all their capital and their resources going if not to bring an unprecedented hammer down on a clearly dangerous outbreak of Ebola? Why is the virus being allowed to flourish rather than being destroyed right where it started? Where has the full force of the CDC been for the past several months while death gestates in Africa?
The one legitimate function of government, any government, is to protect the right of the people to pursue their own life, liberty, and happiness. I think stopping the invasion of mortal viruses would fall into this category. The one job our government is MANDATED to do, and it refuses to do it. Why?
I have made the point many times in the past and I'll make it here again; when a catastrophe takes place, or a crisis is imminent, ask yourself, who ultimately benefits? I believe that the lack of strong prevention response from our government, an inadequacy which is obvious to all of the health care workers I have talked with and to anyone who has the sense to do their own research, could be absolutely deliberate. I believe the spread of Ebola may be desired by certain power brokers, and here is why:
The Perfect Cover Event
I have been warning for quite some time that the banking establishment in particular is well aware that an economic collapse of incredible proportions is coming. In fact, they have done everything in their power to make one possible. This collapse, according to my research, is designed to clear the way through monetary carpet bombing for a new international Bretton Woods-style agreement which will plant the foundation of a truly global economic system centralized and controlled by a highly select few elites. Needless to say, the internationalists would prefer not to take the blame for such a calamity.
Regional or widespread war, terrorism, cyber attacks, etc, are all useful vehicles to conjure mass confusion, and can also be used as scapegoats for the eventual downfall of our economy. That said, a viral pandemic truly surpasses them all in effectiveness. All other tragedies could easily be tied to the first “domino” or “linchpin” (as Rand Corporation calls it) of Ebola transmission, but the strategy goes deeper than this...
An Act Of Nature
Even though most people are well aware of the fact that governments have been engineering biological weapons for decades, few people think political leadership would ever use them at all, let alone use them on the people they are tasked to protect. Even with the complacency and inaction of our government in terms of the response to Ebola, the general assumption by most of the American population will be that any viral outbreak is a product of nature, not of men.
Acts of nature are not things that the common man can easily rebel against. People rebel against governments and corrupt despots all the time, but not the plague. If a viral pandemic strikes, nearly everything a government does after the fact, no matter how corrupt or destructive, can be rationalized as necessary for the greater good of the greater number. If anyone does rebel, they will be labeled as pure evil, for they are now disrupting the government's ability to stop the pandemic from spreading, and thus, are partly responsible for the mass deaths that follow.
During a viral outbreak, government becomes mother, father, nurse and protector. No matter how abusive they are, most people will still look to them for safety and guidance, primarily because they have no knowledge of disease. What they do not understand, they will fear, and fear always drives the ignorant into the arms of tyrants. One should also take into consideration the fact that most globalists lean towards the ideology of eugenics and promote the concept of population reduction. A pandemic would fulfill this desire nicely...
Rationalized Economic Collapse
Who would question the event of an economic collapse in the wake of an Ebola soaked nightmare? Who would want to buy or sell? Who would want to come in contact with strangers to generate a transaction? Who would even leave their house? Ebola treatment in first world nations has advantages of finance and a cleaner overall health environment, but what if economic downturn happens simultaneously? America could experience third world status very quickly, and with it, all the unsanitary conditions that result in an exponential Ebola death rate.
The treasury, labor department, and private Federal Reserve have gone to vast lengths to skew statistics and rig markets with trillions in fiat dollars. Despite historic numbers of Americans falling off unemployment rolls, imploding shipping and manufacturing statistics, and the U.S. teetering on the edge of global “de-dollarization”, a large portion of the citizenry has been led to believe that economic recovery is assured. What they do not understand is that fiscal implosion is unavoidable, and the whole bull market is a circus designed to distract.
Amidst even a moderate or controlled viral scenario, stocks and bonds will undoubtedly crash, a crash that was going to happen anyway. The international banks who created the mess get off blameless, while Ebola, an act of nature, becomes the ultimate scapegoat for every disaster that follows.
Rationalized Travel Restrictions
If you want to lock down the movement of a population to prevent the spread of dissenting groups or ideas, I can't think of a better way than to claim it is to prevent the spread of a deadly virus. Our government and world health officials are approaching Ebola with an attitude of nonchalance right now, because prevention is NOT part of the plan. When Ebola strikes hard within our country, that is when they will finally decide that strict measures are needed. Suddenly, those borders that they could never secure before will become impassable for you and I. And traveling between states or perhaps even counties may be extraordinarily difficult. “Papers please...” will become the new mantra of petty authority.
Forced Health Measures
Do not be surprised if an Ebola vaccine of some kind suddenly appears on the market just as the situation begins to turn tragic. And, do not be surprised if said vaccine is a total sham that ends up making more people sick. Expect that forced vaccinations will take place, especially as a prerequisite for receiving treatment from CDC or FEMA hazmat facilities. Expect that these facilities will become nothing more than obscure prisons for the sick where people quietly die. Expect that every American will be required to be tested and screened, with biometric data carefully stored, beginning with airport travel (once the virus is already entrenched). The options are endless for abuse in terms of totalitarian health laws when the public thinks they could end up bleeding from every orifice and dying of liver failure.
Rationalized Martial Law
Imagine if some Americans decide they don't like being poked, prodded, tagged and bagged by the establishment. Imagine they decide to fight back, Ebola be damned. An already uphill battle becomes an epic struggle when a large percentage of the population thinks you are a monster that wants to hasten the spread of Ebola. Not that the ignorant count for much in the grand scheme of history, but waking at least some of them up in the future to the bigger threat (the globalists) is hard to do when all they can see is devilish microbes. Those who plan to combat the rise of the internationalists, as I plan to, should accept now the likelihood that the only people we will have on our side tomorrow are the people we have been able to wake up today. Martial law will be welcomed by the rest.
International Response
An international response is almost guaranteed during a major pandemic. Sovereignty will be tossed in the dirt. UN and WHO teams and perhaps even troops could accompany an aid package to the U.S. Think of the glorious propaganda, as globalists tell stories of how they “saved humanity” by surpassing the barbaric practices of national and individual sovereignty, defeated the Ebola virus (after millions of deaths, of course), and out of the ashes, the “phoenix” of global governance was born. If they succeed, imagine what the history books will say for the next several centuries.
What Do We Do?
There are no silver bullet solutions. There never have been and there never will be. People looking for them will be sorely disappointed and ill prepared after wasting so much time searching for an easy out. The only answer is for communities of people to take their own survival into their own hands and become as self sufficient as possible. This means that neighborhoods, towns, and counties will have to take precautions now to steel themselves for a pandemic event, instead of simply sitting on their hands and expecting government officials to save them.
The treatments for Ebola in most cases involve nothing more than the steady replacement of vital fluids, electrolytes and plasma until the patient's body can build up an immunity to the virus. Those with stronger immune systems before contraction are more likely to survive and beat back the disease. Government care, for the most part, is NOT going to save many people either way. That is to say, your survival will depend on you and your immune system, not them. Communities that make efforts to prevent contact and that strengthen individual immunity will have a better chance of survival than going into any government run hazmat facility. Government is not needed, and will often end up being more of a threat than the virus itself. Groups I work closely with and talk with, many with their own doctors and nurses, are already setting prevention guidelines in motion.
If you can prove you don't need the system to save you, their rationale for attempting to control you is weakened. The ignorant will still try to demonize us for our efforts, but self sufficiency is all we have in the face of this kind of storm. If we can lead by example with our own successful health standards while saving people where the establishment could not, perhaps we can turn the tide.

Is it actually happening and being purposefully allowed (or forced) to become worse?
I think we need to take this in context of the last 100 years of media... this topic is either being SUPPRESSED by the MSM or EXAGGERATED (right now I'm leaning to exaggeration as the media is "all a flurry" with ebola stories and they are all pretty dark and fearsome)
The only thing that would tie AIDS to gay men, is anal sex. Anybody wonder why that practice became an obsession within all sexually active people. It was advertised via porn/media. That could get into a whole other conversation which I will refrain from.
Biologically speaking the virus targeted anally sexually HUMANS because the small tears in that area of the body allowed it to get into the bloodstream (easier) that other means of entry.
AIDS was made to appear to be a gay mans disease, because TPTB and the MACHINE planned it that way , so people would refrain from learning that African population was the real target .
Same as LYME disease, which is advertised through the media to be cause by a tick bite. When in fact LYME is also spread via saliva, sexual contact, many insects OTHER that ticks, and even tears,, etc.

I am wondering, where are all these thousands of bodies in AFRICA. That would certainly be quite a dramatic shot for a journalist and would get lots of attention. Obviously (imo) ebola started at the BIO lab in Africa. And people have died. And the US UN CDC and all the others are being extremely negligent to allow all this travel, again, this is clearly by design.
So, ebola is either ramping up for mass epidemic, or it is really not as bad as the media would like us to think.
Is the whole thing a HOAX? It depends on each individual definition of a HOAX and with the defition of the word itself, leaves a LOT of grey area.
Ebola is not a hoax, because it is a very real disease. But if it is being used, and falsely represented in order to fulfill an agenda, (besides of course to sicken and kill a population) well then of course the agenda itself would be the hoax, if you want to get technical.

While airport officials would not identify the passenger, a video taken from the plane and posted online shows emergency personnel escorting an African-American man off the flight as the rest of the plane watches.
In the video, he is heard saying, “I ain't from Africa.”
Reports from local press said the man appeared to be “unbalanced,” although officials would not elaborate on what that meant.
Paola Rainieri, vice president of marketing and communications for Grupo Punta Cana, which owns the airport, told FNL that the airplane was held on the tarmac for nearly two hours until medical and airline officials determined there was no risk to the 200-plus passengers.
Reached for comment, a US Airways representative confirmed the incident, saying in a statement that the flight was cleared by local authorities.
"We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but the safety of our customers and crews is our main priority," the statement said.
Rainieri described the incident as a “joke of poor taste” by the passenger, who had not traveled to Africa recently. According to Rainieri, the man's passport showed that the last trip he had taken anywhere close to Africa was a 2012 trip to Europe.
“We don't know why he did it, but he thought it would be a cute joke that would not be so serious,” she said. “Thankfully it was only a scare.”
Rainieri said that while the incident did not end up as being serious as it might have been, airport officials took all precautions. She said they have medic teams on hand for such situations, and this incident proved to them that they are prepared.
She added that several days ago, with the increased threat of Ebola spreading internationally, airport and immigration officials added precautionary steps for travelers – including a questionnaire asking if they have traveled to Africa recently, and if they have any of the symptoms of the disease.
“We have to be responsible,” Rainieri said. “As an airport, we are ready for anything.”
She said the passenger had filled out the questionnaire and noted that he had not been to Africa lately.
“Incidents like these affect the country, it affects people on the island,” Rainieri said when asked about the event's potential affect on tourism. “It scares passengers and would make them not travel to the Dominican Republic.”
Arturo Villanueva, vice president of the Hotel and Tourism Association of the Dominican Republic (ASONAHORES), agreed with Rainieri.
“We have to think about the country and about the population,” he told FNL. “Ebola has become an international problem. That someone has made a joke of this is inexcusable."
He said steps need to be taken so incidents like these don't happen again.
“We will demand to the appropriate authorities the immediate deportation of this passenger to his home country,” Villanueva said.
There have been no reported cases of Ebola in the Dominican Republic or elsewhere in the Caribbean and the rest of Latin America.

A man in Schieffelin, a community located in Margibi County [Liberia] on the Robertsfield Highway, has been arrested for attempting to put formaldehyde into a well used by the community.
Reports say around 10 a.m., he approached the well with powder in a bottle. Mobbed by the community, he confessed that he had been paid to put formaldehyde into the well, and that he was not the only one. He reportedly told community dwellers, “We are many.” There are are agents in Harbel, Dolostown, Cotton Tree and other communities around the country, he said.
State radio, ELBC, reports that least 10 people in the Dolostown community have died after drinking water from poisoned wells.
The man also alleged that some water companies, particularly those bagging mineral water to sell, are also involved. The poison, he said, produces Ebola-like symptoms and subsequently kills people.
The Observer had previously been informed that people dressed as nurses were going into communities with 'Ebola Vaccines'. Once injected, it reportedly produces Ebola-like symptoms and sends victims into a coma. Shortly thereafter, victims expire. Communities are now reportedly chasing vaccine peddlers out of their communities. After 10 children reportedly died from the 'vaccine' in Bensonville, the peddlers were reportedly chased out of the community upon their next visit.
It is possible that the 'vaccine' is/was composed of the same formaldehyde-water mixture. This publication has received reports from families whose loved ones' organs were missing upon return of the bodies to the families. Families suspect an organ trafficking operation is capitalizing on the outbreak of the Ebola virus in Liberia.
The district's representative condemned the act as barbaric, but called upon Liberians not to doubt the existence of the Ebola virus in the country.

FROM THE LEONARD HOROWITZ LECTURE:Let me just quickly share with you how I got started…
You would never imagine this:
In 1982, when I was finishing up my Harvard Masters in Public Health, and I was asked if I would like to participate in educating gay folks & others about this thing called “Gay Related Immune Deficiency”? This was before it was called AIDS. And I said “No, I don’t want deal with this disease at all… I don’t want to think about that at all.” Here I am 15-16 years later, and what am I doing, traveling around the world, telling people about the man-made origins of AIDS & Ebola.
I was working in my favorite area of research & teaching was in self-care, Healthy Human Development, Motivational Psychology, teaching people how to take better care of themselves, boost their immune systems. So, I was really into that, I love that, that’s my favorite thing. And, one day, kind of like “The Miracle” happened, where there was a crisis & I was the right person at the right time. It was 1990 July 27, 1990 when the case of the Florida Dental AIDS tragedy hit the press. It was the case of the Florida Dentist who infected his patients with the AIDS virus.
For three years, at that time I was serving as the world’s leading Dental & Medical Catalogue Supply Company’s Chief Professional Advisor. And my background was in media – Health Education, Health promotion, Fear – because I worked on Dental Phobia Reduction Therapy programs – behavioral therapy programs to allay people’s fear of going to the dentist. And I had been a dentist for 16 years, and health education & media, persuasion technologies. And here, the media was making so many people afraid to go see their dentist, in the wake of this case. So, I was asked, I was told, I was given the job, opportunity, to develop patient educational literature to help allay people’s fear of going into dental medical practices.
So, I started the research… The Center for Disease Control’s Official Investigation Reports, in the case, I first found it to be scientifically questionable. I then found them to be scientifically bogus. And then, later, I found them to be fraudulent!
They’ve literally covered-up, deleted, the most incriminating evidence against the dentist. Who, I have to conclude after 3 years of studying this case & publishing three scientific reports – literally, having to go out of the United States to publish, because the American Dental Association (ADA), American Medical Association (AMA), wanted to maintain the cover-up. And I wrote a book that was based on those three scientific reports called “Deadly Innocence”— my ninth book. Wherein, I had to conclude that the dentist, based on all the evidence, using the FBI’s own behavioral science literature—how they, themselves, investigate & evaluate these types of cases… that this dentist — scientifically trained, military dentist for much of his career—very intelligent dentist, believed that he was dying of a virus that the government had created — they covered that up!
He believed that they had intentionally injected this virus during a 1978 experimental Hepatitis B vaccine. That was given to a love of his that he had in 1985, and that is how he got infected. And he believed that this was genocide. And he believed that what was called “The World Health Organization Theory of AIDS”, the videotape that Danny stated he saw — The Strecker Memorandum, was what Dr David Acer believed. That the World Health Organization & the United States Public Health Service, Centers for Disease Control had something to do with the development of these types of viruses & the deployment of them through Hepatitis B & other vaccines in Africa & North America.
In essence, I have to conclude at the end of that case that the dentist most plausibly was identical to an organized serial killer. He maintained a classic organized serial-killer personality... you know like the "Unabomber". These people, according to the FBI, kill for the sake of power, control & revenge… revenge being the major theme. And the principle issue, his principle vendetta, was screaming loud & clear in the legal testimonies that was against the federal government.
In essence, I concluded that he created a crime. He did what all organized serial killers love to do—they manipulate the authorities of the catch-22’s. The Unabomber, he publishes his Manifesto in the NY Times & Washington Post, he says, “Here’s what I believe, you try to get me!”
David Acer, the Florida dentist, was virtually identical to this. In essence, he created a crime, a mystery, that could not be solved without implicating the government. Because if they told the truth, if they said he was an organized serial killer, then the whole world would wanted to know the motive. And the motive was screaming loud & clear in the legal testimony—which they buried.
So, there was one document, however, that came along with that videotape called the “Strecker Memorandum” that Strecker sent to David Acer. And it was the most horrifying document that I’d ever seen. It was a 1970 Department of Defense Appropriations Request for ten million dollars for a 5 year study to develop immune system ravaging microorganisms for germ warfare.

The document below is U.S. dept of Defense 1970 appropriation for funding of the new AIDS virus which was designed primarily for depopulation on a global scale.
The Development of the AIDS virus was funded in 1969 (three years before the request for development by the World Health Organization) through funds obtained by the United States Defense Department. [Proof the WHO & DOD are very well connected] The Defense Department requested and received $10 million via House Bill 15090, which was reviewed in Hearings before the Subcommittee of the Committee on Appropriations, House of Representatives during the ninety-first Congress in review of the Defense Appropriations for 1970.
Part Five of H.B. 15090 was entitled RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT, TEST, AND EVALUATION, sponsored by the Department of the Army, the Advanced Research Project Agency (now DARPA), and Defense Research and Engineering.
The Feasibility program and laboratories were to have been completed by 1974 - 1975 and the virus between 1974 - 1979. The WHO started to inject AIDS - laced smallpox vaccine (Vaccina) into over 100 million Africans in 1977. Over 2000 young white male homosexuals (Operation Trojan Horse) were injected with laced Hepatitis B vaccine in 1978 through the Centers for Disease Control and the New York Blood Center. The development of the virus apparently had a dual purpose: (1) As a political / ethnic weapon to be used against black individuals and (2) one of the programmed efforts at de-population.
The session of the Subcommittee that took place on July 1, 1969 involved discussions about Synthetic Biological Agents. Part of the congressional narrative (from HB 15090) is detailed below:
"There are two things about the biological agent field I would like to mention. One is the possibility of technological surprise. Molecular biology is a field that is advancing very rapidly and many eminent biologist believe that within a period of 5 - 10 years it would be possible to produce a synthetic biological agent, an agent that does not naturally exist and for which no natural immunity could have been acquired."
Mr. Sikes: Are we doing any work in that field?
Dr. MacArthur: We are not.
Mr. Sikes: Why not? Lack of money or lack of interest?
Dr. MacArthur: Certainly not lack of interest.
Mr. Sikes: Would you provide for our record information on what would be required, what the advantages of such a program would be, the time and the cost involved?
Dr. MacArthur: We will be very happy to. The dramatic progress being made in the field of molecular biology led us to investigate the relevance of this field of science to biological warfare. A small group of experts considered this matter and provided the following observations:
1. All biological agents up to the present time are representatives of naturally occurring disease, and are thus known by scientists throughout the world. They are easily available to qualified scientists for research, either for offensive or defensive purposes.
2. Within the next 5 - 10 years, it would probably be possible to make a new infective microorganism which could differ in certain important aspects from any known disease-causing organisms. Most important of these is that it might be refractory to the immunological and therapeutic processes upon which we depend to maintain our relative freedom from infectious disease.
3. A research program to explore the feasibility to this could be completed in approximately 5 years at a cost of $10 million.
4. It would be very difficult to establish such a program. The science of molecular biology is a relatively new science. There are not many highly competent scientists in the field. Almost all are in university laboratories and they are general adequately supported from sources other than DOD. However, it was considered possible to initiate an adequate program through the National Academy of Sciences National Research Council (NAS-NRC). The matter was discussed with NAS-NRC and tentative plans were made to initiate the program. However, decreasing funds in CB, growing criticism of the CB program, and our reluctance to involve the NAS-NRC in such a controversial endeavor have led us to postpone it for the past 2 years. It is a highly controversial issue and there are many who believe such research should not be undertaken lest it lead to yet another method of massive killing of large populations. On the other hand, without the sure scientific knowledge that such a weapon is possible, and an understanding of the ways it could be done, there is little that can be done to devise defensive measures. Should an enemy develop it there is little doubt that this is an important area of potential military technological inferiority in which there is no adequate research program.
Actual creation of the virus was done through the Department of the Army at Fort George Meade and through the Department of Navy. The name of the individual who was head of the Naval development program is known but will not be released at this time.

These two videos are very interesting.... I think I have enough now to confidently call this situation a Hoax, there are probably a few actual cases but clearly there's a lot of lies with a tiny pinch of truth.
