Standing Rock, Dakota Pipeline Protests...Who's gonna participate?
Iv been following the Protest of the pipeline in North Dakota and am seriously considering going to join them next week or the next... I was wondering if there are any Avalon members there or any members planning on joining the First Nations...
If so would be cool to join up when we get there.
Anyways here are a few links to what they need and directions to get there if any one is interested in donating items, money, or time...

Being without a home has its advantages at times: can technically go anywhere!
Being without a home has its disadvantages though: I have no substantial money to provide. Just myself. If anyone wants to sponsor a bus ticket, you have yourself another fighter.
Also, I could not help but laugh at the Cigarette need ;)
I am an adopted Yupik and the tobacco monkey up there favours those brands as well

Re: Standing Rock, Dakota Pipeline Protests...Who's gonna participate?
Really surprised by the response to this thread... I guess its not theoretical or philosophical enough.... Maybe I should change the title to have the words Hilliary, Trump, Simon, or 911 in it...
I guess I need to work on my ego some more...

Hey Thunder24:
I just donated to the paypal account listed on Sacred Stone...by the way, the link to paypal listed was broken and wasn't connecting to the fund correctly so you have to go to the sacred stone website and connect to paypal there for their legal fund.
Its cheaper then sending boxes of things with postage and handling charges... But knowing their are many observing that do have money...they really need winter clothing. So if you find the time to go buy some please send... or hit them on their amazon wish list page https://www.amazon.com/gp/registry/w...rtbar_v_page_1

Re: Standing Rock, Dakota Pipeline Protests...Who's gonna participate?
I was noticing that too, this thread was one of the ones I was most excited about and it's just dead.
It makes you wonder, in a forum full of people who want to see change in the world and the most empty thread here is this one...
people want to talk about good and bad, actually going to do good is another story. Think of how many millions of military people are out there right now serving the Cabals agenda and only 1 guy here says he's going to help keep our water clean.
I've wondered why I don't see threads with groups of people trying to setup off grid, moneyless ways to live, building communities, etc. We have enough people here to make something like that happen.

:bump2:
I made that exact mistake last night.
We have gotten into the 'bad habit' as Paul so succinctly put it of Fear. I have absolutely zero idea of how to change it, but I think you DO here in this thread and it is so simple. If we replace our habits of focusing on the fear with habits of focusing on the solutions, I really think we have the global resources to really DO something here.
Going out to put your head in is something. I know if I were there, I would stand stoic and would starve or be run over before I allowed agents of the corporations disturb another square inch of sacred land. I cannot DO anything here on this forum aside from use our awesome analytics to help spread awareness on various topics.
I think we ALL need to take a good long look at our posts and decide whether or not they resonate with fear or with progress. If they resonate with fear, WE are agents of fear. I know in my heart we are bigger than that in this forum. I am so proud to see that this is true. Right here.

Re: Standing Rock, Dakota Pipeline Protests...Who's gonna participate?
Great idea... were I still on the west coast I'd be tempted. (well, I am on the west "coast" here..but.. yea).
Don't be too disappointed when you call for "actual" action and not many people respond... I'm sure there's heavy influence to that mentality.
On the other hand: The revolutionary war was fought by ~10% of the population... so you don't need "much" ;)

I have quickly learned the disappointment and to get over it...unfortunate on the dissapointment part, fortunate on the get over it part...
interestingly enough, according to some, my family had more members in the revolutionary war then any other...
word of mouth is whats needed apparently... I told two people in real life today my plans and they said they would donate... I said "thats whats up"

I AM WITH STANDING ROCK
In fact we all are Standing Rock.
I do followed this issue too, but i haven't been around too much.
Now the Vatican is conected with the construction of the pipe line. No surprise.
I love how all great nations are gathering toguether (even went from Hawaii) with all their great humans. I do visualizations, afirmations and meditations to send as much love as i can to help.
I whish all humans react to this and this event trigers a contagious care about our mother earth like we could never imaging.
For me is not possible to fly there.... But never say never....i whish i could.
Thanks for the thread and much love

Re: Standing Rock, Dakota Pipeline Protests...Who's gonna participate?
though this is a big thing itself anyone else get the feeling it's aplanned diversion while something else is happening, i find the timing interesting and the blatant desecration of native burial grounds despite evidence being presented to the courtts
-
Re: Standing Rock, Dakota Pipeline Protests...Who's gonna participate?
The first natives to begin protesting arrived at camp on april 1st is what I read somewhere... so while it is possible it is a distraction, This protest has been going on for some time... The desecration of sacred lands with burial grounds is very wrong but what is more important then water in life? Everything we see alive has to have water. They are not only trying to protect the water for themselves but also other Americans that are clueless how this can affect them also...

Hey Halcyon, i just was made aware by thunder24 that there was such a project ( off grid community ) running a few yeras ago and when the time came to do things it ended with just one person doing it... Also with another member ( at least that I know of ) we are working on such a project at the time. Would you like to join forces ?

I am a North Carolina Tuscarora (NC descendant of siege of Neoheroka of 1713) and recognize this is typical big oil money shenanigans.
I agree this is a distraction , but aren't all things that are diabolical, ultimately distractions?
The oil spills in Louisiana, the tainted water wells of so many states that are growing by the day...all in the name of oil...
Even Tesla is impacted by big oil companies...
I believe TargeT said it wisely, that the Revolutionary War was won with 10% of the people...that is quite a small but powerful union of souls...our job this weekend should be to share this movement with 10 of our friends...money and sharing the news and efforts with rigor and fervor are the same efforts that were used by the legendary Paul Revere in 1775 "The red coats are coming...".
This is something worth standing up for even from afar...and we can prepare to do battle as they did in 1776 when we are ready.
Thank you, Thunder24. We will also pray of your efforts as a united front...one person can tip the scales of destiny every single time.
Run.

From what I have read, they stopped it right around the river but it continues further north... I will see if I can find more detail

The Obama administration said it would not authorize construction on a critical stretch of the Dakota Access pipeline, handing a significant victory to the Indian tribe fighting the project the same day the group lost a court battle.
The administration said construction would halt until it can do more environmental assessments.
The Department of Justice, the Army and the Interior Department jointly announced that construction would pause on the pipeline near North Dakota's Lake Oahe, a major water source on the Missouri River for the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.
The agencies will now decide whether they need to reconsider permitting decisions for the pipeline under the National Environmental Policy Act.
"The Army will move expeditiously to make this determination, as everyone involved — including the pipeline company and its workers — deserves a clear and timely resolution," the agencies said in a statement. "In the interim, we request that the pipeline company voluntarily pause all construction activity within 20 miles east or west of Lake Oahe."
The Lake Oahe crossing was a major concern for the tribe, which worries about the impact a leak in the pipeline would have on the lake.
A federal judge Friday denied the tribe's request to halt construction on the 1,170-mile pipeline. The administration's decision came shortly after that decision.
The tribe had sued over the Army Corps' approval of the project under a historic preservation law, but the judge ruled that regulators had acted properly when issuing permitting for the project.
Despite the ruling, the agencies said, "important issues raised by the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and other tribal nations and their members regarding the Dakota Access pipeline specifically, and pipeline-related decision-making generally, remain."
The Army Corps has permitted pipeline construction near Lake Oahe. But, as of last month, federal agencies had not yet issued the easements necessary for construction to begin there.
Dave Archambault II, the chairman of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, hailed the decision, and vowed to continue fighting against the project....

I know how you feel.
I am constantly surprised at the lack of interest in real concrete change from "esoteric researchers". It makes you wonder what "spirituality" means. Even if you can't make it to the Dakotas, you can still show support online.
Amazon wish lists are a good idea to make sure donations get spent on the right items.

i just read that they are trying to prepare for winter and need more permanant housing, such as yurts and t-pees... which means t-pee poles , wood stoves and such... i have a wood stove i plan on taking if i can fit it in, just a small one... but yes the amazon wish list is a great idea to get them what they need...

Re: Standing Rock, Dakota Pipeline Protests...Who's gonna participate?
Can you partially pay for an item on the wish list? Some people may not have 89 USD for a jacket, but could donate 5USD. Would be good if Amazon let you part fund an item.

Thanks ElfeMya. It says "action not completed"... The good thing about Amazon Wish Lists is that people know exactly where their money is going. With Paypal you are never 100% sure, although I trust these protestors.
If you combined Wish Lists with Crowdfunding it would be very powerful.
