LA PALMA: Western Flank Blows Out, Lava Avalanche
Mods, I started this thread over here as I think this will be part of the earth changes and to get if off news and updates, I think there will be much more to come here. There has been tons of activity here in the last day and now this today.
It seems more of the quakes are centered again at the top of the original eruption point and this puppy is blowing sky high, what a light show it currently is.

Las Palmas is actually the Spanish province of the islands and the name of the capital town on Gran Canaria. La Palma is the island where this volcano erupts. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Las_Palmas
No coincidence this eruption during our planetary crisis of a world gone crazy. And no surprise your interest in regards with the famous cover of the bestseller of Ron Hubbard, Dianetics. The man knew a lot about volcanoes in respect to mental health.

Re: LA PALMA: Western Flank Blows Out, Lava Avalanche
It's quite possible that turbulent mental energy - induced by humans - can negatively effect the general health of the earth, and in a worst case trigger seismic events, floods, hurricanes and so forth. In that way, yes, humans could be seen as a catalyst for climate change.
But there are a myriad other factors with volcanoes, not least being the earth naturally shifts and evolves through time. Planetary Science by no means explains everything. There are cosmic forces to consider, from deep space and from solar radiation; there are perhaps metaphysical factors involved also that we do not understand, and of course geo-engineering.
What for example triggered the Siberian Traps - the most massive eruption in known planetary history? That eruption lasted for two million years, dumped enough basalt to cover all of western Europe, and sent 90% of earth's lifeforms into extinction. One shudders to imagine what human madness or misery set that in motion! (half a billion years ago) - or, it was an entirely natural event.

That is stunning. Not trying to be too nit picky but it would be nice to have the same piece of the road. I don't think this is the same stretch as the tree on the right is different?

Re: LA PALMA: Western Flank Blows Out, Lava Avalanche
This was from yesterday where the lava is flowing back into the cone, don't know if its doing the same today but that like putting a cork on a gas can in the sun. The video of the lava flow is impressive to say the least

Re: LA PALMA: Western Flank Blows Out, Lava Avalanche
...
... grumble... grumble... the lava is NOT flowing back into the main-vent cone: the video shows lava out-flowing on the slope of the agglomerated cones when an additional fissure/vent opened up north of the main vent, gutting out the agglomerated cones northward.

Re: LA PALMA: Western Flank Blows Out, Lava Avalanche
Word Directly from LaPalma: Steam Coming out of ground on other side of island; near constant earthquakes. We're frightened- One resident writes "We are on the other side of the island from the volcano and steam is coming out of the ground here! Areas of ground are showing 8+ inches of lift, earth quakes are minutes apart, over 110 since midnight, never ending low shaking. For the first time, we're frightened."

... how ignorance cannot help one save face when posing as "expert": check this post: Earthquakes on La Palma appear in exact grid pattern
...or when paranoia overrides all controls...
Here is an additional rebuttal of that type of fear-controlled hysteria from Jim Stone:
PS: Pay attention to the map scale as an indication of the graphic zooming resolution the software is capable of...
For comparison, here is what's being floated around:

Re: LA PALMA: Western Flank Blows Out, Lava Avalanche
It's interesting...however, I doubt this is true (this video in Viking's post above: Source: https://youtube.com/watch?v=F2IwoaBMdpg)
The reason is quite simple.
When he shows the island of La Palma, the earthquakes there, it is so that they are "plotted" along a grid pattern.
Now, where there are several easthquakes "on one spot", you can see that as well.
Because the sheer number of earthquakes, it is as if every "dot" on the grid has an earthquake and therefore this would be indeed suspicious.
Then, look at Crete. The area is just south of the town of Heraklion (I once got totally lost there, by car...).
When he zooms in, you see also lots of earthquakes, but here TOO, they are "in a grid pattern".
Only, not every "dot" (or the coordinates) in the grid has an earthquake in it.
So, the grid pattern is less obvious (but it is still there).
I did not check any other area's of earthquakes yet, but I would not be surrpised it's like this, everywhere.
One explanation can be, that the computer program that "plots" the earthquakes, address each earthquake
to a specific pair of coordinates, so it would be "normal" to get such a grid.
Yes, I "do" also think that weather manipulation exists, in many forms.
But this is not one of them... in my opinion.

Re: LA PALMA: Western Flank Blows Out, Lava Avalanche
Now Etna's starting to kick off:
https://volcanodiscovery.de/uploads/...3-10-13-35.jpg
Etna volcano (Italy): violent eruptive episode, parts of SE crater collapse into dangerous pyroclastic flows
Sat, 23 Oct 2021, 10:52
A strong paroxysm is in progress at the volcano. As suspected already last night by the presence of intermittent strombolian activity and the slowly rising tremor, this activity continued to evolve gradually throughout the night and early this morning.
Tremor reached high levels at 7.40 a.m., followed by a strong increase of explosive activity at the SE crater from 10.15 a.m.
Lava fountaining was observed to have started at around that time, and lasted until 12.20 p.m. It generated a dense ash plume that rose several kilometers and drifted east, producing ash falls in the area of Piedimonte and Linguaglossa.

Re: LA PALMA: Western Flank Blows Out, Lava Avalanche
Word is coming out about the ongoing volcano eruption, directly from people on the island of LaPalma, Canary Islands, Atlantic Ocean, off the northwest coast of Africa and it is not good.
One resident writes “We are on the other side of the island from the volcano and steam is coming out of the ground here! Areas of ground are showing 8+ inches of lift, earth quakes are minutes apart, over 110 since midnight, never ending low shaking. For the first time, we’re frightened.”
Yesterday, this web site reported that a total of FIVE vents were now open and spewing lava on the volcano, a major increase in activity as seen below
https://stateofthenation.co/wp-conte...nnamed-1-1.png
The photo above also shows the marked increase in steam (downslope to the right) emanating from the ground, proving that a significant source of water is now intruding into the volcano. This steam is a new development. It has not really been seen in this area throughout the long lava flow. Where it came from and how much more is involved, is a huge question. Enough water could cause a gigantic steam explosion.
Clearly the situation on LaPalma is worsening.
People on the U.S. east coast are URGED to pay close attention to developments there, because if things go to their worst, a slab of unstable land, the size of Manhattan Island New York City, is already slipping off the southwest flank of this island, and may slide into the Atlantic Ocean.
If that happens, a Tsunami will be generated that scientists say can hit the US east coast seven to eight hours later, with 30 meter to 50 meter waves crashing ashore. Those would be waves about 100-164 FEET tall!
They would wipe out most of the major cities on the US east coast, and smash the United States economy back to almost the Stone Age, for decades.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) did a study on this potential disaster and their study asserts they can expect sixty-five MILLION dead from such an event.
YOU don’t want to be one of those.
Have your car gassed up. Have a plan about WHERE you would evacuate to and how you would get there. Have an ALTERNATE ROUTE in case the first way is blocked. Have a “Go-Bag” for each member of your family, pre-packed with clothes, underwear, socks, belts shoes, deodorant/soap/shampoo, toothpaste and any medicines you need.
If you hear that the landslide has taken place and a Tsunami is actually on its way, LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. Don’t wait for government to tell you because once the government tells the masses, it will be chaos.
You know how traffic is at rush hour; you can’t move. Now try to imagine it’s not just people getting out of work, but rather EVERYONE fleeing for their lives. It will be instant grid lock.
People will go berserk; it may turn into a Mad Max situation on the roads as terrified people drive over, under, and through anything in their way.
You don’t want to be stuck in that. So leave immediately once you hear a landslide happened, and hopefully, you’ll reach safety long before the masses panic.
UPDATE 2:58 PM EDT —
As the sun was setting on LaPalma Friday evening, TV cameras suddenly picked up what appears to be a burst of STEAM emanating from the ridge, above and to the south of the present eruption.
This ridge is part of the old volcano system which erupted in 1949 and again in 1971. Here is what could be seen on the TV camera:
