Thanks! :thumbsup: My own personal remedies:
- Oil of Oregano. (Capsules, easy and tasteless. But I also have the oil itself that can be taken as a number of drops mixed with olive oil to avoid burning.)
- Home made Colloidal Silver. (I have a small generator.)
- A cocktail of Honey and Chopped Garlic. (An astonishing amount of raw garlic can be taken that way.)
- Turmeric powder, a heaped tablespoon mixed to a paste with oil and lots of black pepper (needed for absorption).
- Vitamin D3 capsules. I usually take 5000 IU every other day, but if I need to defend against a bug I ramp that up quite a lot.
- MMS — as a last resort. Not very pleasant, but in my experience it really does work. (MMS Protocols are here.)

Work on your immune system.
So, I take a special probiotic that resists stomach acid and can reach the gut where it multiplies and resides for months .
Most probiotics don't survive the stomach acid.
Strain: Bacillus Coagulans
If you have a sweet tooth then most likely your gut biome is filled with the sugar demanding bacteria, They can actually influence the host to eat sugar to feed them.
Reset your biome, it can take a few weeks and you can be surprised at how much the sugar cravings will diminish.
Zinc lozenges to help the hormonal system contribute to stronger immune system.
I would suck on those at last resort if in a hot zone like and airplane.
You want the Zinc Acetate version, not the other ones.
Tastes very bad and gives a dry mouth, but it works.
Most of us are very deficient in Zinc.
If you can, soak in lots of sun rays( at the appropriate time of day).
Lastly and this is a big one for me:
Stay in grace within the eye of the storm.
Meditate, laugh, enjoy safe company...lol
Do whatever you can to lift your spirits and move away from anxiety as much as possible.
High stress can cancel all of the above very fast.
We are living historic times at many levels. Always remember you chose to be here for this!
Make the best of it and try to remember your intention you had for this life, make the best of it within these challenging times.

I focus on prevention, and I haven't had a cold or flu in years.
I credit 2 regular ingredients in my diet the most for my strong immune system:
Fresh aloe vera gel
Aloe vera for consumption (a different variety than for topical treatment). Aloe vera leaves for consumption are large--from 1 to 3 or 4 lbs. each.
They can be purchased in Mexican Markets in the US or shipped from Aloe Labs in Harlingen, Texas.
I use 1/2 lb to 1 lb. per day in my morning smoothie.
Very easy to make.

Aloe is anti-viral, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, a perfect food for prevention as well as cure.
It's full of oxygen, helps with digestion, keeps the colon clean, the joints lubricated, the immune system strong.
Has a shelf life of a month or more if kept dry and well ventilated, but will keep longer if refrigerated.
I wrap each leaf in cloth rags to help keep them dry in the 'fridge.
Spirulina
Spirulina is a form of blue-green algae, which is the basis of the food chain. It is a whole food--you can live on Spirulina alone.
As a supplement, I take about a 2 teaspoons per day
It is high in chlorophyll, in a comparatively inexpensive form, Vitamin D, all the essential amino acids.
Keeps indefinitely in an air-tight container.

... I drink a lot of spring water, a lot of fresh fruit and vegie juices, to which I add fresh ginger or garlic.
I make a brew of several different herb teas ( including Tulsi, Ashwaghanda, Pau d' Arco, Astragalus, Olive Leaf ) which I drink daily, along with my homemade kefir.
I make my own fermented vegies, usually cabbage and beet, and I use fresh celery juice instead of salt water to ferment them in.
(Much cheaper than buying saurrkraut in a bottle, and much better since the vegies are RAW.)
I have an essential oil diffuser which I use every day with a combination of Oregano Oil, Rosemary, Lavender and Sage.
I am 72 now, but people often say I look more like I am in my 50s.

The number of cases confirmed by the Chinese government rose to 4,515 as of Jan. 27, up from 2,835 a day earlier — although the true figures are generally expected to be much higher. The virus has now spread across China and into at least 16 countries globally. Meaning that the number of people infected by the cornonavirus almost doubles in 1 day as the death toll hits 106. This virus is a new type, and this makes it especially dangerous as humanity may have limited immunity to viruses that are sufficiently different from existing variations.
The fear is growing yet people are flying out of China in droves to points all over the world so the stage is being set for a massive world pandemic yet Hong Kong’s leader announced Tuesday that all rail links to mainland China will be cut starting Friday as fears grow about the spread of a new virus. Mongolia has also shut its borders. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Sunday confirmed a fifth case of coronavirus in the United States. The latest two cases were in California. Dr Chris Martenson is convinced this is the black swan event that will bring the world economy to it knees. It certainly is bringing China to its knees as they begin to shut Peking down.
“In an economy that’s already teetering on recession, quarantines, disruption of travel and commerce and a generalized “circle the wagons” response to uncertainty will push the precarious economy over the cliff. Once tourists cancel trips, incomes plummet and businesses are forced to close,” writes Charles Hugh Smith.
There are no vaccines or new drugs to arrest the expanding epidemic yet there are many natural agents like vitamin C and D, bicarbonate, magnesium chloride, iodine and selenium that can be used to prevent and treat this pulmonary infection. Meaning people do not have to die from this coronavirus. All of these natural medicines have been used in emergency rooms and intensive care departments successfully for decades.
Physician (MD) and scientist (PhD) Dr. Dena Graysonsaid said, “In addition to being highly contagious, this novel coronavirus can cause a SEVERE infection that can kill even healthy people.” This is an interesting statement because the question comes up, who is healthy in our day and age of toxicity in our air, water and food?
Who is healthy as stress and conflict is going off the Rector scale? How many in the general population eat junk food and are obese? How many can keep a reasonable balance of oxygen and hydrogen atoms in their bodies meaning keeping an alkaline leaning physiology?
Probably only 10 percent of the population in America has enough magnesium and iodine in their blood, and that perhaps is an overstatement. The official numbers for magnesium are already terrible enough and the only doctor I know reporting on iodine deficiency reports 97 percent of his patients are deficient. (Dr. Brownstein from Detroit tested 7 thousand of his patients.)
The Huffington Post writes, “The very fact that flu season is so routine might seem like a reason to shrug it off. Mild cases bring about symptoms that are similar to colds or other minor ailments, making it seem like less of a big deal. But that kind of thinking could be dangerous, especially if you or someone in your home is susceptible to the worst effects of the virus. Such people include little kids, senior citizens, pregnant women and people with health conditions like asthma, diabetes and heart disease.”
Your body is going to be susceptible if it is plagued with toxicity and nutritional deficiencies starting with the most basic nutritional deficiency there is—which is oxygen. When it comes to dealing with nutritional deficiencies (safe to say over 90% of the population is affected) and toxic exposure (closer to 100%) western medical officials are deaf, dumb and blind and that is why they hurt more than they help.
It is not the time to panic but it is time to become knowledgeable about viruses and how to treat them unless you want to be a good sheep and just do what the CDC and world health officials tell you to do, which at this point is nothing. Just shut up and wear a mask. It is time to learn the truth, about the environment, about medicine and about our current governing constitutions.
Former CIA spy Robert David Steele said, “The CDC is lying to everyone about this, just like they lied about SARS. The CDC is a criminal organization that works for the pharmaceutical companies and it cannot be trusted at all.” There are so many reasons to not trust the CDC one could easily write a book about it.
Jon Rappoport has been investigating and writing about fake epidemics for over 30 years. He says, “One of my prime strategies: were there hidden and unreported causes that would explain people’s symptoms and illnesses—causes having nothing to do with viruses? I found them. “The virus” turned out to be a convenient and very effective cover story that would obscure the true causes that important forces wanted to hide.”

As the cases overflow the hospitals in Wuhan we are not hearing one word about people dropping dead from pulmonary failure from breathing such toxic air 24/7 are we. The WHO admits millions die of such air pollution around the world each year, so people do die but did you ever read in the papers of a person dying of air pollution?
And have you ever read about a person dying from a bad diet? Unhealthy diets now kill more people than tobacco and high blood pressure. Poor diet is associated with 1 in 5 deaths worldwide, according to a new, large study. That’s equivalent to 11 million deaths a year, making unhealthy eating habits responsible for more deaths than tobacco and high blood pressure. Unhealthy diets cause cancer and extremely healthy diets are important in any patients cancer treatment. One of the reasons is that most people’s diets are unhealthy is because the food they eat are full of pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, hormones, additives and in the case of milk, sometimes even radioactive particles.
So all these people dying from poor diets and air pollution they have to list something in the death certificate. How about we just blame the flu and this and other viruses just so health officials and doctors do not have to address the real health problems facing the public.
How often do you hear in the press of someone dying of their properly prescribed medicine? Doesn’t it feel strange, though they admit about 100,000 Americans die from their properly prescribed medications each year, you never hear one case of it in the news?
So many people are dying everyday from many causes, many of them preventable. Since the doctors and the government are not going to help we have to learn ourselves what to do for our loved ones and ourselves against this virus if it comes near. We should already be doing that for flu season but the CDC will have the public doing none of that. Just wait for the vaccine and take your chances until then. Pathetic medical advise.
Conclusion
The CDC never likes to spell out the underlying causes of these clinical situations for they pretend not to know that massive magnesium deficiencies are behind most cases of diabetes and chronic heart, lung and even liver disease. Nor will they admit that massive mercury contamination from multiple sources, including the vaccines, are seriously compromising peoples overall health by collapsing the sensitive sulfur bonds in insulin and many other large proteins.
The western medical establishment abhors speaking about the tremendous quantity of poisons the average person is exposed to and has been accumulating in peoples’ bodies and how those toxic loads are colliding head on with dramatically worsening nutritional deficiencies including something as basic as the lack of full sun exposure. The belief that most healthy individuals get all the vitamins and minerals they need from eating a balanced diet is a lie.

From the first minor symptom:
10-12 drops of Hydrogen Peroxide food grade in 250-300ml of pure spring water and
3 full tea spoon of vit. C three times a day.
Also during year we take vit. C from time to time and we also added to salads replacing vinegar.
There are three years now that me and my wife are not ill :)

Would it also be possible for those who aren't readily in a position to obtain most of these suggestions, to find out how to get them? For example I am in a country town in NSW Australia so how would i go about getting oil of oregano, colloidal silver etc, I can get tumeric, and will be trying Bill's honey and garlic suggestion. Just after pointers on safe and reliable sources without fear of being taking for a ride if you know what I mean.

There was a really interesting caller to Infowars about half an hour ago. He cited research with mice, in which they were each given a drop of iodine on their noses, and then surrounded with the flu virus. None of the mice became infected.
The caller says that he now does the same: drops iodine in his nostrils whenever there's a risk of picking something up from others. He's never come down with a thing.

There's a lot of things that you can get a regular grocery store that will help you stay healthy and get healthy if you're sick.
What you get in oil of oregano is the exact stuff in the oregano herb in your grocery store, just not as concentrated. Oregano, thyme, rosemary are all great anti-virals that also support your respiratory system. You can make a tea from the dried herb you get in the spice section or from the fresh ones in the produce section.
Fresh ginger is a strong anti-viral that is easily found in the produce section here in the US. Dried ginger is not as effective, but you can freeze the fresh rhizome. Make a tea with fresh ginger and lemon and honey and thyme...amazing for respiratory issues.
Garlic needs to be fresh and allowed to sit for about 10 minutes before you take it to get the most out of it.
My grocery stores all carry turmeric, too, but you can usually find that in dried form which works good too (don't forget to add black pepper to turmeric).
Shiitake mushrooms aren't as strong as reishi or other medicinal mushrooms, but they're still good and are a lot easier to find in stores (if you have any kind of Asian market, those almost always have a good selection of mushrooms).
Make a simple bone broth with a whole chicken and unflavored gelatin.
Onions, leeks, broccoli, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts are all great for the immune system. Make a nice soup with them, mushrooms & bone broth.
Wild-caught, cold water fish like salmon and cod are high in vitamin D and usually easy to find prepackaged in the freezer section. Canned salmon and tuna work good, too. And I am convinced that smoked oysters are superfood.
Aloe leaf is very good for you. It's summer in Australia, so it's in season there, you might could find that in the produce section.
Add lots of berries and nuts to your diet, along with green or black tea. Frozen berries are great.
And oranges, scrape the white part off the inside of the peel and eat that too, it's got lots of vitamin C and other good stuff
As far as actual supplements:
Emergen-C Immune+ is something all the grocery stores where I'm at carry. It's extra vitamin C, D & zinc. I add it to orange juice for my kids' at breakfast. A little more processed than I like, but it's easy.
Magnesium, vitamin D3 (you want the one that says D3, not just D), and vitamin C (I look for the kind with bioflavonoids) are all common supplements that are easy to find. You don't have to get a special brand for those.
Milk of magnesia will give you the magnesium, too, it's sold OTC as a laxative, and yes, it might give you runs, too.
Borax is in the laundry aisle and will give you boron (read up on how to use that).
Iodine is usually found in the first aid section (read up on how to use that, too).

I was in touch with my Homeopath today and she has confirmed that Gelsemium in a 200c potency should be taken as often as needed, IF one contracts the virus. Homeopathy has worked many apparent miracles for me, my family and pets.

For colds/flu's.
As common as aspirin in China, now one of the only of 1000's of Chinese concoctions popping up in major supermarkets/drug stores.
Best brand to me is Plum Flower and I greatly prefer the 'blister packs' over the sugar coated pills. They are in sealed packets in another sealed packet in groups of 4, seem the most sterile and greatest attention to quality.
IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS: A 'dose' is 4 pills. When the vaguest first thought crosses your mind... hmmm, do I feel something funny...take a dose. Take 3 or 4 more doses in 4-5 hour increments. DO NOT WAIT until symptoms worsen and you're 'sure' you're getting sick.
I've done this for over 20 years. Worked every time. EVERY time.

Following Dr. Humphries example of sniffing vit. C and it hurt like h...ll,I'll try also iodine and see what's happening?!?!?!:facepalm:

It might sound weird, but beer and weed seem to be very anti-viral. Worked with a guy that drank about a 6 pack of beer an evening "religiously". Had almost perfect work attendance over several years ... never even got a cold. Not recommended ... just an anecdote. (everything in moderation)

Homeopathy had an astonishingly high success rate in the 1918 flu epidemic. This info is from an article by Dana Ullman on Dr. Mercola's website:
Dr. T. A. McCann was a respected homeopathic physician who interacted considerably with conventional physicians. Drink lots of fluids and take 3 tablespoons of elderberry jelly three times a day
at the first sign of colds, flu, sinus. You can order the dried elderberries and make your own,
juice or jelly....add ginger or other spices, also raw honey.
