Re: Unexplained dizziness
Labrynthitis? As we get older detritus gets into inner ear. Discounting getting up quickly hence possible blood pressure incidents, I get up to do things and can fall over, or become unbalanced. It will pass. Hopefully.

Labrynthitis?
Yes, I've heard of that. But there are no other symptoms other than the dizziness. If it's an infection, might something like dropping colloidal silver or MMS into the ears help?
Or is it more like an inflammation? (If the latter, then a water fast should fix it in a few days. )
Re: Unexplained dizziness
Did you feel like you were going to faint? If so, did the dizziness occur when you stood up from sitting or lying down? How about any heart flutters or swollen ankles? These may be associated with blood pressure and an autonomic condition called POTS.

Thanks! I appreciate that. But I don't think this is it, as I sense the dizziness even when I'm lying down — like this morning in bed, before I got up, and merely moved my head from side to side.
I'm now wondering if it might just possibly be a rare side-effect from some pharma antibiotic ointment I've been applying to a persistent (but very small-in-size) finger infection. I started using that two or three days before the dizziness kicked in. Usually I avoid antibiotics like the plague, but I figured a tiny bit of local skin ointment couldn't possibly cause any harm.
But just now I looked at and translated the "Adverse Effects" section of the little insert that came with the ointment:There are effects that occur rarely, but are severe and if they occur, you should see a doctor immediately: decreased hearing, decreased frequency of urination and in the amount of urine, allergic hypersensitivity reactions, such as hives on the skin, swelling, shortness of breath.
The bit that says decreased hearing implies that there may be some kind of rare effect on the ear. So I guess I should stop using the ointment and [also] see what happens. I'll wash all that off right now, and also continue with the water fast.

Yogurt (and all fermented food) contain about 0.02g of alcohol. Could be a problem if you are alergic/sensitive.

Yes, thanks! That was one of my first thoughts when trying to figure this out. I really am extremely alcohol-sensitive, really like a severe allergy.
So going on a fast (and stopping the antibiotic ointment, see my post #5 above) will surely fix this, whatever the actual cause. This is all truly trivial and tiny compared with the serious problems that I know some others have, but I did feel it was okay to consult the community here... this kind of Q&A about medical issues is all archived for others to look up later if need be.

Re: Unexplained dizziness
...
... stranger than fiction... because I experienced something similar to the phenomenon of the "Drunken Sailor" where, when one has spent a day on a rolling and rocking sail boat, one automatically keeps compensating for that rocking and rolling once on solid, firm ground and looks like a continuously vacillating gate...
I experienced that this past week... and felt it happening when waking up... I figured that it was due to some misalignment between physical and etheric bodies, for whatever reason (no alcohol nor antibiotics or anything out of the ordinary routines). The recommendation is to go back to sleep and let the various bodies realign naturally... I didn't and got up... and I walked around like a drunken sailor for a couple of days... completely subsided now :)
Re: Unexplained dizziness
Perhaps they may have used wine vinegar in the salad dressing? That would have trace amounts of alcohol.
Re: Unexplained dizziness
Bill , your description of your health status puts you in an elite group of the most healthy people remaining on planet earth !! Quite impressive as Im sure you are aware that not many half your age can say nearly the same.
Im very close to being in your category but enjoy the whisky here and there. But add my ice hockey and Im close
I always think hypoglycemia when I hear dizzy, but im sure you're aware of all. Is there any reason to think wifi? or contact to vaxxed peeps?
could just be your body feeling left out of problems like everyone else and wanting some attention too. lol
btw. Dr Naomi Wolf wrote an amazing piece on the strangeness of peoples reality regarding a visit to NYC. Like people are there, but not really there, not really carrying on and relating as a once vibrant city did.
ill post if anyone interested.
sorry for wandering, im sure you will shake it
Re: Unexplained dizziness
It may be a benign thing called 'Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo' which I have had.
Small calcium crystals in the ear can get out of order.
The treatment I have heard of and tried is throwing your head against the pillow in your bed (carefully!!)
to obtain New Crystal Order.

Bill, regarding the medication side-effects : because swelling and decreased urination are mentioned, likely it is edema, water building up behind the ear canal that leads to the decreased hearing. <-- this is the number one cause of my elder care client's hearing loss. Because you mention the dizziness being present even while laying down, the first thing that pops into my mind is BPPV dizziness. Are you familiar with the Epley Maneuver? Dizziness is no fun at all, I have lived with it most my life and occasionally I have experienced the extreme dizziness that can be brought on by a crystal getting stuck in the ear canal. The Epley Maneuver does work. If it does not work the first time, just keep repeating it until you get it right. Here is a short 2 minute video outlining the procedure:
Re: Unexplained dizziness
Bill, you mentioned that you were out in public before the dizziness began.
Could be you picked up some spike proteins from the vaxed around you. Being mostly isolated, exposure could cause a histamine reaction.
Try ivermectin and its transport mechanisms plus an over-the-counter antihistamine. You should be right as rain after a few days.
Health and healing, warm soothing energies to you.
Much love.
Re: Unexplained dizziness
Hi Bill,
My two cents worth, what comes to my mind is could it be some kind of nutritional deficiency? Could it be maybe a vitamin or mineral lacking that your body might need. Off the top of my head maybe a vitamin B6 or vitamin D, lack of those can cause dizziness.
Also a deficiency can occur with eating same diet all the time?
Whatever it is, Sending my best wishes, get well soon!
P.S. also could be a reaction where intake of something cancels or depletes something that your body requires.
Re: Unexplained dizziness
Physician here, for what it's worth...
Important to differentiate between dizziness and vertigo. Simply, dizziness feels like you're spinning and the room is still, while vertigo feels like the room is spinning and you're still...
Ear problems tend to cause vertigo, not dizziness as per the simple definition above. The Dix-hallpike maneuver (can find videos online) diagnoses vertigo, while the the Epley maneuver above supposed to treat it. Idea being that one of the otoliths in the inner ear canals that our brains use to sense motion has been dislodged and is floating around causing havoc to our senses, so the maneuver attempts to put it back in it's proper place.
Dizziness is less specific. It could honestly be anything... Dehydration, electrolyte imbalances, anemia, some intoxication, etc...
Most concerning is an intracranial tumor. A single acute episode of dizziness is unlikely, but could present itself as such. Don't worry though, physicians are trained to think of worst case scenarios even if unlikely...
Re: Unexplained dizziness
Bill, many snippets below may not address your unexplained dizziness. They're random thoughts. I'm aware the post may seem off topic as well as some points are contrary to others.
Hodgepodge thoughts:
- Have you consider that you’re body is recalibrating to the evolved(ing) Bill model? People are reporting a host of symptoms and experiences such as dizziness, nausea, heart palpations, loss of appetite, sleeplessness, weakness, waking at 3:00-4:00 am, forgetfulness, lack of desire to do things they were once passionate about, etc.
- I posted elsewhere where that I’m experience a pulling and/or expansion of my etheric body, OBE, intermittent dizziness and such.
- There’s a school of thought that each of us operates in different realms whether we are cognizant of it or not. Those who aren’t aware of the changes in and around will experience symptoms more intensely because their focus is too much on the 3D realm. (war, politics, finance, material possessions, food scarcity)
- I also wouldn’t rule out that as our vibrations change we experience uncomfortable symptoms. The cleaner the mind and body, the easier it is to roll with it. People that are focused on the material world tend not to do the necessary work. They’ll have the hardest time.
- A point of view is that it’s more stressful on a healthy body in an unhealthy environment. By way of a metaphor, the long time smoker dies a slow death. Whereas the healthy person left in a smoke filled room will succumb to the negative effects or to a greater degree sooner.
- One last thought may be a controversial one. In short, Kim Goguen reports there are dark factions that aren’t long for this world who are hell bent on taking us down with them. It’s a game of whack-a-mole where they’re using outdated technology, energy weapons, and releasing parasites and viruses on humanity. These factions and their technology are destroyed as they are discovered. The sensitives, canaries in the coal mine, are picking up on the energy, i.e. the battles.
Re: Unexplained dizziness
Bill, My psychic impression is that you picked up some shedding of the spike protein, etc. from somebody in that restaurant. I had a similar experience this past March that just felt like brain fog, which I associated with also picking up something related to Covid through a third party. Once I felt that was likely, I remembered that a really hot bath (or sauna) will kill microorganisms, so that's what I did after four days of brain fog, and then I went to sleep, and by the next morning, my head was clear. I was fine and free of that feeling.

Dear Friends, this is just so great. Here's the deep strength of the Avalon community... you can ask a simple question, and within a couple of hours you're learning a whole bunch of things you weren't aware were even there to know.
A few immediate responses to your various posts!
- Yes, many thanks, I might have picked up something in town that evening, and a third member also suggested that to me by PM. I don't have close contact with very many people (I live much of my life in happy quarantine! :P ), but I've never had a problem of any kind before after interacting socially.
- I'm well-supplemented (thanks!) and take plenty of Vit D + all the B vits.
- There might have been alcohol in the wine vinegar (this has happened before!), but the effect surely couldn't last for 3 days.
- It's dizziness, not vertigo. (I never knew there was a difference.)
- I tried the Dix Hallpike Maneuver to diagnose BPPV dizziness, and there was no eye twitching (nystagmus) at all. The short video below states categorically that if there's no eye twitching, then BPPV isn't the problem. (Unfortunately! Because the video Casey kindly shared suggests the Epley Maneuver remedy is often quick and easy.)

Before going out that night you were fine. Fully openhearted and energetic. Lovely.
However you now have a blocked energy flow.
They recommended a Spooky2 Rife program to run (which I started an hour ago), and then PMed me again to say that the Spooky2 was already cleaning some of the energy blockage. For reference, here are the two Avalon threads about the Spooky2 device:
I have to say, I feel no different (yet). But I absolutely know that sometimes these remedies may not always manifest their result instantly.
And interestingly, just this moment I'm experiencing a slight sharp pain in my left ear. That's new, and turned on just now out of the blue. So I'm wondering if it may be a response to some of the healing that might already be happening.
This all seems very self-indulgent! (I'm not used to this at all. :blushing: ) But the thread may well be very useful to others out there, members or not. I read the YT comments under Casey's Epley Maneuver video and I was astonished how many people suffer from exactly this kind of problem. :bearhug:

I’m no doctor but I’ve suffered the same symptoms and was diagnosed with this: Meniere's disease

Bill,
Just to say, my eyes never did the twitching either, but following the Epley maneuver the situation somehow magically had corrected. ( just to say ).
Also, I've yet to come across anything - any situation - that 3 days in bed *doing nothing no food no water didn't remedy.
I do feel our backs are always got.
