I think it's multiple people too, but in any case, there's only one trip code in use at a time, so it's not like anybody can just post claiming to be Q. Anybody that posts as Q has to know the trip...

Two things: Q is not pro-Israel. One post in particular stated that they are saving Israel "for last." So the insinuation is that something is indeed in the pipes, even if at the very end of them.
