DeLuca a democrat, was re-elected post humously and the democrats won in Colorado also. It doesn't look like the dems are going to lose the senate at all. Another Four Spacecraft Take Bright Ascension’s Flight Software to Space

DUNDEE, UK – April 4th, 2022 – Bright Ascension Ltd, an industry-leading space software technology provider, is pleased to announce that its latest GenerationOne flight software deployments, another cluster of four spacecraft for Kleos Space’s Polar Patrol Mission (KSF2),

were successfully launched onboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket on 1st April, 2022. KSF2 was originally expected to take off in January 2022, but the launch was rescheduled after the vehicle had to disembark from the SpaceX Transporter-3 mission. Polar Patrol Mission takes Bright Ascension’s current total to 33 satellites in space.

Kleos Space’s satellites are designed to detect and geolocate radio frequency transmissions to deliver a global picture of hidden maritime activity for enhanced intelligence capability. The Polar Patrol Mission becomes the third mission launched by the company, following the Kleos Scouting Mission (KSM) in November 2020 and the Polar Vigilance Mission (KSF1) in June 2021.

KSF2 is designed to enhance the company’s RF geolocation with a total of twelve satellites patrolling against illegal activity such as piracy, drug smuggling and border security challenges. Building on the success of the KSM and KSF1 missions, the Polar Patrol Mission spacecraft were designed and developed by Innovative Solutions In Space B.V. (ISISPACE), with the software system provided by Bright Ascension, using its innovative products to help keep development time short within the tight project timelines.

“We are thrilled to see the KSF2 mission take off after the January delay,” said Peter Mendham, CEO at Bright Ascension. “With only a few months between the KSF1 and KSF2 launches, it was critical to ensure that the mission flight software was developed quickly and efficiently. Both missions use our innovative modular GenerationOne technology, which allows us to simply swap the existing and new software components in and out, without having to redesign the entire package from scratch. This makes it an ideal solution for dynamic projects like Kleos Space’s missions.”

As they progress through their lives in orbit, KSF2 satellites will make full use of Bright Ascension’s Mission Control Software and its effortless integration with the flight software. This will help to significantly simplify, improve, and automate their mission operations.

We don't net yet know what breaking news Mark Finchem will have, but I find it interesting that the latest Q drop specifically mentions Secretary of State (SOS) which is the position Finchem ran for in Arizona. (He has not conceded.)

The drop mentions Runbeck, the election ballot printing company located here in Phoenix, and it mentions "trusted people" and "whistleblowers."

Did one of the whistleblowers give Finchem the information needed to delay certification?

BREAKING: Cochise County BOS just motioned to table the certification of the election until November 28th, when they expect to review all evidence of the proof of legal certification by the accredited Election Assistance Commission labs to use the tabulation machines. This now establishes precedent to do the same in other counties now that Cochise County is validating their results. Arizona cannot certify any election results until all counties have rendered certified results.

For the past few years, Catherine Austin Fitts has been warning people about what she calls the 'dollar trap,' which basically amounts to a one-two punch. Punch one: extend easy credit or outright give away billions of dollars. In other words, get entire regions or countries 'hooked on' or addicted to dollars. Punch two: then, pull the plug, and suction out all those dollars, leaving the region or country in a bind, where it must conduct transactions in dollars, and does not have any.

She and I (and others) have also been warning about something else, namely, the typical modus operandi of Mr. Globaloney to 'stack function' in an operation or scam, or as I call it, to carry out 'multiple objective' operations, where several goals are met and fulfilled all in one fell swoop.

Where we are now is a RINO congress planning it's 2 years of treading the right kind of water for their best interests in 24.

• Google is engaged with one of the U.S.'s largest health-care systems on a project to collect and crunch the detailed personal-health information of millions of people across 21 states, according to The Wall Street Journal.
• Google began Project Nightingale in secret last year with St. Louis-based Ascension, a Catholic chain of 2,600 hospitals, doctors' offices and other facilities, with the data sha
  ring accelerating since summer, The Wall Street Journal reported.

The Wall Street Journal is reporting that, "Google is engaged with one of the U.S.'s largest health-care systems on a project to collect and crunch the detailed personal-health information of millions of people across 21 states. The initiative code-named 'Project Nightingale,' appears to be the biggest effort yet by a Silicon Valley giant to gain a toehold in the health-care industry through the handling of patients' medical data. Amazon.com Inc., AMZN -0.80% Apple Inc. AAPL 0.79% and Microsoft Corp. are also aggressively pushing into health care, though they haven't yet struck deals of this scope. Google began Project Nightingale in secret last year with St. Louis-based Ascension, a Catholic chain of 2,600 hospitals, doctors' offices and other facilities, with the data sharing accelerating since summer, according to internal documents."

The Wall Street Journal is also reporting that in addition to aggregating Ascension’s data from multiple disparate data centers into a Google cloud, Google has also created AI that does the following:

• Develops treatment plans and identifies deviations in care
• Determines replacements or additions of providers to the care team
• Enforces narcotics policies
• Detects missed revenue opportunities

The WSJ article, and subsequent stories, set off an avalanche of media attention given the players and number of Americans’ health records implicated, which has triggered an inquiry from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights. Almost as predictably, lawmakers from both sides of the aisle (some of whom are running for president) have expressed concern over the relationship.

Takeaway

First, this is why we, as taxpayers of the United States, subsidized (and mandated) the implementation of electronic health records (EHRs) to the tune of $19 billion. Allowing for data to be aggregated and analyzed at scale to improve care delivery (both what’s ordered and how its delivered) and streamlining administrative operations is the future of healthcare, and probably our best hope for reducing expenditures in a way that doesn’t result in blunt rationing.

Without knowing exactly what’s occurring, it’s difficult to definitively say that this arrangement and use of data is permissible by HIPAA. But if what’s being done sticks to the four buckets above, this should fall squarely into "treatment, payment and operations" and be legal.

If this were Ascension and a "traditional" healthcare analytics company, this news would be considered a below-the- fold news item. And it’s only a news item because of Ascension’s size and the company that inked the deal wants to crow about it. But given Google’s recent history of collecting data without consent and then using that data to develop targeted advertising, it raised eyebrows and hackles.

Second, given the heightened concern about how personal data is used (and reused), and the privacy and security of patient data, Ascension and Google should have developed a comprehensive media strategy and publicly announced this. While they would have probably had to answer the same questions, the optics of it would have been far better, and they could have controlled the message to a far greater extent. They had to know at some point this was more than likely going to hit the press (and subsequently the fan).
